Daniel's Jewelers Shhh top secret

yes, Daniel five star video wasn’t my friend.Hi Daniels, this is Tabitha Markee and I just wanna let you know there’s something going on you need be aware of for some reason there is six people claiming to be Experian Equifax, TransUnion, Credit Karma, credit wise and t FICO who’s that I don’t ni anybody named FICO why are you so mean to me?. There’s no reason they conspired against me and they have the nerve to blame you and said that you verified doing this to you. I don’t understand I don’t know why. they all conspiring against me. They’re all saying, saying this happened on the same account same delinquency, Daniel this is no coincidence. I mean they literally hit together because there’s no coin that this happened at the same time and why did you take me and why do they have the nerve to blame you Daniel saying you said these things from six years ago. bad things can’t believe tr. They wanna play games with me but I’m scared my life is being threatened and I just wanna make you awate. You can see that have all conspired against me just me for some reason to destroy my life I understand thisand they’re actually saying things about you. They’re saying that you said I know you didn’t because there’s no way you’re gonna put this on on my credit report you said I paid it and I just think it’s unfair. It is absolutely unacceptable and you know what they have the nerve to say you said it was true when you didn’t say that and you didn’t do that I think it’s horrible. I feel scared. I feel like Trump had to do and I think the army I think they’re coming after meand my neighbors shelter was gonna let you know I’ve been contacting everybody since 2018 and it’s gonna be serious when nobody hears from me for a month and i’m just asking you like if you do find my family if no one hears for me what’s going on and I don’t have time to notice everybody, but I’m just gonna send this to you real quick. I just wanna let you know what they’re saying about you I understand they all confirmed with me that you said this.and I heard they have lunch at Applebee’s. They all have the laptops out and they chose me and they chose my Daniels account. They chose their 2019 and they all read all of them at least 90 day late on me for no reason and I can’t believe they have the nerve to say you said it and then have the nerve to say yes you said and your approved it. O received a call from so

I know I haven’t bought jewelry since 2018 and I got a necklace. I got a call from som one claiming to be a waitress at Applebees saying she heard all this while delivering their food to their table. She asks me to let you know of this as a warning. I do not know how she even got my number. But she said her uncle Osama bin Laden will put her into hiding if necessary but he thought thinks that she should report it to me right away. .i bought earrings a necklace and a charm for $1500. 6 years ago’ why? I still wear the necklace and I don’t understand why they’re doing this to you. I just didn’t make sense Daniel I don’t know if you’ve got word of this or mot . or I mean I don’t know if they’re gonna let you know it’s a conspiracy against me, but you have nothing good to me. I just wanna let you know what’s going on that they’re saying bad things about you bad things I don’t think it’s fair. Like six years ago I called these people. I wanted to ask them why they were saying bad things about me and trying to blame you. About six years ago I called this place called TransUnion and I spoke to lady Becca and I told her what was going on. I asked her why you being so mean to me and why why are you saying this is about my friend Daniels. She was so nice to me. I mean I talked to so long. I know her grandson was born five years ago and she gives me updates and she’s so nice. She even told me one time that she’ll send you guys a letter just to let you know. At this point, I don’t think Becca was even my friend and I don’t care send that letter. I’m leaving my phone number [protected] just please call my family to let them know. I’m in bomb shelter down the street.

I’m sure there’s a lot of people after six years I was talking to me he might be concerned . I’m so sorry they’re doing this to you and they’re saying you said these things and they’re putting on my career report, I can’t believe and they wanna blame you. Unacceptable. I’m sorry they’re putting you through this. Daniels just me one favor. Do not tell Trump do not tell the army where I am at. Thank you.

and Daniel‘s One I just wanna let you know what they’re saying about you. They are saying the nerve of them to actually say that all these 90 day late payments like even after the account was peid. That right there like how do they think that makes sense if anyone believe you that I had z7 90 day late payments . they are actually saying that you reported us three months after I paid my account . you would actually say some so dumb. Elvis and mariLyn will protect me!

