TurboTax review: Never again

DO NOT USE! After using this company for 6 years we are done! In the last couple of years, we have been unable to make entries for deductions. the one time I asked for live help, she couldn't even tell me where to enter it for sure...basically said read through the questions. these are not new deductions for us so it should have been in their questionnaire. Not wanting to pay extra and not sure if it would have been beneficial, I let the last couple of years go. Last year they messed up the 1095 form which delayed our return for 4 months! And they charged us $219. I believe they do things like this to get the max charge for the return.
