I hired Power Exteriors to replace the soffits and fascia on my home. We signed a contract and I had prepared a cashier's check for the remaining $1,400. However, I was disappointed when Power failed to tarp the work zone, resulting in damage to my composite decking. The owner showed no interest in seeing the damage and refused to take responsibility. In order to address the issue, I sent videos and photos of the damage and the scattered debris to the relevant parties involved, including the *** and ***. Upon seeing the damage, *** instructed his crew to remove the existing soffit, the new material I had paid for, and then they left. As a result, my home is now exposed to the elements and animals, which is concerning as I have a 5-year-old daughter. Despite this, Power refuses to rectify the situation and claims that they were never asked to leave the property by me or ***. When I discovered the damage to my composite decking, I immediately instructed everyone to stop working and get off the ladders. I informed the crew that I would be contacting ***, the owner, to address the issue. Unfortunately, *** lied to me when we spoke on the phone. I am now seeking a replacement for my composite decking, as it is only fair given the circumstances. Additionally, it has come to my attention that Power is violating FTC code by posting their own reviews.

In August 2022, we received a quote for hail damage to our roof and partial siding. We agreed to the quote and provided the company with our insurance check as requested. In October/November 2022, they replaced the shingles on our roof. However, in April 2023, they sent us an email explaining that the owner was dealing with medical issues, causing them to operate at a much slower pace. Since then, we have not received any further communication from the company, except for the following incident. Despite our attempts to contact them through phone, email, and their website, they have not responded. Their voicemail box is often full, making it impossible to leave a message. In June, they did reach out to us after receiving a voicemail and an email. They informed us that they had scheduled the siding replacement for August, but could not provide an exact date or details about the work. They promised to call us back with more information, but they never did. We not only paid them for the unfinished siding job, but they also did not complete the roof job to our satisfaction and never followed up to inspect the work. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we urgently need some form of communication and resolution. We are unable to hire another company for the siding replacement because they have already received the payment.