Daniel's Jewelers Eagle pendant

So i purchased an eagle pendant couple years ago and there was a deal buy 1 get something for free. Pendant was 1k, and they gave me a bracelet for free so i thought. I was told i could return the pendant for same credit for future. So i recently went in to get 1k credit, but was told i had to return the bracelet that was given to me for free because if not the pendant was only worth 500$. Make it make sense to me, so in reality i thought i made 1k payment for a pendant, but it was actually 500 for pendant and 500 for (free) bracelet i was given. Very disappointed of the outcome, i will never step a foot at daniels jeweler store ever again. And i will tell people not to shop there because they are liars.

Daniel's Jewelers I went two days before christmas and found myself browsing at the store

I went two days before christmas and found myself browsing at the store. One of the sales ladies approached me and i asked the price of an opal necklace. She started with the price being around $*** and I was ready to walk out when she said if i give it to you for $800.00 would you take it. I told her no, i will think about it as she was giving me her card the store manager came and said she could give it to me for $600.00 out the door, she had to make a call. Within minutes she said ok i can do it rang me up and the sales lady told me initial here to acknowledge you are buying a 14k necklace at no point in time did they said if i initial there i will not be able to return or exchange the item neither did they mentioned the item was final sale. My wife wanted to return the item because the quality of the item was cheap and when she asked me for the receipt she noticed my initial "indicated" i had agreed to purchase an item that couldn't be return. If they sales persons would have told me that right there in there i wouldn't have purchase the item. The item is not only overpriced they sold it to me as a real stone and it is a man made one. I filled my insurance claim with a certain company on a specific date. They refuse to honor it. I am disabled and have been so for the last 14 months. I live off of my fixed income which is a modest amount a month, that is used towards rent and food. Which does not allow me to be able to pay this bill any longer. I have been paying an insurance fee of $12.00 a month for the last thirty months on top of their finance charge with a high APR. I have never heard of such an insurance fee. What's the point of paying an insurance fee if you can't put the insurance to good use. Insurance is supposed to provide security in times of need, yet here I am struggling. They are quick to take my money, but they won't payout my claim. This situation is unacceptable, and it feels like a breach of trust to me. I have paid them a significant amount in insurance fees and I have a remaining balance on my account. I want my account cleared or my money back. The business has made no attempt to resolve this issue. They have been giving me the run around. The insurance company in question, located on the West side, has been unresponsive. I have a claim and an account with them that needs urgent attention regarding my disability.

I purchased my wedding ring from a renowned jeweler, and I've been wearing it since the day I exchanged vows. On a particular day not long after, while I was at my desk job, my ring unexpectedly broke into pieces. I returned to the jeweler and spoke to the manager, but she informed me that there was nothing they could do to help. She suggested that in order to obtain any value exchange, I would need to purchase a new ring at twice the cost of the original. After contacting her regional supervisor, the best they offered was to deduct the insurance cost from my ring's original price. I had only enjoyed my ring for a brief three weeks before this incident occurred.

Daniel's Jewelers I purchased a 10 Karot Gold wedding ring for my husband

I purchased a 10 Karot Gold wedding ring for my husband. Overtime the ring has started to turn colors and now does not look like it is gold. It is tarnished. I went to the store to show them the ring and they said there was nothing that could be done because I did not have a warranty. I explained that a warranty is not supposed to be used for defective merchandise. The manager escalated the situation to corporate and *** stated that I could turn my ring in and upgrade for another ring at an additional cost. I asked why would I do that? You should stand behind your product and exchange my ring for the same ring. *** stated that was not possible they could just clean it or upgrade it. I asked for the address to send a letter or the number for her supervisor, but she stated she could not give me that information. I then told her that my husband also purchased my ring there and it make my finger break out every time I wear it. *** stated that it could just be stress because her friend has outbreaks when she is stressed. I explained I only have an outbreak on my ring finger when I wear the ring from your store, so I have not worn my ring in over two years. Instead I wear a ring my grandmother left me when she passed. I mailed out a letter to the jeweler's shop requesting validation, or competent evidence bearing my signature, that I have any contractual obligation to pay them. They have reported me to the credit bureaus unfairly for so many years now. They continuously fail to provide me with the validation I requested. I want them to stop reporting to the credit bureaus immediately as this is not accurate or fair. I'd like for them to remove any information they reported about me because any negative mark found on my credit reports from the company or any company that the jeweler's shop represents, for a debt that I don't owe, is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA); therefore, if the jeweler's shop cannot validate the debt, they must request that all credit reporting agencies delete the entry.

