Right Way Roofing just finished my roof in Sun City Grande. From the estimate (the estimate provided by Right Way Roofing) to the crew (led by John and his 2 sons) and project management (handled by the project manager), everything was seamless. They were on time, clean and professional. Although they were not the lowest of my 5 bids, they were by far the easiest to work with from start to finish. No money down, pay by check or credit card, and pay online AFTER the work was completed and inspected tells a lot about the financial status of the company. They offer a transferable 30 year warranty in writing which is above and beyond the others I talked to during the quote stage. We are extremely happy with the service we received from everyone at Right Way Roofing. When the representative arrived to look at the damage to our roof he went through the entire bid to make sure we understood everything that needed to be done and why. Then the customer service representative called a few days later and asked if we had any additional questions that she could help explain to us. It was that follow through from the customer service representative that made us decide to go with them. They started a week ahead of schedule due to a cancellation, and the work was done in 2 days! When I had questions regarding my insurance and coverage, the representative was right there to assist and help me in any way she could. My husband and I received an estimate to replace the roof for 14,553.00 After discussing this for 23 days, we decided to sign a contract with them. A day after we signed the contract, they called us to tell us the price went up and would be an additional $1,600.00. We told them to cancel the contract. When we were provided the estimate, there was no expiration date for the estimate noted. I don't think 23 days is unreasonable to take to make a decision, after all this is a significant expense and we wanted to be sure about it. We had received three estimates and this was the highest but my husband liked the underlayment they used so we went with them. They did not stand by the contract and did not act in good faith. I wouldn't use them now even if they tried to make it right, they are not trustworthy in my book. Bad business practice!

In the past thirty years of dealing with various contractors in the valley, it becomes apparently clear that finding a reputable service provider who is committed to delivering a quality service at a reasonable price is hard to find. If you're looking at addressing roofing needs, Right Way Roofing is a solid company that stands behind their work and uses quality materials. They will explain the scope of work required as well as the quality of materials to be used. The owner takes a proactive approach to the business and works with clients to address their questions and specific requirements if needed. If you're looking for a solid choice in a roofing contractor, definitely give them a call. There will be lower and higher quotes from other vendors, but you can be assured Right Way Roofing will deliver on their work and treat you fairly and honestly.

Right Way Roofing rocked. We had a relationship, we thought was good, with one of the other large roofing companies in the Valley. We'd had a repair that was still under warranty and they did not cover it, what a disappointment... So at that point, I took bids from them and others listened to what they had to say, methods, style and of course the type of roofing material used. Right Way was not the least expensive but totally worth the extra dollars put into the material they use. I told the other large roofing company that had they covered the leak under warranty It would have been a "NO BRAINER" to just have them replace the roof next year when I was ready but when they refused to cover the leak they became no better than any other roofing company out there... The people who work at Right Way are good common sense people that you WANT to do business with! Keep up the great work.

I was very pleased from the outset with my experience with Right Way Roofing. Their team came out and did a thorough assessment of our existing roof and the resulting bid was very clear - no hidden costs along the way. Once we chose Right Way to replace our roof, Sarah Johnson (she has an awesome last name!) was in consistent communication with us regarding the status of our project. She was also always available to take calls and answer all my questions. I really appreciate the time she took to address any of my initial concerns. Thanks Sarah! The gentleman that worked on my roof, John Smith, did an excellent job. He and his assistant arrived early both days and immediately went to work. At the end of both days, they took time to thoroughly clean the surrounding area. The roof itself looks beautiful. I couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism of the Right Way Roofing team.

In a world that is so uncertain right now and trust can be questionable with that, I was worried when I needed to get my roof done, I was told about Right Way Roofing. Charlie came out and looked at my roof and did an honest estimate about what needed to be done, the gals in the office are wonderful in making the appointments then Carlos and the crew came out what gentlemen they were, and did they work hard on the roof in our Carlos heat, they were awesome such workmanship, everything was explained to me by Carlos what was going on an that is exactly what happened no surprises in the end. This company has wonderful heart and cares about their clients, you know when your speaking with them, they listen to you, not just hurry you along, actually listen and care. My roof is beautiful, because they care, exactly how I thought it would be and everything I was told it would be. If you are wanting good honest lasting work call Right Way Roofing. You will be happy for sure.

