horrible customer service!!!
I had ONE simple question that turned into an hour of being transferred to 3 different people at different phone numbers.. My question: What are my payment dates for my item? Customer Service gave me an 877#... That rep. couldn't find anything! They transferred me to another# & they couldn't find anything! Although I hv my ring.. No information.. What!

I bought a black jade opal ring 2 years ago. It was beautiful, but unfortunately my daughter dropped it and it shattered. That is not my issue. I bought another, but did not like the shape of the opal, so I sent it back for an exchange with the website photo of what I wanted the ring to look like. They sent me another ring which had a stone that was so dark that I couldn't see it on the black jade band. Contacted customer service and asked how I could ensure that the next ring was like the one pictured on the website. They told me it was impossible for them to hand select one. I sent it back with instructions for an exchange. Instead they refunded me and told me to reorder. It was $30 more and they would not honor the price I paid initially. Her manager was at lunch, so she couldn't give me the original price of the item which I wanted exchanged but they refunded.

I'm not happy with Palm Beach Jewelry and I will never order from them again. I have bought something and my item arrived damaged. I contacted Palm Beach Jewelry customer service and they offered me a replacement and I agreed. I sent the damaged item back and heard nothing back. Three weeks later they finally contacted me and said that unfortunately they were not able to ship me a replacement (they didn't explain the reason even when I asked) and said that I will be given a refund. It is now over 5 weeks and I'm still waiting. Please, don't waste your hard earned money and shop elsewhere.

I ordered diamond chain from the company Palm Beach Jewelry. After couple of weeks I got nothing, so I went to their website and check my order, but it showed that I bought completely different chain.
