I called California AC Systems with a broken thermostat. He came out the same day and provided thorough and professional service. I was very pleased with the result - a new thermostat and a sanitized AC system that is working well.

We got great, professional service for fixing a wall heater from this company. They had to change the Pilot generator and the thermostat. They ordered the correct part and now the heater is working fine. The person at the office, ***, was really helpful and professional. They took the time to explain things to me. The technician came on time and did a really good job fixing the heater. It was nice working with this company. I'll call them again in the future if I need any repairs for my heater or air conditioning.

Terrible! This busines lied, double charged, then screamed at us when we asked for clarification for the extraordinarily high bill (for below average service). We completely remodeled our home, and we used lots of businesses and contractors, and we have never encountered such a rude, untrustworthy, and disturbing business. Lita, the phone operator, is particularly volatile, but she is also the one who lied, so I estimate she is used to yelling her way out of lies. Company did not complete work in a satisfactory manner. California Air Conditioning Systems was hired by our HOA to clean the dryer ducts in our 6-unit condo building. They charged us a certain amount for their services. However, after they left, we started experiencing issues. Two units began to have a moldy smell, and upon further investigation, it was discovered that one unit's dryer vent was completely broken and clogged. We also found that the rest of the vent was filled with lint. It appears that California Air Conditioning Systems either broke the vent or failed to clean it properly. When the HOA president contacted the company, they insisted that they were not responsible for the damage and asked us to pay for the repairs.

I went to California Air Conditioning Systems, Inc office in the morning and spoke with someone named *** on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 to ask them if they could work on replacing my condo wall *** The office sent someone named *** the same day in the afternoon to look at my current wall heaters. *** did all the *** necessary of the current wall heaters and the holes on the wall which is 11 inch height and 16 inch length. I told *** that I have been having trouble finding the exact heater size for the wall. *** that he could find me the exact size since this is his job and he knows how to get them. *** promised without a doubt that he would find me the exact *** size of *** height and *** I didn't doubt him and we agreed on moving forward with the job with an entire job cost of $***. *** asked for a downpayment of $825 which I paid. *** never called me back and about a week later I called *** about the status of finding the right heaters. *** responded that he was able to find the heaters and they are in the office and the installation can start soon. On Thursday, January 20, 2022, *** sent his man Pablo with the heaters to be *** I was surprised by the small nature of the new heaters when I saw them with *** The heaters *** were 8 *** I immediately called *** to inform him that he ordered the wrong heater and it's about half of the exact size we agreed upon. Even *** agreed with me that it's the wrong size and very small. I told *** that I could not take these small *** didn't install the heaters and took them back. I then tried calling *** but he would not answer my calls. I called the office and spoke with *** and she didn't want to resolve the issue and said they would not give me a full refund. She promised to give me only *** out of *** She said I have to pay for the *** I didn't agree to this and there is no document I signed about ***.
