Problem: This company appeared on my screen when I was contacting Yahoo about my email account. I assumed the agency was Yahoo and described my problem. An agent, Robert Jones, spoke to me, and I presumed he was acting as a Yahoo agent. He then put me on hold and came back with a finance representative giving him a price of $499 to correct my problem. Only after giving him my credit card number he explained he was with Izaccess and gave me the number to call and registered my computer and gave me access number to call. At that time he became rude and loud and dismissed me. I contacted Yahoo and changed my password. I believe he and his company committed fraud as he represented himself as a Yahoo employee trying to correct my problem. I am requesting a refund from him and will contact the Yahoo company and for assistance.
