No support/Defective items
In May 2022 I ordered two toothbrushes with other items, unfortunately both of these stopped working and I have email support about the issue and haven't gotten any responses. They were super attentive and pushy to get me to buy them but the product is awful. To wait over a month to get an order and for the products to stop working within a year is very unacceptable.
I want to make sure people are aware of what they are getting into.
Ivory smilez
Purchased this product online over 2 weeks ago about 4 days later I received an email saying that it's on the way but never received it or a second email stating the issue I don't have the order # because I can't retrieve the purchase order they contacted me at [protected]@cox.net
Ivory Smilez - Order 29806 - Plaque Remover
This product does not work at all. I have used it several times and has not removed any plaque whatsoever from my teeth.
I have contacted the company at [protected]@ivorysmilez.com, but they have not returned an email to me instructing me on what to do to obtain a refund.
In my experience, this type of disinterest in a customer complaint is unusual as most companies desire to have happy customers.
This company does not seem legitimate to me!
Desired outcome: I return their device and they return my money for a full refund.

Ultrasonic Tooth Clearner 2.0
On 04/24/21, I made a purchase on-line for the product stated above.
They sent 2 instead of 1, and charged me for both.
The product is priced at 49.99, with another price next to it 99.99 crossed out.
Well the 99.99 is what they charged me, so it is the initial false advertisement
they commit.
Then the second fraud is only making a partial refund.
Desired outcome: Refund me the initial charge of 99.99, not the 49.99 you stated you'll refund me. Chase bank isn't responsible for any part of the purchase price.
Unethical Behaviour
Order #IS16020. Ordered product on April 19th; April 21st received a shipment "on the way" email. April 26th received an email stating "shipment is about to ship" same day sent email back complaining about conflicting shipping statements. IvorySmilez responded that the product has just cleared customs at LAX. Tracking shows product shipped from Grand Prairie Texas not overseas or Las Angeles. Company did refund $9.99 for express shipment. Tracking continues to show "USPS is awaiting package and for label to be created." Company is dishonest and most likely a scam with no product to ship. May 4th I sent email requesting full refund. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB by end of week. I will give IvorySmilez a chance to make it right.
I want a full refund and nothing else.
Desired outcome: Full Refund of $50.97
Cathryn Carmichael, your complain against the wrong company.
Your complaint should be against Ivory Smilez with a Z at the end.
I've filed a complaint against them as well, and initially blamed the
wrong company because of their similar names.
frued
Yes, I signed up for the free trail at ivory smiles all for the cost of shipping..$6.00... So far I have gotten nothing free but charged $89.00... This compnay is a scam.. I am now in the process trying to get my money back.. The # you call is just a service... You have to email and wait on the email back form the company... My advice-do not buy this product! It is not free!

misleading
Thought I was only ordering a trial sample of this product to see if the solution would not affect my sensitve gums BEFORE ordering a monthly supply. Their website is misleading and takes you straight to the free trial section ... it's impossible to read the fine print that says we authorize them to deduct a month's supply before one even has the chance to try the product. It's a trial product ... one should be given enough time to use it and see the results.
This website is a scam...

not good on their word
Ivory Smiles sent me a free sample I requested in the mail of their Tooth Whitening Gel for $5.99 + $1.00 to cover the postage and handling. The day I received the product in the mailwas on a Saturday. Ivory Smiles paperwork indicated I would be billed $88.97 every 30 days for a month supply unless I called their customer support team at 1866-360-1477 or...
Read full review of Ivory Smilez and 3 commentsarrogant theives!
Another freaking scam trick to steal money from people! Don't try this product or give them CC information or you will be billed for useless products for the rest of your life. Get some Crest Strips and call it a day! Freaking theives!

billing for product
I ordered a sample, which never came, but was billed for a shipment which has not arrived, I protested the charge to my Visa card, was told I would have to PAY because I did not ask to be removed in 20 days...
I spent a week trying to get through on their phone number, which was not in operation, finally tried to
call the number listed to order the product offered, got hold of a "Supervisor" who assured me that he would cancel the membership, but I would still have to pay for what was "Shipped" unless I asked for a code number
to return the shipment, given a number to request the Return Request code, and the line was not working...
Hopefully all I lost was the initial charge for the shipment, which I cant return...Real sharp and effective
way of screwing you out of money, however, I see that I am not along in getting the royal shaft. I am
trying to find some one that has been successful in getting a refund!

