I dunno where to start
I dunno where to start. My folks got their roof redone for 20k. They paid this company 17k, so there was still 3k left. Meanwhile, we got a lawyer to help with the home insurance 'cause they said no to replacing the roof at first. After we won against the insurance company, we had to sign the check with some dude from this company. This guy kept my folks' check and wouldn't give it back. He straight up stole a bunch of money from two old folks. I reached out to the owner, but he didn't seem to give a damn that his employees were robbing customers.

I contacted Excel multiple times to fix a leak on a brand new roof they installed 1 year ago. I've been writing the owner about the issue for 8 months now. Finally, 1 month ago, they responded and sent someone to do a very sad attempt to fix the leak! The roof started to leak again the very next day the repair was done! I've called and talked to the lead supervisor and I set up an appointment with him early last week and no one showed up and no one ever called me back when I called! I wrote the owner many times, but he will not respond! They have destroyed my home! The ceiling in the office fell in due to the weight of the water. I had to hire someone to clean the mess and cut the rest of the damaged ceiling out! I had to hire a water restoration company to dry the room out from a year's worth of water and clean mold out of my attic! They knew all this and they could have avoided all this but chose not to! The wood is rotted in the attic and shingles now need to be replaced, not repaired at this point!
