Very bad experience with this company regarding maintenance agreement
Very bad experience with this company regarding maintenance agreement. I was automatically charged for maintenance contract for the following year well ahead of existing service contract period expiration date (5/31). I called the company and they refused accept my cancellation request. With this virus and business climate and jobs in jeopardy, this company is extorting people. Shameful!

the technician shows up without any face covering during the COVID-19 pandemic. i understand the fee for a weekend call but the part Flame Rectification Rod was $336. i escorted the tech to the furnace and went back up to tell my wife that he was onsite and went back down and he had already replaced the part without giving me an estimate or what the issue was. i had to ask him to show me what he replaced. i was floored but just thought ok that's how much it is i guess. but then i went online and saw i can get 2 of them on Amazon for 18.99. this is price gouging at it's worse. i was really upset and have called the company for 2 days to see if we could come to some sort of settlement but have yet to receive a call back. very unprofessional. luckily, i am still able to work but if this had been an elderly couple or someone out of work due to the pandemic this would have been traumatic. again, price gouging in dire times. no justification on why the part cost so much.

The salesman did not explain this when I inquired about the warranty prior to the installment. I will never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. My neighbor tried to warn me about this company, I wish I would've listened.

Do not use this company! They use deceptive practices in the home maintenance agreement warranty. You will be charged automatically 9 months after initial service for $299 for their warranty. *** said I could speak to the service manager about getting it removed so I left my number a few times and my husband called and we never heard back from anyone. When I called her back, she said that there was no way of getting the fee removed. Very very deceptive company.

Be careful when dealing with this company
Be careful when dealing with this company. They do not have good customer service. I was trying to rectify an erroneous charge for a membership that was cancelled last year. They are claiming I never cancelled the membership. Instead of helping me they are giving me a hard time. I have never dealt with a company that is not willing to help the customer. I dealt with them by phone and by email and neither way have they been helpful. Bad service will never ever give them my business.

This company does not deserve one star
This company does not deserve one star. If you are considering using them --- RUN in the other direction.We gave our tenant permission to call a repair company for their broken A/C. Every reputable company knows that all repairs MUST be approved by the landlord before doing the repairs. This company did not call us (the landlord) and charged just under $900 for travel and diagnostic fee, class 1 repair (the repair job took 5 minutes) and A/C capacitor (400% *** up on this item.) Two phone calls to the office resulted in conversations with *** wherein she was rude; combative; insulting; disinterested in helping me; and talked over me during the conversation . She is there to hide her boss (***); provide no solutions to the problem; and basically be offensive to customers.***, stop hiding from your customers.***, stop price gouging customers.***, step up and do the right thing and refund the over-charged on our invoice.

These folks do not honor warranties and use deceptive practices in the home maintenance agreement. Had air installed by them, called while still on warranty, they came and promised part would be ordered by spring. After that no calls were answered. We were forced into buying a unit from *** because we were working from home and could not risk not having a/c. We also made the MISTAKE of signing a maintenance agreement. They did not do all the maintenance on contract. We just wanted to move on but 9 months later a charge shows up on our credit card for $299. We contacted them via email and phone, the young lady stated we had to send a email with name, address and cancelation request. She also stated that we would be credited on next billing cycle, obliged again wanting to move on. Today received a call that we did not send the request in the appropriate cancelation time frame. So now we are paying for maintenance for items we no longer have. Very very deceptive company. We are going to every possible consumer site and warn folks about the lack of integrity of this company,..

Had them out for a repair service for the second time in 2 years on a new air conditioning unit purchased and installed by them, At that time we purchased a one year maintenance contract to clean our furnace and air conditioner due to the fear of further problems on this new unit they sold us. Purchased the contract on 6/27. As of 7/17 Integrity Heating & Cooling has never returned for any service what so ever and it has been over one year. They did manage to charge us on our credit card for another year maintenance contract one month prior to the expiration date of the first contract with no reminder or notice of the renewal. We called them two times, spoke to an answering service, and we were told that a representative would contact us each time with no results. Called third time and was told that they would not cancel the charges even though they were in breech of contract.

Integrity sold and installed the Furnace and AC units in my home in February with a 10 years manufacturer's warranty including the
Integrity sold and installed the Furnace and AC units in my home in February with a 10 years manufacturer's warranty including the functional parts from American Standard. It also came with an extended warranty of 10 years for Evaporator Coil from ADP the manufacturer of the part. Since the installation I am on the annual maintenance plan with Integrity. TXV valve which is the functional part this Evaporator Coil was not working and was diagnosed by Integrity's technician on 6/22. The technician said that the part was not under the warranty and I will have to pay for it to get replaced. They quoted $896 for replacing the TXV valve and $99 for Travel & Diagnostic fee. Not knowing that this part is under the extended 10 year warranty, I agreed to go ahead and placed the order for the part. I had to put down $250 deposit charged on my credit card and balance of $745 to be paid upon installation which per technician the part would arrive in two days. But, the part arrived after nine days on 7/1 in which my family and I suffered in 90+ degrees heat during this wait. On 7/1, the Integrity technician replaced the part and had the AC running. I paid the balance $745 charged on my credit card. I became aware of the extended warranty later the next day after reviewing the warranty papers in my file. On 7/2 I called the Integrity office and talked to the administrative person Bridget about the warranty and she said that she will talk to John Jordan the owner and get back. She did not call back and I called again the next day and she said that I will have to pursue the warranty claim with the Manufacturer which is not the standard business practice. But, still I went out of the way and called the manufacturer of the part and their distributor. They said that the dealer/installer should initiate the warranty claim. Integrity has refused to do their part and give me credit for the replaced part under warranty. I have filed dispute for CC charge of $745 with CC Co
