Awesome work! Very prompt and professional crew came and got our roofing leaks sealed up and cleaned and fixed the gutters in one day, just before the atmospheric river hit Vancouver. In addition, they made a small repair to close off damage from the blocked gutters. Many thanks to David T. and his crew. Definitely recommend their service! Five stars!

Carlos was very patient and thorough in responding to my queries about the roof repair. He drew my attention to lack of gutter cleaning done by former gutter cleaner hired for many years. I now realize what a great decision it was many years ago, when I hired Absolute as the roofer to replace my cedar shakes tiles. And association with Carlos reaffirms my decision to maintain this continuing relationship.

I highly recommend Absolute Roof Solutions, they installed a beautiful metal roof for us in 2017. The crew was here for several months as some of the supporting structure had to be rebuilt. They were all very conscientious, hardworking and very likeable guys. This March, John and Mike replaced a leaking skylight over the family room. Their work ethic and professionalism is consistent with our experience with Absolute. I will continue to recommend Absolute to my friends and neighbors and I'm grateful to find a company that has maintained their high standards over the years.

The snow and ice had built up on our old shake roof and old leaks that had been repaired a year prior, could not handle the situation. We had quite a few areas that were leaking.It was Christmas eve and we felt badly to trouble anyone, but within a few hours Andrew and Victor arrived. They brought 3 tarps and set to work removing snow and ice build up and installing tarps in a horrible cold rain. They were professional and very polite and such hard workers! I was amazed at all they did up there! And it has helped us thru until we are able to do further work needed . I would recommend them and was very thankful for them too!

Absolute Roof Solution did a wonderful job with my roof repair. The technician, Carlos, was superb. He came out to inspect my roof and provided report along with relevant photos. A quote was given at the same time. I did have to wait for a few months, but that is typical in the rainy Vancouver. Many jobs cannot be done until the rain stops. Once Carlos came out, the work went as swift as it can be. The repair was completed within reasonable amount of time, weather permitting. The place was cleaned up on a daily basis. I was briefed on what was done that day. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work and would definitely use Absolute Roof again.

The customer service experience was extremely disappointing. I requested a quote for roofing work on my residential home and the "sales/new business" woman constantly over talked me, continually contradicted herself and ultimately struggled to even book a quote request. She was unprofessional and disrespectful. I left a negative post conveying my experience and they deleted it. It is concerning that the company is trying to hide negative feedback from potential customers. The moment a business starts filtering out their negative reviews they are misleading potential customers into new business based on the pretense that they haven't had any complaints on their site (which is dishonest). Hopefully ComplaintsBoard.com doesn't allow that to happen here. I am more than happy to speak with ComplaintsBoard.com to share my concerns further.

I paid $225 for the on-site inspection, which is reasonable, and the technician found the problem quickly - great. I needed two end caps re-sealed, 1 trough screw replaced, and asked for the cost of cleaning the gutters on one side of the house only, and to install gutter guards in that one section only. The cost estimate I received was unreasonably high, and I know this as I grew up in a contractor's household, and regularly hire all manner of contractors in my role as a project engineer. When I asked for a detailed estimate of labor and materials, my deposit was quickly processed, and I've been ignored ever since (3 mos. and counting). I absolutely won't be using these folks, absolutely won't recommend them, and absolutely think their poor rating should be reviewed.

Thoroughly impressed with Absolute Roof Solutions. This was a re-roof with sheathing replacement and design of new attic ventilation system on an older home. It was not a simple job. They did great work, great fit and finish and were professional at all times. They worked right through and never skimped on quality. I'd be happy to recommend Absolute Roof Solutions and use them again.

We used Absolute Roof Solutions in 2013 and had a number of problems with them leading to a discussion with the owner and complaining about the service we received. One week ago we discovered a leak in our front bedroom coming down from the ceiling by the window. We called Absolute Roof Solutions and two men came out and after a review of the issue they advised us that it was not a warranty issue as everything looked OK. They told us we needed a group of metal strips put under the shingles along the front and back of the house that would prevent any further leaking. We asked them to send us a quote and they took our e-mail and phone info and said they would get back to us. We have heard nothing from them since. We contacted a local Roofing Company and they came out and fixed the problem without installing any metal strips. We highly recommend that people do not use this company. They do not deliver on what they advertise and their service is far less than acceptable. Absolute Roof Solutions.

To whom it may concern, We, the owner of the building, signed a contract with Absolute Roof Solutions this year to start deck replacement work at *** from 1/Sep/2021. It has been three leaks after they completed their work and we had discussions about the test deck and other inspections that needed to be done onsite to locate where the leak came from, but I have not heard back from them since 2/Nov/2021. Additionally, they promised us a $2800 credit due to a missed part of the work in the quote, but they have not informed us how they will process it. This was supposed to be a one-week job, but it has now dragged on for a couple of months. As a property management company, ***, both our landlord and our company are losing rental income on that unit due to Absolute Roof neglecting our requests and responding late. We are looking for Absolute Roof to finish their work and compensate us for the time and income loss of the last two months. I have attached email correspondence between Doug K from Absolute Roof and their employees Stephane and Wayne since September. It is clear that they did not finish their work properly, and after I filed complaints, they replied last week and promised to test their work and provide a $2800 credit. Mr. Doug K called me last week and said he will take care of it and provide some quotes for me to spend the $2800 and find time to test the deck. However, they have since ignored my emails and phone calls, causing us to lose another week of potential rental income. What was supposed to be a one-week job has now dragged on for two months and is still not finished. We need your help to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
