8/18: Had to use them by way of home warranty company; Egor came out and conducted an exterior visual examination of my 2 air conditioner units and came back inside to say they were low on Freon. Took him a total of 6 minutes.

I contacted the Home Warranty. They told me they would have another technician from the same company come out, I contacted this company again, and the person I spoke to said Egor "he's our senior technician that we send out to fix things and if he said that's what's wrong then that's what it is." My response, "so, you're telling me that it's best practice to not physically inspect an a/c unit and that Egor can visually inspect something and make a diagnosis" them, "yes, that's correct."

Zero value. Avoid.

Update as of 9/13:

Clearly, this company stand behind their technician who apparently has x-ray vision and does not have to visually inspect anything nor listen to customers. I finally was able to get a second opinion through the Home Warranty from a different vendor who actually came out and did what most people assume HVAC professionals do, physically look at units and thoroughly explain to customers in a non-condescending way what is going on. Low and behold, guess what? The refrigerant level is NOT low on either units, and there are NO leaks. It turned out to be a completely different issue and had this technician thoroughly done his job then maybe I would not have had to wait 25 days for the air conditioning in my master bedroom to function.

Stay away from this company it will save you a whole lot of grief. Once again, it is clear that their management supports shady and predatory practices.

Thank you for being on time. AHS sent Air Squad to my house in North Las Vegas to fix my AC unit. This is the second time we've used this company. Marco got to work right away, fixed the problem, inspected the unit, and put it back together. I signed the paperwork, got a copy, and he left. He was very polite and knew what he was doing. I wish all service companies were this trustworthy and skilled.

This company, Air Squad Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC, was sent by AHS warranty to replace our water heater. After the technician's inspection and two days of no showering in hot Las Vegas summer, they called us and informed us that we had to pay over $800.00 for a repair that we later found out we didn't need. In the end, we refused to pay and canceled the service. We purchased a new water heater from Home Depot and contacted an honest local plumbing company to install it. Before contacting this questionable company, I recommend reading their reviews. They are not even a 1-star company. Make sure to ask the individuals involved how much the installation will cost before they begin the work.

I got AHS insurance. The insurance company gave me Air Squad to help with my water heater that had busted. They told me on a Thursday they could come and look at the heater on Friday. I told them the heater was leaking water into the pan, so far. They did not offer to come out Thursday to at least shut the water off and hook up the hose to the water heater so it could drain out of the water heater. Water heaters are essential can't wait. If you do not have enough people to do the job then hire more people or get out of the business. And if they had come Friday I am sure they would have said we will fix it Monday. They do not work on weekends and they do not have 24 hour service. I called another company on Thursday and that company came out and shut the water off and hooked the hose up so it would drain. Then they came out FRIDAY with a new tank and hooked it up immediately. I would not recommend Air Squad for anything. There was no way we were going to wait FIVE 5 days for a replacement of a water heater. THEY COMPANY THAT REPLACED THE WATER HEATER ARE GREAT AND I AM A CUSTOMER OF THEIRS FOREVER.
