We had a grate experience with Olde Town and would recommend them to anyone looking for they're services. Sales, service and installation all went smoothly and the team communicated with us throughout the process. Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional and very thorough. The installation crew was extraordinarily hard working. Definitely recommend.

Olde Town Roofing was amazing for my family and me! They kindly donated their expertise, time, and supplies for a little framing job in our basement after it was all torn out. This happened because my husband caught covid and still needs oxygen. They were fast, punctual, and very professional! We can't express our gratitude enough for their kindness!

We had are siding done and we are happy with the results. The crew was hard working and did a very good job. Our main point of contact was *** and I appreciate the time he took with us to make sure we got what we wanted. No pressure put to go with his visions but more of just helping us decide what we wanted. He communicated well and for that I am very appreciative.

Me and my hubby are newbies when it comes to roof stuff and dealing with insurance and hail mess. Javion showed up and checked things out and suggested we talk to our insurance peeps. So we did, and now we're on track to get a fresh roof. Javion is guiding us along the way. Olde town roofing has been super helpful throughout this whole thing. I'd totally recommend them to my fam and friends.

Wayne came to our house to meet with our insurance adjuster. He took a piece of siding to send in to see if it could still be bought. He was going to come and talk to my husband and me. He won't return phone calls or texts. He didn't return the siding or call us back with the report. I've called many times and if I call from a different number, they'll answer my call. If I call from my number, it always goes to voicemail.

My roof leeked several times. After 3 tries finally seemed to get it fixed. But I have drywall damage from the water leeks. After repeated attempts to get them to come fix the damage I have had no luck. No one even responds any more to my texts or calls. I trusted them enough to give them over 10k to do my roof, but they can't be trusted enough to fix any problems that resulted from their work. Very unhappy at this point with my choice.

I'm really happy with my whole experience! They were on time, really professional, and did everything they said they would (and even added some extra stuff for free). They cleaned up really well too. They were careful with my plants and all the stuff on my deck and in my yard that I didn't move. I'm also super excited that every year on the anniversary of when they put my roof in, they'll come and check it out to make sure it's still in good shape. All I have to do is give them a call. The reviews were great on this company but then when we had the contract signed to do all the work on our home due to hail damage. The roof was installed by one of their many crews and wasn't done properly on many areas and it took many texts, calls, and messages left before anyone finally came out to fix all the issues that were not done correctly. Miguel then stated that they were not going to do anything more to our home and the contract that was signed per Miguel was only a piece of paper. We now have to find someone else to complete the other repairs that still need done due to the contract not being honored. The experience we have had isn't pleasant with the lack of communication from the owner and his employees.

Olde Town Roofing did an amazing job! They made sure to protect all the plants and even went through the yard with a magnet to pick up any nails that may have fallen. I used to be a roofer myself, so I know a thing or two about the job, and let me tell you, these guys did a fantastic job. Our salesman, ***, was absolutely great. He inspected the roof after the insurance adjuster and even helped us with the garage doors. The insurance company only wanted to replace some of the damaged panels, but *** took photos and wrote to them, and now we're getting all three doors replaced. Even though Olde Town doesn't usually do garage doors, *** went above and beyond. He also inspected the roof once the job was completed and painted the vents black to match the new roof. It looks so much better than having white pipes sticking out. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rank this company an 11. I'd be more than happy to talk to anyone about our experience. Ode Town Roofing of ***, ***, is really great for installing my new synthetic Cedar Shake roof. They suggested using Brava shakes instead of the old cedar wood shakes that were on my house. The wood shakes could get moldy and damaged by mildew if not taken care of properly. Plus, they can catch fire easily. The replacement Brava shakes don't need expensive maintenance and can last for more than 50 years. During the installation, Olde Town had a Brava rep there to help the installers with their knowledge. The installers were super professional and did their best to make sure everything was installed perfectly. They were really organized and cleaned up the work site every day. Everything was always nice and tidy. Olde Town gave good suggestions during the installation and there weren't any surprises. They always let us know what they were doing in a polite and nice way. They had a safety manager to make sure everyone was working safely. When the installation was done, the project manager asked us to check their work. The project finished on time and on budget. Great job, Olde Town!

Great company, great people. Tim Egger made certain that we were happy no matter the request. Started with a new roof and siding and ended up having them build a new deck and privacy fence also. Pricing was awesome and so was their work. Very detailed oriented and my house looks brand new. Every crew was very sympathetic to our dog. They would go out of their way to make certain before lunch breaks that the yard was safe for the dog to go out. I've never had a company go above and beyond in so many aspects like Olde town Roofing. So happy we chose them!

Olde town is a great business to work with. Tim Egger came out to my house right on time. He was up front with his estimate. He did not give us any BS. The crew that came out to my house showed up around 8:00 am and was gone by 12:30 that afternoon. My house is not that big but they were fast. When they were done I couldn't even tell they had been there. Except for a new roof on my house. I even went around the house looking for nails or pieces of shingles. I couldn't find anything. I am very picky when it comes to my house and hate it when contractors come to your house and do not respect your property. This crew was great. I live in Iowa and tend to support Iowa businesses. But I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof or any type of repair for your roof.

Old Town Roofing put in 2 skylights after the big storm last year. They changed the roof and 2 skylights. But the skylights never worked with the blinds in them. They always said they would fix the problem but until now they haven't. It's clear they got faulty skylights and we've been really patient because we knew the storm caused a lot of work for all roofing and siding companies. NOW enough time has passed for the roofing business to catch up. We want the skylight fixed with the blinds & screens or the whole skylights replaced for free. Our patience has run out!

OTR collected the contract amount. After the roof was done, they added more charges that insurance wouldn't cover and put a lien on my property. I signed the contract on 3/31 for $13,065.00. They said they would give me $100.00 for 10 referrals, so they dropped the $1000.00 deductible. I didn't want my name used with my neighbors. The work was finished and Mr. came to get the $12,065.00 check dated March 7. But then they sent another bill for over $2000.00 to the insurance company. The adjuster told me that the company refused to pay the extra amount. They gave me another check for $579.20, which I sent to the company. The company put a lien on my property and said I have a s... insurance company. I found out later that they also charged my neighbors extra.

Las summer we contacted Chris Reid who was a friend of my husband to talk about the roof, gutters, and siding replacement from hail damage in the spring. We signed a contract with your company to put a new roof on our house and garage in Oct 2020. At the end of Oct. work was complete. My husband went up on the roof to inspect the work and found that half of the vent was put on upside down and there were spongy areas on the roof. He went into the attic and found that your crew put the new shingles on cracked/damaged wood. He called Chris Reid who came to inspect and agreed to the findings stating that was ridiculous. A couple of days later the foremen of the crew who put the roof on came back to correct the vent. After he was up there less than 10 minutes and had left Marty went back up to find the vent still upside down. While on the roof the crew must have been just throwing the bundles of shingles down on the bare wood because a light bulb in my dining room light fixture broke.