Your attitude alone makes me never want to order from your company.. smh learn customer service
I've watch you put the blame on every customer that complains due to them never receiving their product but you continue billing them for items they never received , shipping for an item not shipped and billed another month for the same item they never received the first time but now you have the audacity to bill them AGAIN .. Your company has serious flaws
refund
My name is Darla Ajibade
I ordered Ivory smiles as a trial. I do not want the membership. I would like a full refund of my money. Especially since I did not receive the next shipment. You cancel all future shipments. Please let me know as soon as possible the status of this account.

I'm writing this e-mail now because when I called customer service/they where unable to take back a charge and sent me here to report it. I tried to order Ivory Smiles promotion a few weeks ago. My daughter had ordered the product. I initially went to there website and ordered the teeth whitener, after I put my credit card information in, a notice came up saying the promotion was over. I never thought anything of it, however two weeks later on the March 2nd I receive the promotion in the mail. This was clearly a scam, I then had 20 days to cancel the order, only after this would I be charged the 88.00 and change to my credit card.. NOW, I was advised through the website, I wouldn't receive it, after weeks I receive it having been told on the web site the promotion was over... The delivery time, along with the website fraud, and now a credit card charge... I was my money refunded. I obviously cancelled the product after I realized it was actually a higher percentage of hydrogen in the product I could get from my dentist.
I thought I was just sampling a product. That's what the web site stated. I purchased the trial supply/sample online. December 2008 my bank account was charged $4.99 + $1.00 I assume for shipping/handling and an additional $1.00 it stated for shipping insurance which I did not request. I do not want it anymore and can't find the web site to cancel.
I want to return, unopened the latest shipment of IvorySmiles for full refund. How do I do that?
wrong fully charged
I thought I was just ordered a trial sample for $1.00 and one for $5.99. Received my credit card bill and there was a charge of $88.97 which I did not authorize. I will contest it.

scam
Same story as everyone else here about ivory smiles. They are frauds, and bill people the 88.97 before the date stated... Then they will not issue a refund even though in their terms and conditions it is stated that a full refund will be given!
I am going to sue them on multiple grounds if a refund is not granted... I have already informed my lawyer and the case is solid..
If anyone is interested in settling the score with jeff hayes or joey santorielli (if they even exist at all)... Then get in touch with me and we can handle this elementary company together...

fraud and cheating
My story is very similar to all the others. When I called I was told I had to communicate through email. Another way to use up my return period. These guys are stubborn... but I am, too. I will NOT give in. I have stopped payment on my credit card. I have complained to the Better Business Bureau. I will contact my state's attorney general. I will contact a lawyer if I have to. I am angry and embarrassed to be a victim of these guys but I will be an example for others to learn from.