My fiance was excited about my engagement ring, the matching necklace, and earring set, as well as the elegant pendant with its chain and a diamond bracelet. Unfortunately, the chain that secured them was weak, and upon wearing it, we realized it was inadequate. We returned to the store and spent $35 on a new chain, but just two days later, the clasp broke. I brought it back to the store, and they charged me an additional $20 for repairs. As a result, my initial $35 chain escalated to a $55 expense. A week or so later, as I was adjusting the chain, it snapped. I took it back to the jeweler at the local shopping center, demanding they fix it or refund my money. They refused and had the audacity to suggest that since I was already there and the chain was originally only $35, I should consider purchasing another one.

I purchased a very expensive diamond ring, and to my dismay, it broke. I'm uncertain about how it happened. Thankfully, I had the foresight to purchase insurance for such an event. However, when I approached Daniels Jewelry for a repair, they outright refused, accusing me of mishandling the ring. This piece is my wedding ring, an item I would handle with nothing but care. Moreover, I have been diligent with my payments, never missing a deadline. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, including numerous calls and conversations with various staff members, my efforts have been met with silence. I feel utterly ignored.

On a certain day, I went to Daniel's Jewelry where the sales associate added a certain amount to my account but then failed to deduct the corresponding sum from my card. When I returned to address the issue, the same associate and her colleague feigned ignorance, disregarding the mistake even after I presented them with the receipt. Consequently, I decided to cancel my layaway and requested that my payment be credited back to my charge card. Additionally, I asked for any excess funds to be refunded to me via a mailed check.

After purchasing a ring for my wife, I was relocated for work and encountered financial difficulties. Once I was able to resume payments, I called and spoke to an associate to arrange a payment plan. I was told that I could make payments online via their website, which I proceeded to do. Unfortunately, I was not informed that my account had been sold to a third-party collection agency, nor was I made aware that my payments were not being transferred to this new agency. Today, after consistently making on-time payments for the last five months, I was informed by our underwriter that he could not approve our home loan due to late payments reported on the account in question. In trying to resolve this issue, I faced unresponsiveness and evasion from both the original company and the collection agency. Despite having bank records confirming my payments, I have yet to receive any notification from the collection agency regarding the transfer of my account or any billing details from them. It is perplexing how I am facing these credit issues, aside from the reported late payments, when I have adhered to the agreed payment arrangement.

I purchased a Diamond Ring at Daniels Jewelers in November. We traded in a 1 1/4 Carat Diamond ring that my girlfriend had been wearing for almost two years without any issues and purchased a new ring with a 1 1/2 Carat diamond. Unfortunately, in less than 30 days, the diamond fell out of the ring. Concerned about the setting, I consulted several jewelers who confirmed that the setting had not been compromised. I then contacted Daniels Jewelers and returned the ring so they could examine it. After six weeks, they informed me that they found no defect and refused to replace the diamond. They offered to sell me another ring instead but did not disclose the price. They made no mention of any issues with the ring setting or any damage. Moreover, they neglected to inform me that diamonds above a certain size come with no warranty. Consequently, I am at a financial loss of a significant amount of money. Additionally, I had previously purchased a diamond band from them, which I took to LA Masters for cleaning. It turned out that there was a loose stone, indicating poor quality control. The diamond ring was originally bought at the TEMECULA PROMENADE MALL.

