Service
I have ordered a smartwatch from a local supplier on 24th July 2022, and they have handed over to this service to deliver my location on 25th July. But yet its not delivered and not even this company answering phone calls. And also not providing true information about the status correctly. Once they said it delivered and again they said it's not. Too complicated this service and they make people too irritating. Never recommend this company to anyone I know.

My package.
It's been two days now that I haven't received my package. It contains live plants and it's super urgent. The lady in Kelaniya (Sri Lanka) branch keeps lying and giving me fake information that my package has been already sent out and it will be reaching me before 5pm and it's not yet received. Please take action to this in Kelaniya branch since she said she will get back to me with the information but yet she has not called me back. The staff should be taught basic customer care skills that are very important for the company. If the plants are rottener, the company should take the responsibility and pay me the money back. Such a bad service. This should be escalated to the management and call me with the solutions.

I have handovered package to send kengalla from Ambalantota Branch on 14th March 2022.
Still the package not dispatched and asking to pay more courier charges.

I'm Eshadi, (e.[protected]@gmail.com)and I sent a birthday gift to my boyfirend on 23rd Wednesday from Welimada branch to Ambalangoda Sri lanka. I sent a carefully wrapped(with sponge and corrugated box )a vine bottle, a shirt and some accessories, mentioning "Birthday gift! FRAGILE, HANDLE WITH CARE!"
After a week it has returned to my address. OMG! It is completely damaged! looks like it was caught by Tsunami! Everything was broken and crushed!
They didn't even inform me about the issue for a week until I check. And just sent the crushed parcel back to my address. I am really really disappointed about your service and I'm complaining about this and I need compensation for this. Please take an action and let me know soon (via mail). Looking foward!

This courier service is highly unreliable. I sent a package to my customer, unfortunately the courier service misplaced the package. They were not at all helpful in locating it thus I suffered a loss due to their negligence.
I tried contacting the head office but the telephone number is constantly busy and nobody bothers to call back
I would not recommend this courier service to anyone
Parcel delivery delay
This is regarding a parcel sent by prompt xpress and delivered to a wrong address/ Province.
This incident happen due to their carelessness, I still didn't receive my package & it's almost 5 days now.
Their company tagline says that, "speed accuracy and care" yes, there's something they have but non of above.
After all, I tried to make a complaint, they disconnected my phone call but never answered.
Simply they do not understand the value of time.
I do not recommend this kind of monkey businesses.

June 8th i gave my parcels to your staff but still they didn't send tracking number to me and not answering my calls. My customers are calling me continually. This is regarding a parcel that I should receive one week ago still I didn't received it yet. As the sender has mistakenly wrote one number wrong As my contact number but the address and name was correct. As soon as I got to know it from the sender I contacted prompt express and told them. As per the tracking number it shows parcel is our for delivery I didn't receive it may be because of my number is wrong. They took my correct contact number, address and tracking number everyday and tells me they will send it the next day. But I never receive it. I even called the Colombo office every if talking rude over the phone and giving false information and saying they will send it next day.. from June second its Been with them and I never received my item. They is really disappointing that you lie to your customers and gives false information. And you company is courier service company and mentions nice words in the site but not practical at all. People use a courier service to get things done fast or else they would use the normal post. There are no customer service managers or anyone which we can talk or inform.. everyone someone will take your details but your parcel not there

I am writing this with a really disappointing and extremely bad experience I had with Prompt Express Kelaniya Branch.
I am there usual customer and regularly I send 5-10 parcels per day. They are not corporative and rude but I stayed with Prompt Express just considering your prompt service and your process is good (only this Kelaniya branch staff made a mess).
A lady coming to collect parcels at Wattala area who behave really unprofessionally and a rude manner. No respect to customers at all. I don't know her name her contact number is +[protected] .
we had higher number of parcels due to season and we have tried to contact the courier collection agent and the branch through [protected] as well throughout the whole [protected] and [protected] days for collections . They didn't pickup the calls. Usually branch staff never answer call and even they answer, she is been really rude to customer. This is not my 1st experience and as I know u have lost lots of customers due to the bad service of Kelaniya Branch. I have complained earlier as well regarding this but I didn't receive any response.
We are 7km away from the branch but had to go there to hand over the parcels . On 9-4-2021 we went there around 7.15 and a guy was there call ‘Nuwan'. He rejected the parcels in a really bad manner and blamed us in really rude/ filthy words. Myself and my mother went there, actually he didn't know how to respect to a women .
We understood if u have a process, u should adhere to the process but staff should be educated regarding the customer service at least the way the speak to customers.
We were really disappointed then (we two women) went to Fort Branch alone and hand over the parcels. A person call Mohomed, a really nice guy and as a company u should have more staff like that and you should leave bad people like nuwan and that courier agent lady who spoil your company reputation.

Called to the hotline number to pick up package. 2 people came in a prompt truck from ratmalana branch. Took the package and the money for the parcel and gave me the invoice and left. Its been 4 days now the package still hasn't been received by the customer. Its 4pm now and I have been trying their so called hotline number since morning 10am which is engaged and for tracking option I was on hold for more than 15mins in total and no answer and simply credit gets deducted. Wasted money just for calling them and after I called another brach to track my package they say its not their in the system and no details and gave me other number to call on which was no answer again. Called back to piliyandala branch they dint answer either very very very worst customer care service where do you want me to go now. Go by my self all the way to the branch and check into this issue?

I have sent a parcel under the tracking no SP [protected] from Enderamulla to Ahungalla. There were 12kg of tea in the parcel. But the receiver complaint me that there were only 11kg and parcel was damaged. I called the collector( Ismath - [protected]) and informed about this incident & I was advised to call the number [protected]. When I call that no, they said that it is not their customer care number & this parcel was sent by Ambalagoda center & adviced to called them. I called those no [protected]/[protected]/12/16 - 09: 47 AM). No response from them too. Again I called the no. [protected]/12/16 - 09:37AM, 09:38AM, 09:42AM, 09:45AM) they are not responding to my calls. Then again I called the collecting center land line [protected]:49AM) No respond from them too. Today is 17/12/2020, also I called the collector, Collection office & the [protected] numbers. No one is responding to my calls. I am a regular customer of prompt & not satisfied with your service & need your attempt to solve this problem.
