Appalling Experience 4.10.23.. applied to iVisa to process my UK Tourism Visa. Supplied requested documents Documents were lost Provided a 3 month Egyptian Bank Account as requested. This should never have been supplied as my sponsor was covering all costs. After much confusion from iVisa, we agreed to withdraw this Account and use that of my Sponsor only. IVisa.. submitted this Account. My Sponsor was asked for 3 months Current Account. We explained that a Current Account would not show sufficient funds. My Sponsor submitted further Bank Accounts showing funds. IVisa did not correctly upload this and proceeded to submit discarded accounts. After 12 weeks of zero activity I had to push and push iVisa to submit my application to the Embassy. So bad, I now began to suspect I had in fact been scammed and this was not a genuine organisation. IVisa submitted the previously dismissed documents and an incomplete application. IVisa then sent me a 2 line email saying my Visa had been declined. No Explanation No Paperwork I have lost a final opportunity to visit a very very sick gentleman because of this disgraceful Company

Desired outcome: I want a full refund of iVisa fee I never want anyone else to experience this appalling Company
