I was dissatisfied with customer service
I was dissatisfied with customer service. The process to obtain a small washer part took two months and they ended up sending me the wrong part. I wrote a letter to Mr. but never received the courtesy of a reply.

I have been trying to contact this company about a washer part that was missing when I bought the washer FOR 2 WEEKS. I've been on hold TWICE for OVER 30 MINS when the automated system boots me off saying a representative will call me back. I've never received a call back in ANY of the attempts I've made. Other times the phone rapidly rings then gives me the "busy tone" and hangs up. I've attempted to email the company 4 times, and I received one response asking for more information, and never heard from them again.
I contacted Samsung. They give me this place. This is the worst place I have ever spoken to in my life. I have called 2 times, 6 months apart, trying to get a charger for a Samsung Chromebook. The last charger I ordered had too large a tip. The people at this place are rude. There was no service at all in my customer experience. They should not be in business, let alone a go to place for a company as large as Samsung. I gave her my part number, she gave me the cost, which was about 4 times higher than any other place. She asked if I were going to order it. I started saying I wanted some information on the part before I ordered. I don't want to pay $40.00 again for a charger with a tip that is too large. She hung up on me before I got 2 words out, when one of the words wasn't yes. Similar experience the first time I called. My Chromebook has been dead for 6 months because I can't speak to anyone who will tell me what size tip I need to charge it, and I have a charger I cannot use, because the tip is too large. If this had a negative rating, I would have left a negative number of stars.

I called Friday was waiting forever decided to have them call me back and guess what no call back. It's now Tuesday. The recording says I won't lose my place in line if I chose to have them call back or check them out online for faster services. LIES, LIES, LIES! I filled out a form online too and still nothing. DON'T BOTHER! Find another source to get your samsung parts. I CAN'T BELIEVE SAMSUNG COLLABORATES WITH THIS FAKE COMPANY!
I have (am currently still on hold) for over 25 minutes and have yet to speak to an actual person to see where my part is that I ordered 10 days ago AND J&J took my money out of my account as soon as I placed the order. I love the fact that they have no problem taking my money, yet can't be bothered to send out my part. I ordered through pay pal, so I will not have ANY problem filing a claim through them if I do not get my part within a few days to have them do an investigation and get my money back. P.S. I would have chosen 0 stars if it was an option, however it is not, so they get a 1 star rating by pure default.

This company is set up to be a complete scam. They send out wrong parts because their website has wrong descriptions and then it is near impossible to reach a customer service rep or get information on properly returning the product and getting a refund. After waiting for over an hour I spoke to someone that seemed to be helpful and said he would check on sending out the correct piece and assured me he would send me an email to confirm our conversation. I asked him to include his direct email in case I had any other questions or issues. He never sent the email and never followed up. Check reviews from other and this is their way of business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

My refrigerator handle broke I called this company asking for a new handle in the original call. They asked me to send pictures. I sent them a picture of the freezer door showing no handle and to show them the door in case I needed extra parts and a picture of the broken handle. I callled them back and I don't remember how they exactly said it but that I need this door assembly to fix the issue. Now mind you they had my original complaint of a broken handle I'm thinking they are sending me a piece with the handle. No they send me just the door no handle. Now there was no issue with the actual door they sent me exactly what I already had. A door with no handle. I call them and told them I needed a handle you sent me a door with no handle. They try to tell me they don't sell just the handle. I said that's impossible because you sent me a door without a handle and still need one and don't need the door. They said they will review my call and must of only reviewed the second call telling

