We signed a contract with Jasper and found out they were charging us R1000.00 more than what we can get the website for and were not happy with the webpage.
We then gave them 20 Days written notice to cancel as per CPA
They have now removed the website and disabled our email address which we paid a once off fee for and refused to hand over the domain to our new web hosting company.
We also then found out that they had double charged us for the set up.
Their attitudes stink.
They dont show up to meetings and the Director (Eugene Venter) has an even bigger attitude with regards to this matter.
The complainant regrets uploading the complaint, therefor it has now been marked as "Resolved".
Immature service. They always give you a run around. They rush you to pay and then they have excuses when they should come to meetings or update you. Their customer service is the group leaders of STINKY SERVICE. Don't even try them
I wish Jasper consultant would stop calling me - Im not interested thank you. And they get rude if you tell them that you are not interested in their service. Jasper consultants call me daily - its abuse!
Everything was set up in the meeting before I signed a contract with Jasper and they actually do not have mature skills to developed the webpage as what we required. When I request to cancel the agreement, the Director (Eugene Venter) has an even bigger attitude with regards to this matter, and keep forcing us to pay for outstanding fees with no service was provided, their attitude STINKY, Don't even try them.
You get locked into a contract with Jasper Consultants and once you realise how bad their service is you can't get out for another 2 years.
Don't sign any contract with these guys, this is how they make their money.