The complaint is false advertisement. Every week, they send me an email claiming that I'm approved for a significant amount of credit without a down payment. So, I called them, and the credit department confirmed that I would be approved; they just asked me to visit the store in person. After going to the store and wasting 40 minutes, they then informed me that I need to provide $400 for a purchase totaling $704. This was contrary to the email's assurance that I was approved for a substantial credit line without any down payment, leading me to believe that I was a victim of false advertising.

Daniel's Jewelers My husband and I financed a ring here

My husband and I financed a ring here. In the midst of making a decision on which set we wanted, I received a phone call and I went outside. When I returned, I discovered that we were "not approved" through Synchrony (which we have great credit with) or the other Finance company they offer. Therefore, we were forced to choose store financing. Noticed another charge for "setting the rings" which I did not object to, however, when I asked the store *** what the interest rate was she stated *** I am sure that is what she (*** or *** said) because I was happy about it. When we got the bill, I see that this is not true. Our receipt dated February 23 has a balance was *** On March 15 we paid our first payment *** should have left a balance of *** However, our bill says the balance was *** and a finance charge of $111.38 has been charged and our balance is now *** Also, *** is not *** of either of those figures. I called the store April 2 to complain and a gentlemen of course told me it was *** I believe she used the "slip of the tougue" method and both were aware they were exploiting us. *** of *** We were mislead intentionally! I am requesting explanation and adjust my finance charges accordingly. Product_Or_Service: Rings Account_Number: XXXXXXXXX

My husband purchased my engagement ring there in April this year. We were married by June. During the period between April and June, I noticed that diamonds were frequently falling out, necessitating multiple returns to the store for replacements. It seemed that every two weeks, a diamond would fall out, and it would take them three weeks to repair it. Frustrated, we approached the store and explained the situation. The salesperson offered us the option to purchase a new ring at twice the price, deducting the $1100 we had already paid, citing store policy. We refused to invest more money into what seemed like a losing proposition. The salesperson then assured us that the jeweler would secure the diamonds more tightly. However, the story took an unexpected turn when I had the diamonds appraised, only to discover they were all cubic zirconia. The genuine jeweler informed us that these were essentially worthless, akin to glass. Despite confronting the store with this revelation, they denied any wrongdoing and reiterated our options if we desired a new ring. Ultimately, my husband acquired a genuine ring elsewhere, and despite reaching out to the corporate office, we received no response. I would advise against patronizing this particular jewelry store, especially the one located in Ventura County at the mall.

I paid around three hundred dollars for a trio wedding set. My wife's ring fell apart a few days after I bought it. Daniels Jewelers did not want to deal with the situation, so I made a report to Complaintsboard.com. Following my report, Daniels called and said to come in and pick out something else. Feeling uncomfortable and rushed, my wife picked out a similar trio set but only traded her band and broken ring straight across. We later realized that the ones she picked were only priced at nine hundred dollars, and we assumed the difference from the initial three hundred dollars would be refunded to my credit card. That never happened! So yesterday, the top of my ring, which we thought was sturdy, is completely detached and looks tarnished. The band has also discolored my finger. I want my money back; this is very disappointing and frustrating. When I bought this trio wedding set, the salesperson assured me she would handle the warranty, but I never received any documentation of that. I just want my money back to get my wife a wedding ring and band that won't break or fall apart. Please help us.

Daniel's Jewelers Was made to go into collections since I could not make payments in store or in mail and they did not take payments by phone

Was made to go into collections since I could not make payments in store or in mail and they did not take payments by phone. In 2015 I had an account that was always paid on time. I had to either pay in store or by mail since at that time they did not have means to make payments online. Due to not having checks and my work hours could not allow me to make it to the store during their business hours, I called to make a payment by phone. I only owed $25 left on my account. I was told I could not make a payment by phone, that I would have to wait until it was past due to make it by phone. I told them that was ridiculous since I would have to pay double than what was left on my account, and even if I did it would have been a late payment on my credit report. So I refused to pay. At that time I worked 2 jobs and was working 7 days a week. Now as of 2020 it is now charged off for $58. Back in 2018/2019 I tried calling both the store and customer service to see about paying the $58 to get it off my account. The store told me I couldnt pay since it was charged off and they cant access my account. Customer service said the same thing. Funny thing is, is that this account was never sent to a collections agency, and after 5 years is still showing on my Experian credit report ONLY, not on my Transunion, or Equifax credit reports.

