Worst roofer ever. Poor workmanship, no customer service. Workers don't know what they are doing and Management is not particularly responsive. I have numerous cracked tiles on roof when no one has been on roof. Some of the tiles were repaired with adhesive by roofers rather than replacing the tiles. I would never recommend them under any circumstance.

I would 100% recommend T&S Roofing Systems for any of your roofing needs! I needed a roof replacement and they did a fantastic job with ours. Not only were they communicative and professional the entire process, I felt like they truly cared about the job they were working on. Given this covid environment and the lack of employees desiring not to work, I am certain there were challenges for T&S Roofing to obtain materials timely. The process was slower than expected. The final product was excellent though. Worth the wait. Some of the salesman's talk was misleading or misinterpreted. Though the access to their staff was easy enough to rectify any misunderstandings. Over all I would highly recommend them. This is my third roof replacement since buying the house and by far the most satisfying experience.

I can't say enough about this company, especially Luis (sales), Gloria (office project manager) and David (site manager). I don't think I've ever dealt with an organization in Miami this professional. From the first visit to assess the job (which was a major screw up that had been started by another company) until I got the completion papers personally handed to me, every aspect was handled in a competent and timely manner. They were sensitive to my needs, listened to what I needed to happen, and made it so. Went above and beyond! The crews were polite, arrived when promised, and left the job site spotless. I will only use T&S for my roofing needs in the future. Impressive!

T&S Roofing is an exceptional first class roofing company. The whole team beginning with the Owner, John Smith, cared about my whole new roofing project and sent in house people to work on the tear off.. That meant a lot to me. From the beginning with Sarah Johnson who explained my choices and materials and recommendations. Everyone showed up on schedules that I was told would happen.
Mike Thompson, my project manager, was very clear and explained what was going on. The weather was on our side, and inspections were called in and passed after each part was completed. Emily Davis was the one I spoke with the most, she always called me back to let me know who and when they would be arriving and when I called or texted her for information she was there for me.
The whole company is there for the client.
I would recommend them again and again for anyone who needs a new roof.

For three weeks I cannot contact anyone, my roof is taken off, one month after, the new metal roof is not install. The material is on my drive way for three days, no one answer as to when it is going to be install, no one answer.

Charged for repair. Roof still leaking. They came once and never again. Called and spoke to manager 2.months ago. Never came back 1500 dollars. In February we called about a basement leak. They said it was coming from the roof. They charged us 1500.00 for repair. The repair according to them was supposed to be 4 hours. Thye came for 45 minutes. When it rained in May it kept on leaking. They came back and the guy who inspected casually said "I don't know what this is" and left and said they would call. Never did. I called the Manager in July who said they were behind because of weather but would call back to set up repair. Never did. Roof still leaking. No response.
