I. Believe verde have stolen/kept and or have had no intention to ever pay my withdrawal. I can prove all there help and support are trained to elude be evasive vague and down right lie using a process specifically designed to only reassure and soothe there victim/not help and its only intention is to drag out any and all correspondence furthering
A all ready extend wait time's, in hopes that life as it does gets in the way and we stop pursuing it or with the frustration the victim eventually moves on or deems the hassle just not worth it and let's it go... Both outcomes verde keep the money. Ive had dentical scripted answers nearly word for word from multiple agents on different days, as well as complety contradicting information all which fall apart in same moments of given actual facts, meaning the won't pass me on to financial department won't give me a email adress some agent tho don't even know where the money is.. They also flat out ignore and refuse to answer important questions that would (if my money was legitimately missing) immediately aid and asisy this issue. Won't even acknowledge some questions becuse in doing so they expose the truth... Some even shamefully hang up when it gets to hard others clamied they have answerd my question but cannot answer how or which question they answerd? Most just hang up on me.. Ive been told my money is lost! Ive been told they don't know who has it who they gave it to or why its late and in the next breath they say they have emailed corresponding department and to wait for the recipt (so they do know whos got it or not?;) have admitted the corresponding department

Also that its not ther financial department they have so many different providers that they dont know what's happend whos got it or where the $ is. Once or twice the reason to why I havent been paid was that there aren certain difficulties and situations that can hold my payments up but cant tell me what they are.. What my 13 +days (and counting) of screen[censored]s really expose is a very surface level very generic smooth over umbrella type"answer to all concerns a "dont worry we on the case typed answer however when question the cannot prove any facts or details on how they are helping or who is assisting them... They cannot provide me with a order number statement number invoice or anything regarding my withdrawal and bank transfer.. Ive even asked if they could send back to me my details I gave them to check for any typos I may have given but cant even do that. (again sorry to state the obvious but if they dont have my bank details how are they going to deposit.
I know a thing or two about what can be devulged if your above bored and also what you have to hide and bounce around if ur all [censored]... They are showing every sign that they are fraudulent criminals doing therr very best to hide the truth and a not very good job at it. Weak scripted generic help designed to reasure and soothe us so we are more compliant and less likely to persue outside help is all they offer. What they dont, cant and refuse to say is just as important if not more important to seeing what's really going on here... If you got nothing to hide you hide nothing.. L.. I believe I can prove this as i've screenshotd most of the last 13 days or so ive3 been waiting on my withdrawal and catching on early I knew I wouldnt see any $ so decided going public is what they deserve. I made a point of cleverly constructing my questions to blow huge holes in there story tripping them up and exposing there criminal behavior at every turn to the point they only opinion was to ignore and refuse to answer and or hang up and retreat!...

I purchased this watch several years ago from a T.V. show. This watch did not work when I received it. I call Invicta Repair and send the watch back to them. After a month or so, they said my watch was repaired. When I received my watch, it ran for a day or two and then stopped. This went on a least one more time for a total of at least 3 times. This watch still runs for a day or two and then stops.
I do not remember the dates, but my watch is under warranty, and I did not have to pay for anything. The last repair was about a year ago or less. I have not had the time to send this watch back again due to health issues. I am almost 76 years old.
I have tried to contact Invicta repair again but nobody returns my repair request. This watch is junk and should be replaced with a new one or my money should be returned. That watch, other than it doesn't work, is in perfect condition. Invicta has had the watch more than I have.

I ordered the above watch on approx. 11/30/22 and paid $42.00 + shipping and handling fee of approx. $8 and my credit card was charged for the above amounts. It said I would have my watch between 3-5 days. Well today is now 12/06/22 and I still do not have my watch nor has there been any communication from your comany.
I tried downloading photos of the confirmation that I received that my order was in fact placed and would be delivered soon and now guess what? your site will not allow me to download my photos. How shady right!

I received the above watch as a Christmas gift a few years ago and within 6 months of receiving it the band broke. (photo attached) This was not a daily wearer. This watch was only worn 1 day a week as a casual watch. I have contacted your company numerous times regarding replacing this watch band and still tell this day you have yet to have of this watch band in stock. I am only writing this email now as I was cleaner out my home office desk and found the watch in the original protective case, that I forgot that I placed it there. What I'm I to do with your product with out a band to wear it. (place it on my desk in the case and use it as a fancy clock). your assist would greatly be appreciated.
also one of my co workers also purchased this same watch and his band also broke exactly in the same spot. I have checked on line and found a great deal of complaints regarding this series of watch and all have the same problem the band falls apart or breaks... this is very poor customer service to not fix this problem and recall your product as clearly there was a issue with the curing process when the band was being produced..

I received a watch in Dec. 2021. I did now want to keep it so I contacted the company for a return and it was approved. They sent me a prepaid label and I dropped it off to UPS. It arrived back in their possession on 01/04/2022 AND I NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND! I have proof of shipping and proof of receipt.

Hello I placed an order on the 8th. And i paid for shipping cost. Per the policy it says shipped up to 7 business days. And then 3-5 days for shipping. I'm confused because I spoke to a rep who stated my order won't be shipped until the 23rd. I understand the high demand for shipping. However nationwide if orders are placed before 12/13 then you would get them before Christmas. These are to ask my brothers to be in my wedding. This has turned into a disaster. Please help me out with this. I really need them before Christmas. They are all flying out from all over the world. One from Japan, the other from Paris and the last two from California. This is supposed to be a special time. Please help with getting these shipped. I really don't want to cancel my order. I've looked around for a long time to find the perfect watches for each one of them.