I have contacted Daniels account several times informing them that an account was fraud on my credit report this company is definetly a scam I have contacted Daniels and Experian and this is my second time disputing with experian this account. On Nov 12th I disputed this daniels account with a police report and theft affidative experian removed and blocked the account and Daniels requested to have this account unblocked. Now after waiting 30 days the first time and disputing a second time i again have to wait another 30 days. I dont feel comfortable sending in my Id and ss being that I am already a victim of idenity theft and and victim of data breaches for sending copies of my personal infromation in. My police report and theft affidative that experian attached to the dispute should be enough according to the fcra. I spoke with a representive today by the name of *** that stated that all they verify from the credit bureaus is that information is matched from the credit bureau and thats how the credit bureaus verifies the account well duh if someone has stolen my idenity of course they will have my information all this is frustrasting and very depressing I just want this resolved the credit bureaus is pointing the finger at daniels and the credit bureau is pointing the blame to daniels and nothing is beind done i just want this handled expeditlously. I should not have to continue to suffer.

Daniel's Jewelers For the past three months Daniel Jewelers has promised me to send me a refund check

For the past three months Daniel Jewelers has promised me to send me a refund check. I have never received the $100 refund check from Daniel Jewelers. During, December , I verified my new address with Daniels Jewelers several times, at least ten times. I repeatedly gave a Manager at Daniel Jewelers my new home address and my new phone number. As of today, 02/10, Daniel Jeweler's has advised me that the check was sent to my old address. Every week for the past three months a Manager from Daniel Jewelers has called on the telephone and promised to send the $100. Now, Daniel Jewelers request that I come in and pick up the check. I don't have a vehicle, and I cannot ask anyone to take me to Daniel Jewelers. I am unemployed due to COVID-19 Pandemic. It is extremely unprofessional of Daniel Jewelers and very emotionally upsetting to me to have to drag this simple transaction out for three months. I am going to contact the Office of California Attorney General, California Department of Consumer Affairs, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, regarding the fact that Daniel Jewelers did not refund my $100 cash I paid down. I returned the Merchandise yet, I still did not receive my $100 back. I have written all these government agencies today ad complained. This is very unfair, unprofessional and none responsive customer service. I need my $100 check mailed to my home. I don't have the money to take Uber to Daniel Jewelers

Daniel's Jewelers On November 16, I bought Diamond Wedding Rings from a renowned Management Company.

On November 16, I bought a Diamond Wedding Trio Wedding Rings from a well-known Management Company Incorporated, the parent company of a jewelry chain with a return policy allowing 30 days for returns on non-engraved rings. The return policy of Daniels Jeweler's is well-documented. I reached out to the company's local branch on December 6. That day, at 2pm, I informed the branch manager of my need to return the ring due to an unexpected job loss caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Financial constraints from the layoff have made it impossible for me to afford the ring. Despite being within the 30-day window, as only 20 days had passed, the Panorama City, California manager denied the return. The policy clearly states that items can be returned within 30 days if not custom engraved, and the company is not liable for lost returns during shipping.

Daniel's Jewelers Jewelers fail to locate my warranty receipt or registry, affecting my credit report

Jewelers cannot find my "receipt" for a warranty or "registry" and cannot provide me the information being reported to the Credit Bureaus. I have been in contact with the Jewelers Customer Account Manager in regards to a "Charge Account" that is being reported to all three Credit Bureaus in the amount of $609.38. On July 14th, I was able to confirm via phone conversation, that the "Charge Account" being reported is not for merchandise but for a registry or insurance on a product the jeweler sells. I was then transferred to their Credit Account Manager, Angie, who confirmed via phone that she could not find any records of a receipt or purchase for the "Charge Account" being reported. I requested for the account to be deleted and removed due to the lack of documentation and Angie's confirmation that no information could be produced, which is being reported negatively to the Credit Bureaus. I was later informed by a representative that due to COVID-19, they cannot produce these documents at this time, leading me to file a complaint on Complaintsboard.com. In conclusion, the jewelers have confirmed that they do not possess the information they need to show what the "Charge Account" is being reported for, which is false and illegal. This must be rectified and the account deleted within 30 days due to their failure to procure the proper documents.

