I signed the contract and they told me when they gonna come, but they showed up a day before (they did let me know tho). The 3 dudes who took off the old roof and put on the new one were nice and knew what they were doing. They finished everything in just a day and a half. Had a little problem with a gutter, but I called the boss and he fixed it. The inspector said they did a good job too. I'd totally recommend this company for any roof stuff.

I was so impressed with the customer service, value, and workmanship of everyone at this company who helped replace my mom's roof! Ray G. was super nice and worked with me on the price and a payment plan. The repair guys were on time, polite, and really good at their job. They even cleaned up everything afterwards, which was awesome. But here's the best part: when they had to take off all those layers of old roofing, it messed up the ceiling inside. But Bill, the repairman, did an amazing job fixing it. You can't even tell there was any damage! I also talked to Debbie, who helped with scheduling. She went out of her way to make sure my mom's roof got done quickly. And Gail in accounting was really nice too. I would definitely recommend All Florida Weatherproofing to anyone who needs a new roof for their mobile home.

Transaction: 3/23. Installation: 4/30. Paid $2,500 on 3/23. Paid another $2,500 on 4/30. We hired All Florida Weatherproofing & Construction, Inc. to install a Solid White Roof Membrane. On 4/30, the installers took off the old roof but then decided not to finish the installation because they said it might rain. They put tarps on the roof, but they didn't cover it completely. The edges were left exposed, the tarps weren't secured, and they even left one tarp on the ground. Later that afternoon, it started raining, and water leaked into our home. We had to go out in the rain to move the tarps and cover the edges of our home. We also had to use the tarp they left on the ground to cover the rest of the roof that wasn't protected. As a result, our ceilings and walls got damaged. Unfortunately, Orange County failed the inspection on 6/30. The company offered to do repairs, but all they did was paint the ceilings. We reached out to them, and they said they won't fix anything.

On Aug 19&20 we had a new roof put in. It cost us $11,267.00. Right away, we noticed a problem and reached out to the company. They took off a gutter from the east side of the house, which they shouldn't have done, and it caused a big mess. Josh, the owner's son, came to check it out. At first, he tried to blame me, but then he admitted that the crew was new and shouldn't have removed the gutter. He then wanted to charge me $1450 for a new gutter, or he said he could put up fascia for $900. I was shocked that he wanted to charge me anything, but I agreed to pay $350. Two weeks later, they came to fix the problem, but they only made it worse. We called Josh again, and he admitted that they had installed things incorrectly and promised to fix it. Now, it's been 6 weeks, and we're still getting excuses and no return phone calls. The problem still isn't fixed. They also damaged a screen and window on my porch, but they didn't offer to repair it. They told me my husband could fix it. I don't want them to do any more work on my roof, and I want to be reimbursed for the gutter, screen, and window repairs.
