Only once ran into problems
I have been using instant gaming for multiple years now. Only 1 time in that entire period have they asked for my id i told them no and asked them to refund the purchase that happend in 4 hours. I have now purchased about 100 games on the platform so im quite suprissed that alot of people say the website is a scam.

Trustworthy and good customer support service
I have no clue what the deal is with people having to give a copy of their ID to Instant-Gaming. I have used their site now for a year or so and im not having any problems. Only issue is that their not so precise in their release time/date and delivery time/date with pre-orders. But at such prices i dont see a big deal bout that.
Extremely satisfied
Ordered 15 games so far, all of them came instantly. Sometimes they ask for your ID next to the logo for security reasons but that's solved quickly and it comes with their apology for the time you had to wait. All they need is to see the name matches the name on the credit card so you can use Paint or something similar to hide the other info. Extremely professional, great prices, instant games. Highly recommended.

The prices on this site are generally cheap tho ive seen sites that are cheaper, so hell id recommend you check out more moral places like humble bundle just in case if they have the game youre looking for cheaper or at the same price, that aside ive bought like 12 games so far and havent been scammed yet, hell one time i even got more than i bargained for, when i tried to buy a ck3 dlc "royal court" and they just sent me the expansion pass with practically all the dlcs. It was probably not just them trying to be nice but them just having that key left and i got lucky but still

I purchased Playstation Plus 12 Months subscription.
Come to redeem it on PS4 account and it said it was already redeemed.
Contacted them Sent them photo's of the valid code and the error I got WS-***-9.
They said I had to contact Sony myself to find out when the code was purchased, not them me? I had to do the work for them.
So I did I contacted Sony and they came back saying that I was redeemed on the 02/01/2021 21:31:17 CET.
I purchased it from Instant-Gaming on 03/01/2021 22:07 a WHOLE day after Sony said the code had been redeemed.
I sent Instant-Gaming every photo they requested and screenshot of my email to Sony and the reply they game me saying when had been redeemed.
So I asked for a replacement code as obviously they had supplied me a used code.
GUESS WHAT THEY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT!

"Sorry you must seriously be joking, So I made the purchase from your website and you supplied me a code that had already been used the day before?"

Hello, on the 6th of January of this year I bought a Forza Horizon 4 for my son. I made the payment for 73, 89€ and received an e-mail confirming the payment had been processed correctly. Then I received the code and when I try to redeem it, I got an error message informing the code had already been redeemed. Since then, almost 5 months ago now, I have been trying to get somebody from Instant Gaming to help me out. The addressed me to Microsoft. After several e-mails and conversations over the phone, I have managed yesterday to receive a piece of information from Microsoft that I believe it is key to understand that Instant Gaming made a mistake. The user that redeemed my code is somebody different to me! My e-mail is [protected]@hotmail.com. The code they provided me with was 3RKXW-44FMM-K4DF2-RK93K-RVD3Z. I bought it on the 6th of January at 18:49 minutes and the user who redeemed it according to Microsoft was Diogo Santos, and the code was redeemed by this person at 18:56. By the time I tried to redeemed it, it was later than that and the only message I received when trying to redeem it was " this code has already been redeemed".
Please understand my frustation, I paid almost 74€ and have recieved nothing in returned so far. On top I have spent a lot of time and energy tring to solve this problem, and so far noone from Instant Gaming has made any effort to help me. Thanks you in advance for your help. I this point all I want is to have my money back. I am attaching the e-mail from Microsoft where they confirm the code was redeemed by a different user to me.

I bought the game in the 26/04/2019, and he didn't came with the shao kahn dlc, one of my friends bought the same version in the next day, and another friend of mine bought the same version one day before, me so in the 25/04/2019, and bouth of them had the dlc, when i contact the costumer service, they said It was because i purchased it after the release date after i told them that my frien bought the game after me and still had the dlc the best answer they gave me was that my colegue got lucky.
issue key for sims 4 expansion
The card was charged for purchase but the key received was already used it would not validate. The support ticket opened was basically someone berating me and sending me to EA to retrieve validation of timedate stamp when key was used. EA told me they don't give out that information and we were provided a USED key. Requested refund several times, was told no one could help. Contact your vendor.
We were scammed the funds were stolen and there was no valid game key provided.

Their card security procedure have no sense at all, if you want to buy something with, let me give you an example, with your company credit card, you can't, or if you want to buy somethin with a familiars card you cant cause you have to have the exact ID of your credit card. And their tech support cannot, aparentlly, read names from old ID card like, let us said, from your grandmothers, cause its written by hand, and thats to harsh for them

I buy a key for the Game "the division" and a received a key for the TPS version fo the game, the version to test public server, wich is no longer active. I have been all an afternoon inline with the support, sending all the screenshot they were asking, screenshot of my key, of several page in my uplay Platform, and since this morning, no more new from their support, i didn't not receive a valid key ou a refund.
And since a call is open, i don't even have the possibility to open a new call to their support. very disapointed !

But the most interesting part of my issue is that after they found out it, they stopped talking to me. I sent numerous emails, only one of them was answered with a bot-generated email stating nothing regarding my problem... That makes me think that this company is a pure scam.
I will never recommend wasting their time and money on this website. They are very unreliable

There service are bad there code is wrong and they wont refund and basically scammed me
i bought 3 games with a visa card one of them has a pending status which they want a valid license or such so they also had an option to cancel my order i tried that i took me to the FAQ page and they clearly said you can refund a code before 10 days so that they can know that i didn't use it i bought it yesterday so i want to get my money back and i don't want to buy anything from that site again thanks.

I purchased this game from them to only get another version of it called Rising Storm and it's only multiplayer. I complained about it and they said they'll get back to me, now it's almost 48 hours and nothing and I can't even contact them again until they get back to me.
