WORST, Most DISHONEST delivery service
Im writing in perspective from both buyer and seller. Ive never bother to write BAD reviews about anyone online before.
NINJA VAN is my first. This is how DISAPPOINTED I am, in NINJA VAN.
To any SELLER in the world:
NEVER ENGAGE NINJA VAN as your courier service. If not, you sellers will have to deal with ALOT OF customers complain yourself (后果自己负责)
Reason:
Ninja Van will DELIBERATELY fail 2 delivery attempts and send the parcel back to seller (bear in mind that you will still need to pay for the 2 failed delivery attempts as a seller).
Ive personally experienced it myself as a seller ALOT OF TIMES (despite sharing feedback to Ninja Van MANY TIMES, NOTHING WAS CORRECTED). This is how DISHONEST NINJA VAN is!
This are ALL TRUE!
From a customer perspective, I personally experienced it myself that NINJA VAN leaving my 55 TV outside my unit!
Therefore, I want to scream out to any sellers in the world to NEVER ENGAGE NINJA VANs service!
My order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery period!

Then you said you cant deliver my parcel because the recipient was not at home, what the hell you can just call me to confirm either i have at home or not then my parcel already return to warehouse for twice.

Delivery service
This is the worst delivery company in my country (Philippines). Its the only delivery service that was unable to find my address. I've never had any issue with other delivery service but for some reason, the delivery attempt to my address was unsuccessful and the reason according to the rider was that I was not present in the address I provided or that the address I had provided was incorrect. WTF. I've been ordering stuff online and this is the first time I encountered such a hassle with a delivery service.

Ninja CFP301 DualBrew Coffeemaker
I called Ninja's customer service number, viz., [protected], this morning, Saturday, 2/11/23, and a recording said I had twenty minutes to wait, then 10 minutes, but when I had waited 37 minutes I decided to hang up. This is an outrageous time to wait on hold. I was calling to ask how to reinstall the "hinged hood" of my Ninja CFP301 DualBrew Coffeemaker after removing it to clean it. I am still wondering how to properly insert the hinge side which does not seem to line up.
Desired outcome: I would like someone to contact me to explain to me how to properly reinstall the "hinged hood" of the Ninja CFP301 DualBrew Coffeemaker.
Absolute failure to deliver
They claimed that my address is incorrect and inaccurate and therefore they sent back my items to the seller (Amazon, USA).
The address was correct. Absolutely clear and no ambiguity at all.
They just failed to find it. What kind of staff do they employ not to be able to find an address in Singapore, with postal code, block name,
floor number, unit number, block name all spelled out?
Desired outcome: I just want my item. and AMAZON.COM, please stop using NINJAVAN!

Was file a complaint yesterday due to slow delivery,
Today the status is updated as being delivered, but I still waiting for the parcel at home.

I had an issue with NinjaVan's courier, his very rude and does not understand how to follow instructions. I was supposed to receive a package two days ago on May 10, 2021 but I failed to receive it because I had to go some place else and I wasn't able to inform him prior because I was waiting for him to send me some notification (because they should be) so I could then tell him about my situation and so I could maybe ask him to deliver it later on that day. I kept waiting all day but I received his message very late in the afternoon and he said that he will try to deliver the next day and so I agreed and I even apologized for what happened and told him that I will be available the next morning at 10am to 1:30pm only and I assumed he agreed because he did not reply. But then the next morning, I waited until 1:30pm but he did not arrive and so I had to leave because I have something else to do, and after I driven miles away from home the courier starts sending me notifications that he is waiting at my doorstep! What the hell? So I argued with him and told him I've been waiting for him but he did not come he did not even sent me a message at all if his going to be late or what and he replied telling me that he cannot follow the time frame I asked him so I was even more infuriated because if he cannot then why didn't he complain about it yesterday when I could still have a chance to atleast make some way to receive the f****** item I ordered. And he still followed that up with another message telling me that he DID arrive 1:30pm, now should I be happy with it you think? What an a**. Is that the kind of training NinjaVan gives to their couriers? Very very disappointing! I was trying to communicate with the courier so we could reach something favorable for both of us but he DID NOT try to communicate back. The courier doesn't care, now he's sending back my item to the seller. I am so annoyed by his rudeness and lack of professionalism.

Item delivered but no item received.. The office cannot give us info of the customer receiver from the office of the ninja van..
Method of delivering the product
I got a text message from ninja van this his phone number, 09958173369. He said that I will meet him in Morong Bataan. Poor customer service. Its a COD (cash on delivery) why am I going to meet him in Morong when my place is Bagac, Bataan.

I ordered products in Shopee...whenever I select Ninjavan as the courier, the delivery status is always failed. They always input on their system Delivery Failed due to change of delivery date or Residential Address failure. For in the fact, we customers does NOT have any option to modify or edit the delivery dates in Shopee. Only their riders or company has the control on all of this! Why dont you shutdown your company.. if you cannot cater & accommodate your jobs anymore.. This is very inconvenient for all customers out there who have been waiting weeks for their products to arrive!

Delivery should be on our home but he said he can't enter his motor in our alley and he shout at me that he's been waiting outside for a while and that i didn't say that our house is in that alley but i already said that it's in that alley. He sound very irritated at that time. I want him to be disciplined properly.

Ninja van is a scam. The flood of negative reviews and complaints have been going on for a year or so now so I have no [censored]ing idea why companies are still availing their "services". Their drivers are employed through facebook motorcycle rider groups (and apparently to be employed, you have to have your own motorcycle). They don't even invest in motorcycles! Screams scam to me. Drivers "lose" parcels, cancel orders on their own if they feel like it then report that the customer wishes to cancel, they don't call or text if they're already in the area probably because they don't really go to the area.

irresponsible delivery
The courier is expected to deliver my order yesterday, but it failed to do so due to irresponsibility. It does not even call or notify me that my order is being delivered. I could have catch my order and pay. However, the ninja van makes things complicated and what's worse is their support service is also trash and i cant contact them. I need my order this week and they are being irresponsible about it.