Daniel's Jewelers I ordered a 14k gold chain from Daniels online

I ordered a 14k gold chain from Daniels online. It came in the mail later than expected but that was not their fault. The day I got it was 12/23, that night I opened the package and pulled out a broken chain. The clasp was broken completely, which I have pictures of as well. This being a Christmas gift, I wanted to get it fixed or replaced as soon as possible. I went to the arrowhead store where I explained the situation. The assistant manager there told me they didn't have the chain in stock and it would take two weeks for me to get it. I asked if they could fix it and she made me try a store down the ways that it can be fixed and said she's give me a coupon for that store. I didn't like that they were making me pay for a repair but oh well, I wanted it done. I went to that store and they tried charging me $85 for the fix. After that I went back to the store where I finally gave in and said I'll just take the two weeks and exchange it. She then said she couldn't do that anymore because I was the one that broke it. I asked them if they could fix it and they said no. All they gave me was their toll free number on their site and said to call them. I left and called them the following Monday. Monday they told me I can return it and that they'd send me a refund email but never did after a couple hours. I call again and explained the situation, again they never sent that email. I'm stuck with a broken chain and a bad taste in my mouth for some of the worst customer service I've ever had. Product_Or_Service: 14KT Yellow Gold 18" 2MM Lobster Clasp Singap Order_Number:

Daniel's Jewelers My situation is at the moment I am going threw hard ship

My situation is at the moment I am going threw hard ship. As of the month of October so on 10/14 I called the Daniels customer service requesting a lower payment . My payments being 178 around there , mind you when I made my last purchase I asked why my payments went up and they assured me after a couple months my payments would go down. And I explained the situation and he made everything see all good and I was going to get a call back regarding my situation and he said I would get a call on 10/15 around 12 because that was a good time for me. On 10/15 it's 12am and icall the Daniels customer service to see what was going on and they had no idea what I was talking about. So I got very upset and over whelmed to the point my blood pressure shot threw the roof.. so I asked to speak to a manager and I spoke with *** and explained the situation and the previous man who with his incompetence was negligent to put anything down on his notes.. there was no nothing that I called.. so *** explained that I have till nov I think 2 or 3 to pay 260 and after my payments would be 120 & I had no choice but to accept that.. because that was the only option given to me which I feel is not right me being a loyal customer and all of the stuff Daniels has put me threw...and so today on 10/16 I received a letter from Daniels saying due now is 356.. which is confusing because I just spoke with someone regarding the situation of my hardship the month of October I'm tired of there games with me. I'm feeling very discriminated by Daniels. I have had many problems in the past with them. I have filled a sexual harassment report, and I just closed a dispute with them. Now I feel it's there way of repercussion towards me

Daniel's Jewelers These people are a RIP OFF!

