Folks, if you have not bought anything from them, you did the damn right thing. This company is scam. I bought a watch from them for $250 (thanks god I did not the one with $750 tag). The watch description says that it is water resistance up to 30 ft but water would go in after first second of of exposure to water. I also did not see any return/refund option on their website. I called the guy who was in contact with me from the company and he would give me a UK address to ship the watch and my refund will be issued while the watch was shipped to me from China. Do NOT be a fool and dont purchase anything from this company

Bought this watch at £850.00 and wore it around six times. Supposedly a top clone model in white gold, so i'm thinking it is as good as the real thing. The watch stopped manually winding so was told to send it back and they will resolve the problem and not to worry. This was four months ago and now they have stopped replying to my emails and they have my money and I have no watch. Do not buy from allswiss ever.

I go tow times to the shop to ask the sales man how's I buy from him and has take my number to call me back but no body call even the manager for the shop and no one take the our complain as serious because our my watch is not working purply the date in any watch is change the date after 12 but our my watch is change after 2:15 and I go to the sales man on the shop and has taken another one from the show and is have same issue and he take the number of me and he set the manager will call but no body call same nothing happened what kind of company is not having customer service after the sale is 3 times I go there but no body answer just will call you but nothing I won't know exactly how the one will call to explain to me what kind of watch is doing like did and is not sheep's swatch I hope someone from the company to call .

Allswisswatch (www.allswisswatch.eu) is not a company but a criminal organization. It is a site created solely and exclusively to deceive, fraud, extort and steal the naive and unsuspecting people.
There is a plethora of complaints from your customers on several international denunciation sites and almost all of them are due to not receiving the purchased watch or not receiving refund or return for the poor quality of the watch and not receiving the amount paid. I bought 2 watchs on 10/11/2018, through Order #14613, and I did not receive the product or the refund until today, 5/2/2019, almost 6 months after the purchase, despite dozens of emails and complaints on the site. I am retired, I am 72 years old, I live alone and due to the very difficult situation I am working on reselling watches to buy medicine, food and to pay rent. I'm just making these complaints because I've never been through so much cheating, hypocrisy, lies and dissimulation as this gang got me through.
We, the buyers and consumers of global e-commerce, beg for any government entity or consumer protection agency to severely stop and punish Allswisswatch fraud and crime practices for serious and honest citizens.
These occurrences are no longer a case of Complaint, but a case of Police.

This company is the most unprofessional foul threatening and intimidating company I have ever done business with. The cloned watches that they sell are One of the cheapest poorly manufactured and lowest quality of a replica watches that I have experienced . This company is arrogant threatening and being run by employees that have no morals.. I will try to intimidate and threaten and use whatever necessary ways to pressure you if you ever try to return a product or say anything negative about them or to them for the fact that their product is such a very low-quality

I received the wrong watch! It was nice and looked lovely, but it cost less than I paid. So I contacted Allswisswatch customer service and told them about the mistake. I said that I decided to keep the one they sent me and asked them for a price difference refund. I was nice and polite, but the rep I spoke to was terrible! The person was very rude and refused to help me. Very unprofessional! I would like to discuss this with the company manager.

My experience with the company www.allswisswatch.eu was really bad. I have bought from them, because I found perfect watch for my brother. I waited 28 days and didn’t get the order. I emailed them and asked to hurry up, because I needed the watch before August, 20th. But the seller hasn’t replied or provided any details of the purchase. I emailed the seller again and asked to return my money back, and he responded that he was in the process, but I still haven’t received this sum.
