I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Doornbos. We have used their time and material repair service in the past, so we expected the same level of reasonable pricing. However, this time, my wife was charged an exorbitant $540 to replace a simple $10 part, and all within just 38 minutes of the technician's arrival.

I have made multiple attempts to reach out to Doornbos for an explanation, but unfortunately, I have not received any response as of today. Here is a breakdown of my attempts to contact them:

- On 4/27, my wife was charged a flat $540 for an igniter during a 38-minute service. The technician also promised a discount of a couple hundred dollars on a new furnace.
- On 4/29, I sent a message through their website to inquire about the high cost of replacing a $10 part in such a short amount of time. However, I did not receive any response.
- On 4/30, I called and left a message with their answering service, but again, there was no response.
- On 5/2, I called again and was informed that the managers were busy due to it being Monday morning. They assured me that they had received my messages and would call me back later in the day. However, I never received a call back. Frustrated, I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
- On 5/3, 5/4, 5/5, 5/6, 5/7, 5/8, and 5/9, I made several attempts to contact Doornbos, but unfortunately, I did not receive any call back.

It is extremely disappointing and frustrating to be ignored by a company after being charged such an outrageous amount for a simple repair. I hope that Doornbos will rectify this situation and provide me with an explanation for the excessive charges.
