1) At 3:30AM on the day of my first scheduled shift, Instawork sent me a text saying that the shift was cancelled. THEN, my account was closed for a NO SHOW. I filed a complaint and was reinstated but it still shows that I had a NO SHOW. A no Show means I am not eligible to accrue points which affects the amount of pay I’m eligible for.
2) I filed another complaint about this and received a snotty response about two weeks later alleging that I had filed several complaints about the same thing when it had already been resolved.
2A) I accumulated points enough to place me as a Platinum but I am showing as a Silver. This is depriving me of money that I have earned.
3) Earlier this week was scheduled to work at Location A, but the District Manager called me and asked if I could work at Location B instead. She assured me that their Instawork representative would make sure my record was correct the following day.
The following morning I was suspended by Instawork because, according to them, I was a no show.
Now I have two No Shows, being denied the ability to participate in the points program.
When I tried to file a complaint the app told me I had “several” complaints already filed and wouldn’t let me file any more! I have only one complaint filed that hadn’t been resolved.
Desired outcome: I would like both no shows off my record; correct my pay to reflect that I was eligible to participate in the points program at the correct level; place me at Platinum not Silver.
