We seen Allbritten Heating & Air and a lift company lift a new air/heating unit to the top of our neighbors roof and take out the old one. They did a real tricky job and it looked real nice.

K*** A was really smart and helped us figure out what was wrong with our hot water heater. The price to change the part was too much for us, but his service was super professional.

The guys from Allbritten Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Services didn't wanna do the AC service 'cause it was a two-story house. They brought their ladders, gauges, and tools from the truck and carried 'em up to the first floor. They checked out the AC, came back down, and took their stuff back to the truck without doin' the service.

So, I had this guy named Say come over to my place. He was all professional and knew his stuff. He showed me how to set up the app for my fancy new smart thermostat on my phone. Then, he did this maintenance thing on my furnace to keep it in good shape. And get this, he even took pictures of everything he did, just to make me feel better. I've been using Allbritten for years, and let me tell you, they never let me down. Oh, and that maintenance club they have? It's totally worth it. Thanks, Allbritten!

We got two houses with AC and heating units from Albritten’s and we get 'em serviced twice a year. Service been good, office staff was real good this year, and the guys who fix 'em been good too. We was real thankful for Bee M's service this December. He was real quick, listened to our worries, answered our questions like he knew what he was talkin' about, and fixed a lil' leak. We followed him to our other house, and he was just as quick. He told us what he did to the unit on the roof, how it was doin', and finished the job inside. We look forward to workin' with him again. I just found out today that my other air conditioning units, not the one that they replaced, were sabotaged. Another air conditioning company said, "They were wired NOT to go on."

On 9/2, I had Allbritten come out to check our A/C unit. I paid a $65.00 fee for them to come out and diagnose the problem. They told me that the capacitor was bad and it would cost $400.00 to replace it. I told the technician to put the unit back together the way it was because I could buy the same capacitor for $30.00. I think Allbritten is charging way too much for their services.

After they replaced the capacitor, I found out that the technician didn't wire it back correctly. I had to call them again the next day, and they charged me another $65.00 fee for their mistake. They sent out a second technician along with the original one who found the issue. I asked them to refund my second $65.00 fee because the original technician wired the unit back incorrectly. I reached out to *** the service manager, but he refuses to give me a refund for the second fee. He says his technician denies wiring it back incorrectly, but I was there and saw it happen.

I got two HVAC systems in my crib. For simplicity, I'll call 'em HVAC 1 on the east side and HVAC 2 on the west. On 5/23, Allbritten came to check both systems. They did their thing and suggested some repairs for HVAC 1 to make it work better, but no mention of leaks. Their report said the refrigerant levels were good during the service. I paid $359 for their Guardian membership, which covers two services a year for each system. Check the invoice attached, dated 5/23. 'Bout two weeks later, I noticed HVAC 1 was running but not cooling. It was just blowing hot air. We figured it was the crazy hot weather, but HVAC 1 was fine. So I called Albritten on Monday, 6/13, and asked 'em to come back. They couldn't make it till Friday, 6/17. On 6/17, they checked HVAC 1 and said it ain't cooling 'cause the refrigerant levels are low. I asked how that's possible when they just came out three weeks ago and said the levels were fine. The tech said he dunno, but he didn't find any leaks. So I gave 'em the go-ahead to add 3 pounds of refrigerant, costin' $651. After they charged the system, the tech called to say he found a leak at the service valves. Check the invoice attached from 6/17. So basically, when they came on 5/23, they didn't tighten that valve like they should've, and they didn't find the leak, so I had to pay for 'em to fix their mistake. It's been over 5 weeks now, and HVAC 1 is still workin' fine, no refrigerant leakin' out. They never came back like they said on the 6/17 invoice. I'm complainin' 'cause I called 'em three times to talk to a manager, but they never called me back. I can't trust 'em to service my units anymore, so I want a full refund of the $359 membership fee and the $651 for the refrigerant.

The company was hired to replace a furnace because of a flood in the condo. I told the salesperson named *** that we had a competitor's estimate for almost half the price. He said their product and services are better than any competitor. The salesperson said the unit couldn't be replaced according to CA law, but didn't check if the coil and compressor were compatible and in good condition, which are necessary for the unit to work properly. Only after the furnace was installed, I was told about the problem, that the coil and compressor were old and not working. This isn't true because I personally turned on the unit a few days ago for the previous crews and it was working fine. I contacted the insurance company, but they wouldn't cover the full invoice amount. So now we're short $3876. I immediately complained about the amount, but the salesperson said it was too late since the units were already installed. This morning, I reached out to *** to explain the situation. He threatened to send us to a collection agency and hung up on me. I called the office and asked to speak to the manager, but they said he's in a meeting and will call me soon. I called *** but couldn't reach him. I sent a text asking him to resolve the issue peacefully. Instead, he texted me saying someone from his office would contact me for financing. The office staff called, but Mr. didn't. When I asked to speak to *** the manager, they said he left the office and won't be back for a week. I'm helping an elderly lady from our congregation who can't handle this task. I'm leaving for an overseas trip on Saturday for three weeks. I want a resolution as soon as possible.
