I bought a ring from Italo Jewelry on November 27, 2022, but unfortunately it didn't fit. I reached out to customer service to ask for a return, but they offered me a different solution instead. They said they would give me a complimentary item up to $90US and an exchange, which I accepted. However, things quickly went downhill from there.
After two more email exchanges with customer service, they took back their offer of a complimentary item. I had to keep emailing them for two more weeks before I finally received the wrong size ring again. At that point, I insisted that they give me the return option for both rings. They asked me to send images of both ring sets, which I did within two hours of their request. Then, they asked for more photos with measurements, which I also sent. But then they asked for a THIRD set of pics, and I was fed up. I told them to just give me my money back. This was in January, and it took until February 16 for them to finally relent and tell me to pay for USPS shipping. I did, and I sent them the receipt as requested. But even now, I still only have a partial refund. They still owe me money, and it's just ridiculous at this point.
Their items are okay, but definitely not worth the hundreds of dollars they charge. You can find similar quality items for much less on Amazon. It's worth noting that their teams are based in China, and that's where their items are manufactured.
One thing to keep in mind is that customer service takes a long time to respond. It can take 24 hours or more for them to answer any question or comment, so be prepared for long delays at every turn.
All in all, it's been 81 days, 42 emails, 7 pictures, and 2 receipts, and I still don't have a resolution. I wouldn't recommend Italo Jewelry to anyone based on my experience.

I must say that like many others, I was left rather disappointed with my experience with Italo Jewelry. I placed an order and unfortunately, it took an incredibly long time for it to actually arrive - about a month! That was not a great start, but I was willing to remain patient. However, things just kept getting worse from there. Firstly, I received incorrect information about the product I had ordered, which was a concerning sign for me. Then, upon receiving the enamelled ring, I noticed that the engravings I requested were missing. It was frustrating to say the least as I had to contact someone in order to rectify the issue.
This is where things went from bad to worse. They said they would check with the warehouse to ensure that they did not do the engravings and requested pictures of the ring as evidence. Unfortunately, getting hold of someone via email took a significant amount of time, which was quite frustrating. Even when I did finally get hold of someone, the communication was not as efficient as I would have liked. Getting a response from them took forever and it was quite disheartening when I didn't hear back at all.
To make matters worse, when I tried to contact them via their advertised 24-hour chat service, I was met with some very unprofessional responses. Although they claimed to be open 24/7, they were clearly not staffed which made it quite challenging to get any helpful responses. Even when they did respond, they were incredibly non-responsive and at times, downright rude. It was particularly alarming to see one of the chat operators claiming that they had to go to the bathroom while in the middle of our conversation! Needless to say, this was not the kind of service I expected from Italo Jewelry.
Fortunately, because of the pandemic, I had not yet opened the package until a week or so later. This is probably what saved me from sending the ring back as I doubt that I would have received my money back! Although I am still in possession of the ring, I have only worn it twice due to my disappointing experience. Overall, I am very unhappy with the service I received from Italo Jewelry, and I would strongly recommend that anyone looking to buy jewelry from this company think twice before doing so.

I decided to send the ring back for repair, which cost me an additional $4. Unfortunately, even after receiving a replacement ring, my troubles continued. Within two weeks, the stones fell out again, and when I asked for an exchange address, they refused to provide one until I agreed to an exchange and returned the broken ring. I did not want to keep the cycle of paying for return shipping, so I filed a Paypal claim. However, I was unable to get a refund as their policy states that they do not offer refunds on replacements.
I ended up buying a $10 ring elsewhere, and it has lasted longer and withstood wear and tear better than the overpriced Italo Jewelry ring. I have reason to believe it was not even made with a white sapphire, but rather a cheaper CZ. Additionally, the ring turned my fingers green and the supposed rose gold rubs off within a week.
