Very professional, on time. Found the leak and fixed it on the spot. This is the second time I've had them out --once on Christmas eve. Both times the leak was fixed immediately. I highly recommend them. You're the best!

I was real happy with their work and customer service
I was real happy with their work and customer service. All my questions were answered. Good follow up to find out if I had any concerns and to make sure I was satisfied. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and courteous.
Gryphon Roofing was super easy to work with
Gryphon Roofing was super easy to work with. They replaced the patio roof and a support beam under it. The quoting process was real simple, and I was able to talk to the estimator through text when I couldn't meet him at the place. I could easily sign off on the estimate, make a down payment, and got the work scheduled real quick. They came on time, did the work real fast, and cleaned up after themselves. I done hired Gryphon Roofing before and they stick to their warranty. I'll hire them again for sure.
I hired Gryphon Roofing to replace my tile roof's underlayment
I hired Gryphon Roofing to replace my tile roof's underlayment. They were supposed to bring the flashing up to code and install bird stop, among other things. I had a roof leak that other roofers couldn't find, so I hired an inspector. The report showed several code violations, no bird stop (which I could see myself), and areas that weren't watertight. I showed Gryphon the report, and they fixed everything, but they tried to convince me not to update the flashing, claiming it would damage the stucco. I went ahead with the work, and it looks okay. If I hadn't had the leak or hired an inspector, I wouldn't have known the job was done wrong. Gryphon's warranty covers workmanship issues, but you have to hire an inspector (which they won't reimburse) to find out if there's a problem. I also found a contract from 7 years ago that included bird stop installation, which obviously wasn't done then either. Gryphon didn't explain why, just said it was too long ago. (I lived out of state at the time, and the house was empty)