Do not spend a penny on the Right Way Roofing It costed me more than $11,000 to redo my flat roof without satisfaction. I had issues with this roofing company. Initially they did not keep the original schedule (I was waiting for them to show up on my PTO) saying they were busy but they showed up on my working day without telling me (unprofessionalism #1). Another issue was workers' lack of understanding of basic flat roof installation. From my understanding, to prevent puddling areas they have to install flat roof materials in sliding position so that water flows from high to low to gutter. After rain on 7/23, I found so many wet areas puddling and it did not dry up until the next day afternoon. I requested to fix it. John, manager came to my roof saying that as long as it does dry up less than 48 hours, it is normal (unprofessionalism #2). John emphasized that "I can use paid 10 year warranty to fix it if it leaks." Their unprofessionalism is unbelievable. It is NOT WORTH it to have this company do their job on your roof.

We had roof damage from the Feb 5th storm and our insurance sent a restoration company out and upon checking our roof out I was informed that we only needed about 8 shingles replaced, We knew there was more damage than that and we decided to call Right Way and their representative came out and found a lot more damaged and he called our insurance for us and sent his pictures of the rest of the damage done to the roof and it turns out that we needed a whole new roof. We are grateful to Right Way Roofing for speaking on our behalf and keeping us informed, and also to their crew for installing such a beautiful roof. The crew came when they said they would come and were very professional and respectful of property. Have you ever had a company that is so great that you couldn't wait to get them paid? What more needs to be said Right Way Always! P.S if I could give more stars I would.

With the extensive building going on in Maricopa County roofing companies are extremely busy. I have lived here for 21 years and fortunately never required a roof repair. However, a couple of months ago we had 4 inches of rain in a short period and a leak appeared in my roof over my garage. I researched several roofing companies. When I contacted Right Way Roofing a young woman named Heather L. fielded my first call. Her phone presence was exceptional and her professional handling of my request went smoothly. She handled the schedule of Kevin (very professional) to come to my house and inspect the leak. Then scheduled Gary (also very professional) to come and present me with an estimate to repair it. Every step was efficient and timely. During that time and up to receiving the date to start the repair, I spoke to Heather several times on items in the estimate and always received the same professionalism. She even found some of my goofy remarks funny. I have to say that Heather was my first contact with the company and with that said, I chose Right Way Roofing.

After due diligence of checking out three reputable roofing contractors, I settled on Right Way Roofing to replace the underlayment on my tile roof, as well as replace the rolled roofing on an attached flat-roof patio. Speaking with owner Lori, I came away with a good confidence level that the work would be performed at a high level. That became true with the interactions of the professionals at Right Way, specifically Carlos, the construction supervisor! Carlos went above and beyond norms to ensure that the work on my house was being performed to the highest standards and more importantly, that I was totally satisfied. The work took four full work days to complete and fell right in the mutually agreed upon time estimate for the job. The materials used were at the top of industry recommendations and no shortcuts were taken with the work. Regular follow up by Right Way to ensure that my needs were being met, happened several times during the work, as well as post work follow up! Right Way Roofing is certainly a top company and one reason for that is the people who own and work there! Thank you Right Way for a very positive experience!

Prelude: this is a tentative, contingent (pre-installation) review based on the period from the initial sales presentation to the pacing back and forth in the delivery waiting room hoping for a welcome announcement that results are imminent.

1. Sales presentation: Excellent delivery and graphic materials.
2. Choice of financial options: Very good. The sales representative, is reasonable, congenial, and well-informed.
3. Job status: this is the most disappointing aspect of the situation...I realize that in today's world, predictability of resources (labor, material, etc.) is more uncertain than ever, but, as a former computer professional, I would expect a job initiation start date estimate could be provided at least every 2 weeks, which is a phenomenon I have yet to enjoy (it does complicate standard holiday time planning at this commencement period of the season).
4. Overall staff experience: all the ladies in various functions are generally quite proficient and pleasant without exception, one lady in particular, [Name], has a quite keen intellect, and is generally very enlightened.
5. To be continued (I hope) before the contract paper begins to yellow. first

When my wife and I met with the representative for our estimate we were convinced that Rite-Way Roofing was the company we need to hire. Although the bid was higher than what we wanted to pay he took the time to explain and go over everything. He sold us on the quality and the warranty. After signing the contract the communication from the company was excellent, we knew exactly what to expect in the coming weeks and months. When it was time to order material and schedule work, the representative was great to work with to plan the job. Once the work was started our project supervisor called me to keep me updated on all that was going on and keep me updated of any changes that need to be made. The supervisor was also there to inspect and approve the roof when completed. The crew that worked on the roof were extremely courteous , kind and clean. My young daughter who lives in the home with us even commented to me how polite they were. The representative took the time to call me after the work was performed to our satisfaction and to let me know she appreciated our business. Getting a new roof is a very important and costly decision. We talked to many companies (or at least the ones that showed up) and I am sure that Rite-Way Roofing was the best choice. The quality , 30 year warranty and staff at Rite-Way Roofing made the decision easy for us. I highly recommend you give them a chance.

