Brown Roofing sets expectations and follows through! They installed the roof on my garage that needed all new plywood and they were able to replace it all, install new shingles, and cleanup all before 2pm! The project manager kept me informed throughout the installation and made sure I was aware of all expenses. The property protection and cleanup exceeded what I anticipated. I am very glad to have chosen Brown Roofing!

After some problems with another roofing/gutter company I was pleased to speak with a customer service person who set up an appointment with Mike Peterson at Brown Roofing. Mike was excellent! He showed up early, climbed up on the roof, figured out the problem we were having and recommended some viable solutions! Mike was incredibly knowledgeable and polite. We will continue to use Brown Roofing for repairs and roofing and we are confident that Mike will steer us in the right direction! Thank you so much!

First contact was in May. Minimal damage to my roof. First representative from Brown Roofing Company came out and gave a good sales pitch and emphasized how much they could get out of my insurance company. Never heard from that representative again. Called in June and got another representative from Brown Roofing Company. Same sales pitch; they have a whole department that deals with insurance... Nothing happens. My calls to Brown Roofing Company are unanswered. Finally, in November, Brown Roofing Company sends a crew and the work is done in a day. They want immediate payment which they got. I asked for them to mail me a paid invoice. Still haven't seen that. The crew from Brown Roofing Company was good. These guys talked a good game but 6 months of poor service doesn't work for me.

Brown Roofing leaves the competition in the dust. Very rarely do you get to do business with a company that is professional, explains in detail what they will be doing, takes pride in what they do and leaves the customer extremely satisfied. Every step from Sales (Abdul), to Project Manager (Eddie R), to Production Manager (Chase) to the Office (Nikki) provided 5 Star Service. Everyone showed up on time, returned calls promptly, worked hard on the job, completed the job on time and left the property clean. I dare anyone to find even one nail around the property. The house looks GREAT! Do not waste your time calling anyone else. Call Brown Roofing, you will not be disappointed.

1/22 I had Brown Roofing Company (Ty the owner) to do an inspection. He gave me a $1600 repair quote. They were supposed to come several times, they never showed up. Today, 5/17, still no service. Told Brown Roofing Company on 5/15 it had been over 90 days, and we were getting quotes from other companies. Said he was still not doing work on roofs due to the current situation with the virus. Other companies were working, and we needed it completed ASAP. Then, 30 minutes later said he could do it on Monday. In the meantime, I got a better quote 5/17 and we told them we need to cancel the service. He said we owe him 10% of a $1600 bill. Would not recommend Brown Roofing Company! I couldn't get the work done for over 3 months. They missed their chance. Don't waste your time! Thanks

ZERO Stars! The worst experience. I went with Brown Roofing Company after seeing all the positive reviews, but I am not sure how they got those after how they have handled our account. This is truly the most incompetent company, I have regretted not going with other roofers. Over 15 months now and they have not installed our copper scuppers, the rainwater just slides off our sidings, damaging and contributing to mildew throughout. The roof they installed is of poor quality, we have water standing all over after it rains. Every few months they email me an invoice for the balance and each time I call and remind them the job is incomplete, to which they say they'll have someone get back to me, which NO ONE ever does. I called again today and was told the scuppers were installed on 6/10, which is FALSE, there is nothing there. So frustrating!

Brown Roofing came to my rescue when I was dealing with leaking problems from a different contractor, I will not name them as they know who they are. My roof was leaking after a terrible storm and no matter how many times I called my previous contractor, they never came out. A friend of mine who just had her roof done by Brown Roofing, recommended that I call them. I took her advice and called, I had nothing to lose I thought. I dialed their number and spoke to a lovely woman who told me someone would be out first thing in the morning. At this point, I honestly did not expect anyone to show up. Not only did someone show up the next morning, Eddie Griffin, the owner of Brown Roofing showed up at my door and immediately knew what the problem was and patched the roof, not charging me anything to patch the roof that another company put on my house. On his way out the door I had asked him if he (his company) could remove the roof that he just patched for me and put a new dependable roof on my house. Later that day I received a call from Brown Roofing letting me know that they would send someone from sales out. Austin showed up, gave me a quote and there was a crew at my house within the next few weeks. When I left for work, the crew was not there, when I got home there was a brand new roof on my house. The crew did such a great job, none of my outside plants were destroyed and there were no nails on the ground - I checked. The roof looks great and no leaks. Brown Roofing is the best company I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

Family owned and operated business with exceptional customer service. Everyone was incredibly honest and transparent throughout the entire process and went the extra mile to exceed our expectations. The house looks absolutely stunning, and the project managers were extremely supportive from beginning to end. If you are in need of roofing services, Brown Roofing Company is definitely the best choice!

I recently had a leaking roof that needed to be repaired. Like most people I turned to Brown Roofing Company Inc. Was the highest rated company. I decided to give them a call. I was greeted by a friendly office woman who was able to set me up an appointment the next day. My roofing specialist arrived early was very resourceful and informative. Was able to get me a lovely estimate and stated work the next week. I am very satisfied with the level of professionalism and their exceptional service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK =)

I ordered services that have yet to be completed. The customer representative assisted in the initial proposal forgot to add the gutter guards to them. The job was supposed to include gutter guards. Once the gutters were installed, I took pictures and noticed that the guards were missing. I started asking why the gutter guards were missing and the job I thought was completed on 2/10/22 is still being discussed as it is still not completed by Brown Roofing. I was told today 3/31/22, that the gutter guards will be installed on 4/8/22 after payment right now. I offered a good faith effort to pay 50% now and the final amount once the gutter guards are installed on 4/8/22. The original contract stated to pay in full when the job is completed. I want to pay once the job is completed too. I was told if not paid today, the gutter guards will not be scheduled to be installed on 4/8/22. I continue to ask about their grievance process and instead was told that they met today with the original customer rep who made up the initial job proposal and the V.P. of the company. It was supposedly decided that the customer rep will pay to have the guards installed. I asked for this in writing. The e-mail I received just said, “Brown Roofing will install the gutter guards on 4/8/22". That is not specific enough.