Like everything I do I research. All this complains after reading a load of them comes back to the client fail to read. People read! Is not a tooth brush, can't use it every day. It doesn't take the place flossing. This is for those who have build up of plaque. Do to enamel failure plaque builds quicker than others.
I would order one but hey they are sold out at this time.
READ!
Ivory Smilez is scamming the public, I thought I was ordering 1 Ultrasonic Tooth Brush.
They sent me 2, and charged me for 2, I tried calling them and a audio recording comes on.
They don't return your calls, or respond to the emails that you send them.
I've requested a return label from them, so that I can return one of the brushes, and be reimbursed.
I'm in the process of filing a complaint with my bank against Ivory Smilez, and dispute the charges.
The same thing happened to me I did order only one and they sent me two
The website is ready to do that kind of stuff and cheat also the prices in other places the same product is less expensive I really feel bad I should checked the reviews
Now they are not answer
I was about to purchase this product i'm glad i decided to look into some reviews otherwise i would have been livid, has anyone noticed YOUTUBE is now filled with commercials that advertise bogus products from shell businesses that clearly are scamming hundreds of people. To set up this sort of schemes would be very easy get a business lic. set up, a rando po box. create a site, pay automated service(if any at all) all of this can one way or another be done for free except lic. but these are scammers sometimes they might not even give a damn to get one so they steal one or simply make it up, all up to the YOUTUBE ads where im assuming money has to be spend to get as much reach as possible. Millions watch YOUTUBE daily, even if only 1% of a million users (which i'm sure the percentage of victims would be much greater than that) thats 10, 000 victims if each victim pays the amount of say 20$ that is 200, 000$ wow they are making a killing off the backs of innocent hardworking people they sell us fake hope that turns to smoke when that package is delivered and you are left empty handed, frustrated, and angry nothing is being done to stop this nonsense, i know that because im on YOUTUBE and i still log on to see those damn ads that scammed me ripping people off when times for everyone are definitely hard. I definitely have some questions that i think YOUTUBE should step up to address, but to be clear i DO NOT think youtube is at fault here but certainly more should be done to regulate this sort of advertisement, this companies i believe should be looked into to make sure they are not selling YOUTUBES loyal viewers SNAKE OILS and GARBAGE, i will be drafting a petition to address this issue, and make YOUTUBE responsible for screening this companies for legitimacy before streaming any content that is fraudulent in any sense of the word, being scammed is one of the most frustrating situations i've experience in life, and i will be reminded of that every day for the next month or two before i get the money to fix that hole, i think is my responsibility as a human or just a person to at least try to do something about it so no other person has to be a victim of this money thirsty rats so please if you feel you maybe have the time i will draft the letter and possibly post it so evryone can see it download forward, copy/paste it however you wish so YOUTUBE takes action on this growing cancer. thank you for reading remember look up anything before you buy it, if you cant find information on it i would certainly advise you do not purchase. btw excuse my grammar or any typos im just a regular guy.
Hello to everyone who reads to learn about "Ivory Smile", my experience is very bad there too. I chose this place just because it was convenient location, it's on my way from work to home.
Receptionist girl set up me on a service that I did not ask for. That was their way to earn money. After visit I was exhausted and nervous. I told them I'll never come back there. I did not plan on those expenses that they force me to take. But they are reaching me out though the phone!
Don't go there if you want a good experience on service.
They were supposed to send a trial offer. I was charged for the trial. Then instead of sending a trial, they waited the 20 days and sent a monthly supply and charged me 88.97. They said since I didn't cancel in the 20 days that was in their Terms and Agreement, I couldn't receive a refund. My whole complaint is that I didn't get the trial to see if I wanted the monthly supply.
I too was scammed by this dishonorable company. I also turned them into the BBB. I have been trying for 4 months to get my return and about 3 months ago they stopped returning my emails. This was the biggest mistake in my life. I did not even think the product worked at all on my teeth.
I too was scammed by these jerks. I have also made a complaint through Better Business Bureau. I have another week before I hear anything. I was offered half of a refund... the only reason I was ever charged is because they waited to reply to my email until after the 20-days was up. What a chicken-### way to run a business.
Let us Know if you have any results, looks like they are very good at getting their money, I think that
they have more than one front in sucking money out of the public. Looks like you and I are not alone,
I found that If you threaten to remove your money from your bank that issued your charge card, they
will persue assisting in getting a refund, they were very helpful to me in making me feel that they are
concerned about their customers getting ripped off. I have to accept that I also must disciplin myself to never get hooked again.
Would Love to know of someone that had gotten a refund from this Scam!
I am very angry...But still I was scammed!
not accepting cancellation
I ordered the trial sample of teeth whitener for $6. In the packaging I received the sample and a statement saying a cancellation notice had to be received within 20 days of the billing date. A phone number and a web site were given. On the phone I could not get through, so I sent an email to cancel further shipments. When I received a month's supply, I immediately emailed them again. I was sent a rely with a web page I had never seen stating the agreement I signed and it also included the price ($88.97) which was not on the original agreement. I returned the shipment in tact, but they say I still owe the money.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I received their product and only one side of the insert was printed and nothing was said about the next shipment nor the price of the monthly shipments. I just tried to cancel the monthly subscription and was told to call their number. The wording on the original mailing insert was ambiguous at best. I must have read it six times and decided to use the product and forget about it. My mistake. Will try to call the number tomorrow. I may have to call my credit card and stop the charges as well.
