Bigs Roofing & Repairs has been a tremendous help in keeping our roof covered for the past three years. We started having problems when we discovered that our six and one half year roof had not sealed down properly. They were here within a day of our request when shingles were blown off. James was very helpful with a warranty claim with a company that he does not use their product. His advice helped us through the warranty process. As long as there is Bigs Roofing & Repairs, we are comfortable that we will have a solid roof over our heads.

We had Bigs Roofing & Repairs do our siding back in November and ever since the siding has buckled, fallen off, and pieces were not properly fastened. There have been ongoing issues and getting a response to fix the issues has been difficult. They are hard to get a hold of, you can't leave a message sometimes. When you do leave a message, they don't respond back until weeks later, if that. We constantly have to keep calling to get a response. When they have come to fix something, they only address one issue at a time. Additionally, they leave nails in your yard and on your driveway. We have asked many times for them to come when we are home so we can show them ALL the issues with the siding. They were supposed to come last Friday, when we were off work so we can show them the different issues, but they didn't respond. They will say they are coming and don't follow through. At this point, I am not sure what to do because after a year we are still experiencing issues with the siding, and I am worried it will always be an issue due to the faulty installation.