Right Way Roofing was a joy to work with. I was dreading having my roof redone but they made it so efficient and easy! Every single person I interacted with by phone or in person was very friendly, patient, attentive, organized, and knowledgeable. My first interaction was with John who was wonderful, and as the project progressed, I spoke with a few other ladies in the office who helped pick colors, schedule trailer and material drop-off and schedule the job itself. All great people! The best part was that my job was moved up from late January to early December and thank goodness for that because we had one of the biggest storms come in the Thursday after my job was completed. Not a drop of water came through after my repair. It was awesome! Mike was my supervisor for the job. He's been doing this for over 30 years and it showed. He was able to find all the problem spots and advised his people accordingly. He was here every day to oversee everything, make sure everyone had what they needed, and that I was informed of all the details and progress as well. I can't speak highly enough about Right Way Roofing. They were referred to me by a friend who's also a contractor and I'm so grateful for that. They're also affordable and have financing options if needed. My 15-year old, poorly installed roof by the original builders is now brand new and installed correctly, and I have all the confidence in the work that was done, the company, and the warranty behind it. I highly, highly recommend these guys!

Im writing to say that my experience with Right Way Roofing was phenomenal from the beginning to the very end. My roof looks great and the patio roof looks better than it did brand new. The sales representative was a great contact, always cheerful and upbeat. The project manager was professional, polite and friendly. He kept in close contact regularly by phone to schedule the start date; then reschedule due to heavy rains and unpredictable weather we were having. He made me feel confident that when they did start if the weather turned on us that he would take the utmost care in protecting our roof from rain/wind damage. He and his crew made sure to clean up any debris at the end of each day (this is a BIG thing with me!). You couldnt even tell any work was being done as it was so clean (well except for the dumpster and roofing tiles on the roof haha). And if we needed to leave the house during the day, they would sweep up the drive just to ensure we didnt encounter any sharp objects in our tires. The crew was great too although I didnt meet any of them personally, they were respectful of our property by not leaving food wrappers around like some companies do and as I mentioned above, they cleaned up after each day. When the job was done the project manager came back out to ensure everything was up to their high standard. I did have one small repair on the patio roof which he happily took great care in correcting. Our roof is better than new, and we are happy repeat customers! Thank You, Right Way Roofing!

Called Right Way Roofing for a roof leak, came out Gary, seemed knowledgeable. Told us we had some repairs to do, we just wanted the leak fixed and we were going to recoat and maintain other parts ourselves. We were told this was fine, and we chose the estimate with just the repairs for the leak. The difference in cost was over $10,000. We get scheduled out for about a month out, everything is busy totally understandable. Then the month comes and they push it out a week, then another week, then another week, then days. Showed up when they felt like it, left a trailer in my driveway blocking my gates, can't access my yard. Come back later, and show up unannounced. Go on the roof without letting us know. I go outside Carlos tries to sell me I need this I need that, I say I know, I have it all in the garage to do the maintenance once you guys are done. We don't need you to do it. I leave to go pick up my son, and Carlos tries to sell my wife on the same line. My wife says no we have the stuff we will do the maintenance we only need the repairs done. Carlos leaves unannounced, leaves his trailer and they tell us we won't do the job unless you take the higher estimate of well over 10k. Then comes up with other excuses why they can't do the job. Then Carlos tries to blame everything on Gary. I asked ok can we go with the other estimate and she said yes. It's all about making 14k for a 2-day job, as opposed to 3k for the 2-day job. She says that nobody knew and nobody looked at it we didn't know it was this bad, (it is not that bad, had other roofers come out and inspect just maintenance issues). They had 2 months to have a professional look at the repairs needed. Concluding and from reading other reviews, this seems like their tactic of baiting homeowners with lower estimates, dragging things out, until the homeowners are desperate and just need the repairs and just say yes to the higher estimate. We would have loved to get our roof repaired by them the day they said they would at the estimate they gave us. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They're rude, poor business practices, and only care about making a buck. It's very sad that this is what contractors are like now. Beware when you go with this company. They are not what they seem in the slightest.
