Unsolicited Products, Definite Scam
Just like everyone else here, we received unsolicited products multiple times, containing the fine print that payment would be required if not returned within 30 days. When called, they sent return envelopes with no problem, but this company obviously banks on people not reading all the fine print on the unwanted, unsolicited product, and then "owing" the company money. Total scam.
Ten bucks says they respond saying that their "records show that the problem was resolved/spoke to someone who requested the product", despite the fact that this review is entirely anonymous and they don't know which office I'm from.

Dentta Company fraudulently sent product to us we did not order and expects us to return it or we will be billed. We did not order this product and it is not our responsibility to take time out of our team's day to entertain shady business practices. We will not be using this product as we do not trust it and would never place an untrusted product in our patient's mouths. This is very dangerous in our view to send an unknown and unsolicited product to a healthcare provider and expect them to use it in treatment.

Company sent us unsolicited product we never wanted or ordered. my billing coordinator ended up paying the bill thinking the doctor ordered it. Now 4 months later, during Covid-19 shut down, they charge our credit cards again for the same amount. The lady at Dentta company has been absolutely unhelpful and insists on us returning a product prior to a refund. What kind of Shady business practice is this. Sending something we never ordered and doing re-occurring charges, hoping we won't notice.

Like others, we have received unsolicited products from this company. We have sent back previous products and requested to not be sent anymore products in the future. As a matter of fact, I just sent some of their products back last week! We asked to not be mailed anything in the future just to receive more product this week. Now I have to go through the arduous process of getting someone to call me back to get the labels to return this unneeded, unwanted product. This is such a scam.

I'm a dentist
I'm a dentist. I order from 3 different vendors. I never order from Dentta Co, Inc. The company fraudulently sends out products that were never ordered and expects you to return them or charges you. This is fraud, pure and and simple. I never ordered anything from this company. They will send you a bill WAY after they have sent you a product. Dental offices get SO much unsolicited junk mails and free samples. My team throws this junk out. I order what is the best products for my patients.

When we called to ask questions like, which card was used, who authorized the transaction, and even how they came to have our card information, the person who answered was extremely aggressive and rude. Kept cutting off my questions and not answering them. The product was not located in the office (we are an extremely large dental practice that gets sent samples of products on almost a daily basis). All the company would send is an invoice and proof from FedEx the product was delivered, but would not send proof of us authorizing these transactions or accepting the product. This feels like fraud. They are not being helpful or compliant with issuing a refund or a return label for the product.

Just like all the other complaints against this company; we received UNSOLICITED materials and then were sent a bill. Fortunately we held onto the product and all the SCAM paperwork that came with it. The paperwork makes it look like a free sample. NO PRICE IS LISTED so anyone would assume this is a free sample like dental offices receive often. At the very bottom of the paperwork in fine print there is a sentence that reads 'Thank you for allowing us to send you our starter kit on a trial basis'. Well, we didn't ALLOW it. It just showed up. WE DID NOT REQUEST OR AGREE TO ANY PRODUCT. Also, you can not get anyone on the line when you call. You must leave a voice mail and hope someone will call back. This is not the first time we have had to deal with this company. I think they just pull dental addresses from the internet and send 'materials'. For all we know the item sent could be cod liver oil. We wish to never be sent another item from this company. This is fraud. Also, we are not legally required to return the item, but because we have integrity, we will when we receive the free shipping label.
