So, we had like seven guys come out and give us a price for our roof, but then we met Joe W from Buffalo's Best and he was the man. He knew what he was talking about and his price was way better than anyone else. Michelle and the boss were cool to deal with too. The dudes who did the work, Zach and Keith, were legit and worked hard. We definitely recommend these guys.

I gotta say, I was super worried about getting ripped off by some slimy salesmen when I needed a new roof and gutters after my husband passed away. But Buffalo's Best Roofing Co. really came through for me! Scott came over twice and explained everything in detail, so I knew exactly what I needed (and what I didn't). And the roofers - Gabe, Hunter, and the rest of the crew - were all super polite, on time, and really paid attention to the little details. They even put up with my nosy neighbor and all my annoying questions! The price was totally fair, and they cleaned up everything really well. And the best part? They installed my gutters the very next day, with no subcontractors involved. I would definitely recommend Buffalo's Best to anyone who needs roofing work done!

I contacted Buffalo's Best Roofing Co., LLC to get my $2,250.00 down payment back. I paid them with Check #*** on April 23. I called twice, but they didn't give me any written or spoken response except for a lady saying, "You'll get your money." Until now, I haven't received any updates on when or how I'll get my down payment.

Buffalo's Best Roofing Co. was a real disappointment for me. I had a lot of trouble trying to get them to fix my roof. I paid them $8,999.95 in October to install a new roof after they told me that was the reason for the water spots on my ceilings. But when the first rainstorm hit in November, the water spots got worse and parts of the ridge vent flew off. I found a package of nails and loose nails on the roof, which I took a picture of and sent to them. They came out and fixed the ridge vent and did something to help with the water leaks, but it didn't work. In December, another snowstorm hit and the leaks got worse. I no longer trusted them and had to hire another company to fix the damage. It cost me $1,565 to repair the roof, and I sent a letter to Buffalo's Best with the estimate. I talked to Roy H several times, but he didn't do anything to help me. He promised to send me a check for the repairs, but I haven't received anything. I'm really frustrated with this company and want a full refund. I've tried to resolve the matter, but they haven't done anything. I hope ComplaintsBoard.com can help me get my money back.