These people are a RIP OFF! I walked in there with good credit, left out with a domino effect of problems. Can't remember the rep here in Las Vegas, NV - but they are completely manipulative. She informed me that I can finance jewelry and having enough finances to do so, excellent credit, etc.. I figured why not. I was happy with my ring until I noticed my finger started to itch. Not paying too much attention, I'd just nudge the ring or scratch under it with my nail. I never sleep with my jewelry on so again, never thought anything of it. She begin by telling me before I financed the ring that she'd see if I qualify to reduce interest. I said sure. What she DID NOT SAY WAS THAT THE INTEREST WILL BE PAID TO ANOTHER MERCHANT AND THAT I ACTUALLY TOOK AN ADDITIONAL HARD INQUIRY AND OPENED AN ADDITIONAL CREDIT CARD IN MY NAME! I DID NOT AGREE TO THIS NEITHER WAS THIS EXPLAINED TO ME! Thinks it gets worse? IT DOES! The ring (which itched the HELL out of me after 10+ hours of wearing it) started to turn my finger green. Mind you, I have PLENTY of GOLD, I am not allergic to gold or any metals. I informed the store that I needed to return this and they would not allow me to. I don't want your service, I want my money back, and to be done with you all! They've been nothing but a headache and a nightmare. And to clarify, I took the ring for my own personal convictions to JARED'S, METROPAWN, & EZ PAWN... This ring that they said was worth "$" and on sale for "$"... Neither one of the above appraised the ring for more than $***. All 3 said the diamonds in them are among the cheapest quality of diamonds. I WANT MY MONEY BACK - PLEASE TAKE THIS CHEAP RING BACK! I contacted Daniels on maybe the 8th day regarding this.. They deliberately prolonged the process to go past 12 days, after I was told a account specialist would get back to me. No call whatsoever! I am DONE with this situation and want it done with.

Daniel's Jewelers Bought a 14k diamond ring from Daniel Jewelers, misled about return policy

On November 24th, I purchased a 14 karat diamond ring for a significant amount of money from Daniel Jewelers at a well-known shopping center. A salesperson assisted me in selecting the ring and was quite helpful. However, I have a complaint regarding being misinformed about the return policy. I was under the impression that I had a 30-day return window and could return the ring at any location of my choosing, a policy which I had also confirmed online. At the point of sale, my credit card was frozen by the issuer due to the high transaction value. After resolving this by using alternative payment methods, I hastily completed the purchase. Unfortunately, I did not notice that by initialing the receipt, I was acknowledging a 'no refunds' policy, which contradicted the 30-day return policy I was told about and had read online. The receipt's wording, 'Unless noted above, Daniel's offers a 10-day money-back and 30-day exchange privilege,' was misleading. When I attempted to return the ring on November 26th, I was informed that it was non-refundable and that returns had to be made at the original store of purchase. After traveling to the original store, the salesperson who had assisted me was off duty, and her colleague informed me that only an exchange was possible due to my acknowledgment of the no-refund policy. Despite expressing my frustration, I was told that nothing could be done except to offer me an item of equal or greater value. I am seeking a refund and feel deceived by the store's practices.

Daniel's Jewelers I recently purchased a pre-owned watch from Daniels located at Westfield Topanga Mall

I recently purchased a pre-owned watch from Daniels located at Westfield Topanga Mall. The reason for my visit to the store was because I went to make a payment towards my Daniels Account. As I was about to leave the manager asked me if I was interested in any current promotional item(s). The promotion sounded good to me, since he told me I didn't have to run my credit or make a down payment. He also says by adding a watch i could do another promotion. I pick out a Rolex and later my total comes out to be around $*** and then he says if I want to put a down payment of $165 for Sunbit and it would take off $*** just to later ask if I want to sign up for a sync bank account for $*** of credit as well so my Daniel's account would also be lower and me being naive agreed. However, the bank tells him about two or three times I'm not qualified to be approved. No big deal to me since I do work at the mall food court reasonable. However he decided to call and I am not sure what he says but they approve me. Afterwards, he tells me that I owe $195 a month for Sunbit for a year, $62 for sync for 32 months, and $472 for Daniels a month for 24 months. After he says because they are not certified to sell Rolex's it's final sale for the watch. Now that's almost $730 a month leaving me with $40 in my account after I pay all that. Unbelievable. Later on I decide I don't want most of what I got therefore I get a refund for what I can. Just for me to later find out that the watch is discontinued and no longer officially sold.. The value is $*** and I get they can retail for whatever price but to sell it to me for $***? Absolutely ridiculous and it's preowned! Not to mention I went to the actual Rolex store and was told that parts of the watch were not even from Rolex anymore and I can get a newer model for $***. So explain to me how a very old model that was preowned was sold for $***? That is absolutely ridiculous and a scam. Not to mention the Rolex didn't have the paper work or original box. Product_Or_Service: gent's oyster perpetual date just watch
