Items ordered arrived to their warehouse but they are insisting otherwise
I ordered three items from different sellers in Germany and requested for the items to be delivered to their warehouse in Germany. The correct LM reference was placed.
I received tracking number from the sellers showing the items were delivered on the 24th of August 2022. Till now, 09-September-2022 nothing showed up on my dash board.
LiteMF's response is a mix. First they asked for an invoice and tracking numbers which I have provided. Next they said due to large volume of packages I need to be patient and that this will take time. The final message on 09/09/2022 they told me the item might not be delivered and to check with the courier to "search" for the package! What do you mean search? The tracking number showed delivered
I either want my package now or have my money I paid to the seller compensated
Lost package
I sent LiteMF a package and have no idea what happened to it! The package I've sent was delivered to their warehouse and never left it. They claimed that everything was ok and that my package will be delivered on time, but the person I sent it to did not receive anything!
I asked them to refund my money but they refused. When I asked about the package they were not able to explain anything! Terrible company and totally untrustworthy!

Will not forward my package
This company claims to be a mail forwarder. I had a package delivered there on June 5 and it is now July 3 and the package has still not been shipped. They have charged me $30 to ship my package, appear to have generated a fake DHL tracking number and my package still has not shipped. They claim that my package has left their warehouse, but the DHL number they provided says that the package has not been shipped.
I would like my package to ship.
Anybody considering using this service should avoid it. Any other mail forwarder will be better than this one. I could have walked my package to my address faster (I still do not have my package).

You can say goodbye to the goods you ordered through http://litemf.com and http://www.litemf.com Block your credit card right away and file a complaint at your local police station. They already have a few law casese pending.
Stolen package from the company
SCAM! BEWARE! I was a fool to use this website's service. I have bought the package to their address and after I paid and everything was received, they refuse to ship the package which I PAID FOR! They just printed the label to create the fake tracking number which shows that package wasn't even picked up by USPS. My package is there for 2 weeks already and everything is paid for!
They constantly give some excuses and the last one was that "they are moving" their warehouse, so they are unable to ship my package? And they said it will be resolved after A COUPLE OF WEEKS?! For real?! I already wait for 2 weeks!

I received 2 parcels (usps - 9410809699939641678565, 9400110200830583625061 ) in their mailbox, insured them (my id U12201). They combined it and sent via USPS (EMS) EC209532245US. When parcel imported in Russia it weight was 600g ligher and when i received this parcel there was nothing in box. I send all nessesaries documents to support at litemf but they said that will not compensate nothing because they foreget to check that parcel insured but i asked them about that BEFORE receiving two of them in my mailbox. I BEWARE TO USE LITEMF as shipping carier.
We wrote to Agroto considering this matter trying to find out what the problem was. No reply from him has been received. If the problem was real he could provide us with some details about his parcels so that we would be able to check that. We always take care of our customers' questions towards us and reply their inquiries. So we are still waiting for Argoto's answer to our question if the situation did really happen.