Invicta Silicone Band
I am filing a complaint based on the quality of your silicone watch bands. I have purchased over 150 watches from Invicta through ShopHQ and at least 90 with silicone bands. Of these 90 ( numerous Subaquas, Bolts, Venoms, Excursions, ) 46 have broken straps. As a loyal customer, I am outraged that watches I have spent between 200 and 500 dollars can not be worn after a year ! This is crazy and needs to be addressed by your company at once . Then you want to charge another 100 dollars for a replacement band of the same quality when these cheap bands should be replaced for free or at least a discounted price based on the price of these watches. I placed the order december 2nd. The tracking id given was showing as package delivered after 4 weeks. I sent an email as I had not received the package and was told it had be delivered to the international shippers. I waited another month and then after a few emails got another tracking number that showed the package delayed in customs. The package then show as return to shipper from customs at which point I asked for a refund, I was told that they have not yet received the package back. It has now been over 3 months and I have stopped getting responses to my emails.

I purchased an Invicta Spiderman chronograph on June 27, 2020 off the Invicta website and paid via Paypal. The website read that it was in stock and ready to ship. I was given an estimated delivery date of July 6th, 2020 and that I would receive an email with a tracking number when the item shipped. I could not get anyone on the phone, so I went an email. I received a reply saying that it has not shipped yet. I replied to cancel the order. Their response today (07/10) was they can not nor would they refund, that I had to wait until it shipped and THEN I could ask for a return label and only after they received it back could they process a refund. They also refused to indicate when the watch would ship. I gave them the order number, my phone number and PayPal receipt to prove the item had been paid for. If the item is in stock, it should not take 2 weeks to ship the item and if the item has not shipped, a refund should be fast and easy. I would have hoped for better customer service
New watch
While on vacation I purchased a new Invicta watch on a Royal Caribian curise ship. The watch was soild with a 1 year unlimited warrenty. The watch stoped running after 3 days. By this time I had returned home. Based on Invictas online instructions I sent the watch to their International repair center in Utha. Since this time in mid Janurary I have made 4 different attemps to get information from Invicta customer service about covering repair cost. The repair center advised cost would be $99 + $28 return shipping.
After 4 now 5 attemos to I have heard from no one, nata, 0, nothing. So I spent $129 on a watch which ran 3 days. I own 60+ Invictas and 100+ watches in tottal.

I ordered a watch on 12/21/2019. To date, my order continues to say processing and I cannot reach anyone @ Invicta to get a status. I have have called and been placed on hold for over 1 hour, have written emails, and have tweeted and nothing. Customers/Consumers should not have to chase a status on orders. I am a very frustrated customer and need to hear back from Invicta with proper status or the ability to get a refund. I have upcoming travel don't need a watch delivery sitting on my doorstep while I'm on the road.

I sent in 2 watches for repair that cost me $70 before they even left my house. $28 each for the repair evaluation and $14 for the shipping. Received an email that stated that 1 watch would cost $159 and the other $138. I replied back to them and told them to return them without doing the repairs. Receive a call from IWSC telling me that they would now do all the work for $100 so I agreed. next email came to me a week later telling me that all of a sudden I need a new casing for my watch and it was going to now cost $149. I once again told him to send it back without repairing it as the casing was absolutely fine when it was shipped. Now, 1 week later the watch was delivered back to me with the pin missing and the watch band was apart. Now they will not send me the pin that belongs to me with out me sending the watch to them again. Just curious on the 11 point evaluation inspection that the $28 was for, How did they miss my supposed broken casing? Oh yeah, when I received the watch back with the missing pin, my casing is still absolutely fine. Guessing that they are not intelligent enough to look up my model # and send me a pin.
Nothing but shady people. Unfortunately I would never buy an Invicta watch again with the thought of ever dealing with these crooks again. While the watches were supposedly getting repaired, I bought 7 Invicta watches for all of my Groomsman in my wedding and have since then returned them all so they would never have to deal with this.

Well I 've heard the horror stories about Invicta service center and now I know they are all true. I purchased a used no longer produced model and wanted the battery replaced and the 8 external case screws replaced as someone had damaged them using the wrong size screwdriver. Before commiting to the purchase I called Invicta (waited 10 minutes on hold even though it said I was caller # 1) to insure they had the parts. Danella assured me they did after checking with a technician. After I received the watch I called AGAIN to make sure the had the parts (again put on hold...every time I called it said I was caller 1 but hold time was at least 10 minutes) Danella said they had the parts. Paid them $28 for return shipping UP FRONT then I sent them the watch paying for shipping. I get an email invoice and see that it lists only 4 the 8 screws. It took me 2 1/2 hours and 4 phone calls to finally get Austin (who never returned my calls or answered my email) to tell me they only had 4 of the screws in stock and can't get the other 4 and with the battery change it would cost me $110...$8 a screw and $39 per battery (it takes 2). I can't return the watch and I don't want to sink more money into it and not have it properly fixed. I told them to send the watch back to me. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER INVICTA...EVER.

My husband bought me an Invicta watch on a cruise not even a year ago I haven't worn it much I put it on and the minute hand fell off I remembered I still have warranty so I send it to you with a $28 money order when the repair representative calls me Segan Fredericton calls me immediately blames me for the damages without even asking me what happened so that goes to tell me he's trying to talk me out of my warranty please help me my watches still at the service center . To know I was getting charged as much as my watch is worth to repair it is not fair. Please help.