I would like to know if anyone has had any sucess getting their money back. I tried to call and email them several times and got the same run around. I asked for a RMA# and didn't get a reply. I tried to stop payment through my card, but they sent verification of the bill so now I'm sending more info to see if that will do the job. Called phone # on the invoice, first time I had seen an invoice, that I received from the credit card report but they had a message to call the better business bureau. There had to be something we can do. Downey of Kansas
I am going through the same thing. I cancelled before my 20 days were up and still recieved the monthly supply along with the charge to my account. When I emailed them to cancel, I had 2 days left of the 20. I didn't get a response until 3 days l;ater in which I recieved the same message. " you did not cancell in time..." I called their customer support and they even told me to return the new shipment w/ delivery confirmation, so I could track when the package was returned and to send an email stating that I had sone so and would be expecting a full refund just like their "satisfaction gaurantee" stated. All I got was an email that said to let them know when i agree to only half a refund. So, I have filed a compliant with the Better Business Bureau. I suggest you do the same and get your money. These jerks are running a scam!
Ivory Smiles is a predatory and unscrupulous company. My story is similar to the ones already here. After ordering a "free" sample of the teeth-whitening gel and finding it ineffective, (and fully reading their "terms and conditions", I tried cancelling within their 20 days (from the date of purchase, not the date of receipt). I was kept on hold for 30 to 45 minutes, with a recording stating there was 5, 3 or 1 minutes left to wait, due to "high calling volume." When it became apparent that the actual wait time had nothing to do with the pre-recorded tape, I tried cancelling online. Their cancel webpage did not exist! I tried the "support" page, and conveniently, after the 20 day "trial" period was over, I finally got a response from a "jeff hayes" with a generic message saying that I had not cancelled within their time frame. Meantime they billed me $88.97. When I got the unordered product, I returned it unopened.
Long story short, I had to go to my bank and put in a formal complaint. They issued me a new credit card. "jeff hayes" wrote me a number of stall-type emails, finally agreeing to a refund if I didn't dispute the charge with my bank. Needless to say, I didn't trust them at all to issue a refund. He also implied that my bank would not be able to settle the dispute.
"Ivory Smiles", like the other products from their company (genixdiet, acai berry and colonmed 700) is a predatory company in business to steal at least $88.97 from people bamboozeled into believing they did not cancel on time. Really, there ought to be laws protecting the consumer from these types of scams.
I ordered the trial then tried to cancel in the 20 days they give you. I emailed and tried to call. I end up with a shipment and they took the money from my account. Along with the shipment was a piece of paper with another site and number to call to cancel. I could never get thru. When trying to pull up the site, it says it doesnt exist. I cant believe this company is getting away with this. Makes me sick!
I placed an order for the Ivory Smiles on Dec 31st and I received the product about five days later. I tried it and didn't feel like it was any better than any other store bought whitening product so I tried to call to cancel any further billings and I was never able to get a hold of anyone due to " high call volume", but conveinently on the 21st day after I ordered the trial I got through to someone only to tell me my credit card was charged out the day before, which was the 20 day mark. Anyways, they told me when I received the product I can return it for a full refund minus s/h. so when I received it last week I tried emailing the support # to get a RMA # so I can send it back. Their policy states that you will get the response w/in 24hrs. It has been five days and I have received nothing back. Funny how they are so quick to tell me I had to follow the policy and refund procedure correctly, but apparently they don't. I'm sure they will send me the RMA # after 15 days have past for me to get my refund. It makes me sick that companies get away with stuff like this. This was the first time I ever tried anything like this and I am kicking myself for doing it!
unauthorized billing
I thought I was just sampling a product. Thats what the web site stated. I purchased the trial supply/sample online. December 17, 2008 my bank account was charged $4.99 + $1.00 I assume for shipping/handling and an additional $1.00 it stated for shipping insurance which I did not request.
That was fine though. I had no problem with those charges which were listed on a strip of paper included with the sample. It stated on the paper that in order to receive a refund you must obtain an RMA number within 15 days of the date you were billed. I didn't want a refund, after all it was just a sample. At least that was what I thought they were talking about. There was no mention of any additional product being mailed to me in the future, and it certainly did not mention anything about any additional charges to my bank account.
However, on January 12, 2009 there was an entry on my bank account in the amount of $88.97, charged for teeth whitening. I was furious. I tried calling them but the message said ''due to high call volume, my estimated wait time was 5 min, then it said 10 min, and then 15 min. I have not been successful in getting anyone at this fake company, after several attempts and have now receive another, sample/supply of the whitening 'stuff'. The product received itself is a joke. I think its a travesty and someone should do something about it. I am so furious. I would have never agreed anything like this if it was honestly stated upfront, but it was not. They are stealing. Its internet/online robbery.