I purchased a product on their website samsungparts.com (J & J International) on 08.24.21. After not receiving any confirmation on my order I decided to call them ***). After holding on for so long, I was finally given the option to leave my phone number for them to call me back. I never received a call. I called again later that evening no contact was made. I called again the next day, 08.31.21, still no contact. On the same day, I cancelled my order online on their website, I received an automated confirmation email from customerservice@samsungparts.com, but resolution on refunding my money ($62.05).Speaking to someone or an actual person is next to impossible. Very poor customer service and a total scam.
On 8/23, I ordered a user manual for my brand-new TV, and it arrived on 9/3. Unfortunately, it was not the Samsung user manual I expected but rather incomplete copies of an old manual that were of no help. I paid $42.95 expecting an original copy and instead received an unprofessional and poorly made copy. The paperwork that came with the manual stated that I could return the item if I simply called the company and requested a return label. I spent about 5 hours on the phone on Tuesday, 9/7, trying to get through, but I never got connected. Their answering machine suggested I could leave my number and someone would call me back. After waiting 4 hours without a response, I left my phone number but never received a callback. The following day, 9/8, I called again and stayed on the line for about an hour. When I finally got through, I was informed that manuals cannot be returned, despite being told at the time of purchase that I could return it if necessary.
On October 5, I was referred by Samsung to order parts for my Samsung QLED TV from J&J International. The parts totaled over $500. I was provided with an order number, an invoice number, and a customer number for my transaction. In the meantime, I decided to buy a new TV and when the parts arrived on October 12, I called J&J to inquire about the return process. They informed me that they would review my request and get back to me, assigning me a case number for reference. When I did not receive a response, I called them again after two days only to be told that I could not return the parts. As I no longer need the parts, I am now out over $500. This situation is unacceptable. To resolve this issue, I would like to receive a return label and a full refund, with the exception of shipping costs.
On September 18, at 13:34:42 PDT, I ordered a TV stand for my Samsung TV through the website www.samsungparta.com. The part number I ordered was BN96-31002A. I paid for shipping and expected to receive my part within 7 days. However, it has now been over a month, approaching two months. When I contacted the seller, they replied, 'Thank you for contacting J & J International. The item you ordered is currently on a nationwide backorder from Samsung. The part usually ships within 3-5 business days, but due to an unexpected delay from Samsung's manufacturing side, delivery may take up to 4-8 weeks. Once this part is released from backorder and shipped to us, we will immediately dispatch your order and send you a confirmation email with tracking details. We sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience caused. If you have any additional questions or requests, please contact us.' This information was not mentioned on the website, which stated that the part was in stock. I reached out to them again on October 8th and received the reply, 'Hello Saad, We are sorry, but it is still on backorder from the supply side.' I requested a partial refund. The last communication I had with the company was when I asked for a refund on October 15th. They responded, 'Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry for what happened. We expect to receive the part from Samsung within this week due to an unexpected delay from the manufacturing and supply side. Once we receive the part, we will immediately dispatch your order and send you a confirmation email with tracking details. We sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience caused. If you have any additional questions or requests, please contact us.' Since then, I have sent them three emails requesting an update or refund but have not received any response. I am now realizing that I am not alone in this situation. Many others are experiencing the same issues. It appears this company is a scam.

My wife ordered a replacement water filter on 4/25 when it was received we immendiatel realized it was the incorect part. She contacted the company J&J International, Inc. on 5/2 explaining that the parts was nnot correct. In the meantime she had ordered another replacement filter as back-up. We now have two incorrect water filters. We again informed J&J international of the error via email and via telephone. we wanted to return and replace with the correct filters. We were told we needed a supervisors authorization to be able to return the incorrect water filters. The Customer Service Rep we talked to told us the Supervisor was not available but that the Supervisor would call us the next day. Nobody ever called. After numerous calls to Customer Service and being kept on hold for 45 minnutes or more each time we have never been able to actually reach a Customer Service Rep again. We tried leaving our call back number, no call backs. Tried leaving messages via the website but again nobody has ever contacted us. It is now over two months of frustration.

I ordered a fridge door shelf on April 26th. I received the product a couple weeks later, but I was shipped the wrong one. I filled out the customer service form on May 24th letting them know and asking how to either refund or exchange the product. I did not hear back, so I sent a follow-up email on June 16th, July 20th and July 26th. I also refilled the customer service form on July 20th but did not hear back. I have tried calling them multiple times but couldn't get through to a person to speak to.
On June 29th, I purchased a Assy Drum Brush for my Samsung Vacuum. The part arrived and it was defective. Pieces of the brush were ripped and torn off. I contacted Customer support numerous times on line and via phone. I am always told a Supervisor will call me back and no one does. On 2 occasions they filed a complaint with the *** for a damaged package. I told them the packaging was in tact and the problem is the defective part. I sent them pictures of the defective product. I paid $85.98 for a product that isn't useable. I would take a replacement, ONLY if the product is checked prior to shipping, and there is no damage.
July 30: Ordered a Samsung dryer part, but the part received was not correct. J&J informed me that I would be emailed a Return Label to send back the incorrect part, and once the part was received, a refund would be issued to the debit card used. I was given a case/reference number, an order number, and an invoice number, with the total amount being $19.70. Despite multiple phone calls and messages sent through the website regarding the absence of the email with the Return Label, I received no return calls or email replies.
August 11: I ordered a second Samsung dryer part and was assured that this part was the correct one. I received a new order number and invoice number, with the total amount being $71.85. After multiple phone calls, enduring long wait times on hold, and being redirected to leave information for a return call, I still had not received a return call by the period of August 23, to September 3. I also left multiple detailed messages on the website, yet there were no return calls or email replies within that same timeframe.
I want to return the above parts and receive a full refund.

Ordered a part 4-5 months ago. Paid for it, never received it, and just received an email stating my card was declined and the order canceled. My card was stolen and canceled 3 weeks ago, not months ago. Scam! Beware! Took payment and never shipped the part. #
