i recently checked out invertersupply.com and man was it dope. like seriously, the site was so easy to navigate and i found everything i needed quickly. i mean, i've been to other inverter sites before and they were such a freakin' headache. but not this one. even better than that was the customer service. those guys were so nice and helpful. they answered all my questions and gave me some solid advice on which inverter to buy. and when i got my order, it was like christmas. i had everything i needed and it was all good quality stuff. all in all, i gotta give it up to invertersupply.com. they really know how to do business right.

hey yall, just wanted to let ya know about my experience with Inverter Supply. I ordered some batteries from them and they said they should be comin around June 22nd. I asked em to send me an email when they get sent out so I know what's up. I gotta admit, it's kinda worryin me that they don't seem to know too much about the batteries. But we'll see what happens I guess. Hopefully everything turns out okay.

Ordered an inverter from Inverter Supply and they got it to me lickety-split! The delivery was right on schedule and the box was in great shape when it showed up at my door. I haven't had the chance to get it all set up yet and give it an honest-to-goodness test drive, but so far, everything's looking good!

. Their selection of inverters was also pretty darn good. The website wasn't the easiest to navigate, but I was able to find what I was looking for. When I received my order, I noticed that one of the mounts was slightly damaged. I contacted customer service and they were able to send me a replacement immediately. Their customer service was really great and friendly. Overall, I am happy with my experience with Inverter Supply. They have good prices, a good selection, and good customer service. If you're in need of an inverter or related supplies, I suggest you check them out!

So I gotta say, Inverter Supply really pulled through for me. I was fixing up my dang RV and thought I had everything figured out, but turns out I ordered the wrong parts like a big ol' dummy. Thankfully, my boy Scott over at Inverter Supply called me up and let me know what was up. He even went ahead and talked to the company working on my RV to make sure they sent me the right stuff this time. Can't thank these guys enough for going above and beyond to get me back on the road.

Inverter Supply is a great site where I easily found my perfect inverter. It was easy installing it, being lightweight and all. The only issue was the connection, which was a tiny bit hard to deal with. I suggest they make it vertical from underneath, instead of horizontal. This will make it more user-friendly. They should also add a few more options for three-quarter inch or 1 inch conduit. Overall, though, I'm happy with their product!

These guys are a big no-no. They claim to have all the stuff you need ready in stock, but that's just a bunch of bunkum. When you finally do get your stuff, it takes what feels like ages. And if you have to bring anything back, be prepared for a curtain call on that restocking fee - it's pretty hefty. They're not exactly on top of their customer service, if you catch my drift, so honestly, if you want to deal with a company that's up front and honest, this ain't it. Look around some more, friend.

Needed control panel and display for a sailboat. Old guy couldn't figure it out. Tried to buy from my usual guys but they were out. Found Inverter Supply in a pinch and got it in only two days! Customer happy happy happy!

I recently had a terrible experience with Inverter Supply. They were supposed to ship me a pallet of high-quality solar panels but unfortunately, it arrived at my doorstep completely shattered. I was absolutely shocked by the poor service and lack of concern from the company.

Dealing with the return process has been an absolute nightmare. It has been almost impossible to get in touch with customer service, and when I finally did, they were extremely rude and dishonest. It became apparent to me that this company has no real expertise in the products they sell and that they are just resellers.

It's clear that the lack of knowledge and care in handling the shipment ultimately led to the damage of these panels. In my opinion, it was extremely incompetent to ship a pallet of panels stacked flat with no protective packaging between them. I'm honestly appalled by the whole experience.

It's frustrating to think that this kind of poor service and dishonesty is allowed to exist in the marketplace. I'm still waiting for my pallet of broken panels to be picked up and the matter to be resolved. It has been 4 months since the incident and I'm still at a loss. It's disappointing to be so let down by a company that I had put my trust in.

Overall, my experience with Inverter Supply has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company for any future purchases and hope that they improve their customer service and knowledge of their products in the future.

The thang that caught my eye bout Inverter Supply was the price. I was lookin around for an inverter for ahot minute and they had some of the best prices out there. Plus, they offer free shipping which is always a plus in my book.

When I got my inverter tho, it was lookin like it had been through a war or somethin. It was sittin on my front porch all beat up and stuff. They left a note sayin not to sign for it if it was damaged, but nobody even asked me to sign anything. I was happy it wasn't busted tho.

After a few days of usin it, the auto start wasn't workin so good. I called up Aims Power tech support and they said it might be a problem with the auto start unit. They told me to get in touch with Inverter Supply to try and get an exchange goin.

But instead of an exchange, they gave me an RMA (I had to look that up to find out what it even meant) for warranty work. And I gotta pay the cost of shippin it back to Aims Power in Nevada which is like $153. That's like twenty percent of the price I paid!

If I had known that was gonna happen, I probably woulda just bought a generator from Lowes or Home Depot or somethin so I could return it in person if anything was wrong with it.

Overall, I guess Inverter Supply was alright but I wish they had been clearer about the warranty stuff up front.