On 9/15 we ordered the OmniBrush™ | Intelligent Auto-Toothbrush. It says 5-8 business days for free shipping. It is now 10/2 and we have not received the toothbrush. I have emailed the company 4 times and no one will reply. I want to know the status of our order. I believe we have been scammed.
My bank card has been charged $9.99 unauthorized by myself. I am requesting a full reund of this charge credited back into my ccount. I understand that you work in conjunction with Ivory Brites Whitening, however, I did not approve this charge. I was mislead by Ivory Brites advertisement for afree trial at $4.99. Your quick response to this matter will be greatly appreciated. Obviously, you have all the pertinent information to make this happen and contact me.

I also ordered form Ivory Smiles and I canceled as soon as I got it as I think $88.97 monthly is way too much to pay for teeth whitening. Well, I also got charged and when I e-mailed them, they said that I had not read the instructions for canceling(which I had) and not canceled within 20 days(it said 15 days on the instructions).
I am still trying to get my money back!(For products never received)!
Do not order from this company! It is a total scam!
I also ordered a free trial from Movie Star Look and South Beach Smile. Movie Star Look illegaly withdrew $42.90 from my account and when I called their number, only a scam of a recording answered. South Beach Smile answered, but claimed their systems were down. I emailed both of them to cancel immediately and requested that Movie Star Look refund my payment in full.
I've contacted my financial institution, have canceled my card, and will report them to every consumer protection group and fraud site I can find.
TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN..
I AM CANCELING THIS PRODUCT. I AM REQUESTING YOU PUT ALL THE MONEY THAT WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. BACK IN IT. NO ONE TOLD ME I WAS JOINING ANYTHING. YOUR IMMEADIATE ATTTENTION WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

The same thing is happening to me. I noticed right after I ordered that they keep switching their identity so they can not be tracked down and held accountable. I'm very angry. I contacted moviestarlook.net and canceled my order immediately even before I received a sample. I received two emails one saying it was canceled and then another email saying my "Brighter Smile Monthly Membership would be canceled. I NEVER ordered from Brighter Smile. I'm concerned that I may be billed again. I was billed for the sample and it was listed on my card as an herbal company. They keep switching identity so they can't be found.
Here's what I'm doing right now. I looked up many of these companies domain registrations and I'm complaining loud. I looked up the WHOIS information on moviestarlook.net and it's not an e-commerce site and the site was not listed as secure. I've been doing a WHOIS search on many of them and many of them are listed with GoDaddy.com. GoDaddy is very serious about scams and abuse so it can be reported. They have a link on their website to report. I know I'm reporting to them also so they can shut them down.
I have to agree with everybody I ordered a sample on-line and was charged an extra dollar that I didn't want. About 2 weeks later I saw an 88.97 on my account. I never received anything accept a sample. I have to wait until Monday to dispute it with my bank. What I want to now...do they continue to charge in the future?

I also had the same problem but with me the weird part is that the $$88.97 charge that came on my card was listed as IWL*GENIXDIET...I weight 114lbs and surely did not order any diet products! The company has evaded this issue and insisted that I was incorrect. I also was told about their "policy" small print that was on the ordering site for the "FREE" sample. I was only supposed to be paying for shipping. I am going to do all legally possible to get my money back and get some justice in this matter!
I have had the exact same experience. I tried contacting Ivory smiles by email. The reponse I get is always -
"The terms and conditions, which you were required to read and accept upon ordering clearly explained how the program works. If the terms and conditions were not agreed to, the website WOULD NOT process your order. We have thousands of customers who actually read these terms and conditions and either cancel their membership within the allowed time period, or choose to keep the product for many months. - Jeff Hayes"
I have copied and pasted all of the complaints I have found and forwarded that with mine last email. I will also contact my credit card company and have them refute the charges. I hope you all do the same.

I bought a trial offer from Movie Star Look. After receiving it, I decided it was not worth it, and cancelled. I had ordered it on January 4, 2009. On January 22, 2009 I received the same product from Ivory Smiles telling me that I had not cancelled after the free trial period. I never ordered from Ivory Smiles and do not know how they got my credit information. It is not coincidental that Ivory Smiles said I ordered on the same day that I ordered from Movie Star Look. Either they are one and the same and are scamming people or they hacked into my computer and stole my credit card information. I have filed a complaint with the FBI internet fraud as Ivory Smiles would not refund my money even after I told them I never ordered from them and never received a trial offer from them, but that their product and Movie Star Look are identical! They both insist they are not affiliated. So, all I can say is BUYER BEWARE!
