Unsafe driver
It is February 12, 2022 at 4:40 pm CST my husband and I are driving down I- 40 West just pass Clinton, Oklahoma. We are Over the Road Owner Operators and are headed to Phoenix, Arizona. We were in the fast lane when your truck driver all of a sudden did a quick lane change so fast it almost caused us to hit him! He had come upon a small truck pulling an enclosed trailer. He either came up on it too fast or wasn’t paying attention so instead of slowing down he instantly jumped over in front of us into fast lane with not much room nor time for a safe lane change. If not for my husband’s fast reaction, experience and paying attention to his own driving and those around him we definitely would not have been so lucky. This driver needs to learn the safe way to drive these big trucks! I have included pictures of the truck and him.

Aggressive driving
It is Saturday the 5th of February 5:06 P.M. and the driver driving a JB Hunt semi truck north bound on HWY I244 in west Tulsa, oklahoma was going 80 MPH in a construction zone speed limit is only 60 MPH as the driver is scrapping the concrete barriers off and on and refusing to allow my car to get into the lane the semi driver was in. I would like for the driver of the semi to slow down I have 2 children in my car it was unnecessary for the driver to go high rate of speed block me from being able to get over. It was seriously dangerous the driver could had hurt himself or others on the road
Desired outcome: I would like to be informed of unawareness of what could had been a bad ending.

False information inserted into my file which disqualifies me from positions of employment
I was advised on 01/19/22 that Angela Dunkin, who is the Driver Personnel Client Manager for JB Hunt, inserted into my file that I was not approved for a truck due to credit reasons. That information is FALSE. I applied for and received a position for an Edgerton KS route which was contingent upon leasing a truck from OTR Leasing. After it performed a credit check allegedly returning a 580 Experian score, OTR determined that I needed a $20, 000 down payment. When it was advised by me that I possessed the $20, 000, OTR's underwriting department informed me that I needed a $30, 000 down payment based upon the alleged 580 Experian score. My truck sales agent at OTR, Terrence Abney [protected] x 101 terrence. [protected]@otrleasing.com, advised me via email dated 01/17/22 that "You've been conditionally APPROVED to lease a truck from OTR Leasing". I was contacted via email on 01/18/22 by Mr. Abney, "Hello Darron, I have your APPROVAL. I'll keep you posted on trucks as I get trucks in to see if you are interested in any". I cannot fathom the reason that Ms. Dunkin inserted blatantly erroneous information into my file (what was her basis or evidence of denial?) when it should be patently clear that I have been approved for and I am awaiting a truck from OTR. Additionally, my Experian score on 01/18/22 was 627 as evinced by the attachment below, and my Transunion and Equifax scores on 01/18/22 were 650 and 649, respectively, see attachment. (Thus, I should not even be required to submit a down payment amount more than $10, 000 inasmuch as my credit scores are above 600). Moreover, I made arrangements to acquire a 2019 Freightliner Cascadia with less 250, 000 miles for $23, 000 down and applied for Position ID 19778, but I was denied strictly because of the false information inserted into my file by Ms. Dunkin. Finally, I will attempt to forward or attach to this complaint the above-cited emails sent to me from Mr. Abney so that it will be beyond dispute that I have not been denied a truck due to credit reasons, that I have indeed been approved for and am merely awaiting a truck and that there was an insertion of materially false information into my file by Ms. Dunkin which is, in effect, depriving me of employment opportunities with JB Hunt.

Good afternoon,
I almost got ran over by a truck on 294N between 12-12:15pm today 1/18/22. My mirror was broken and the only thing that I can see was that it was a JB trailer because the driver did not stop. My entire mirror from the passenger flipped and is broken.

Detention
My Load # is 3N63319
I spent 4 hours and 30 minutes at shipper and 3 hours and 27 minutes at receiver. I sent all the required paperwork, and they said I would get my detention in 1-2 weeks. I have been waiting for a month now, and I still don't have it. I have been trying to contact the accounting department, specifically Cyrena Maxey for the past 2 days, but no one is responding. Today someone finally picked up, but then they started telling they aren't going to pay me for shipper, only receiver. They say to write in and out times on the Invoice and they will pay you, I did everything they asked and they never paid me. This has happened to me twice now. I spent way to long at the shipper and receiver to not get my full detention money.
Desired outcome: To get the rest of my detention money.
Broker at jb hunt they are too mean and rude
The broker at jb hunt myles pierce he is the worst broker when he has to cover is load then he will be too sweet to you and then he will say he will pay you dead head and the the detentions after completing the load he will stop answering you and making up things like he will see and add to you in the email but never pay you he made my drivers to sit for 3 days and never pay me any detention or then if we ask for dead head then he says you are not good carrier and rejected the load board just because we ask for deadmiles and there is also a another broker name lawarence white he tender me the load and we had issue with issue then i ask them to recover this load just for 300 miles away from destination and my drivers cover 2250 miles but he never pay for those miles am keep emailing and calling them regarding my payment he never answerer and never get pay for the load worst brokers at jb hunt i just named two theres alot of them they dont talk to you good too rude and in middle they hang up on you jb hunt needs to teach them how to talk to the carriers and needs to pay what they promise to pay
Driver
While driving with my family on interstate 80 outside Coralville Iowa on 10/17/2021 the driver of JB Hunt truck and trailer HMKD 800893 crossed over a solid white line. Forcing me to driver into a concrete wall. Totaling my SUV with my kids in the car because we were all screaming as the driver just crossed the line and taking over my lane. I had to file a police report who are looking for the driver because of the hit and run.
Desired outcome: Driver arrested
Driver. Unethical Behavior, refused to stop/check in at the guard house.
On 10/17/2021 at 8:11am, driver Belgrave Dequenton Colyn, DL# B237816463 06902 NJ, JBH Truck # 362026, plate 3EQ081 Oklahoma. Did not stop at the guard house to check in and drove into the yard to grab an empty trailer. On the way out I explained to him that not because our gate is broken he can just drive in the yard. I explained to him that next time I will call law enforcement for trespassing a privet property.
Desired outcome: To follow check in procedures all the time.
Aggressive Driver
At 10:45am on I-79 south towards Washington, PA I experienced a very uncomfortable situation with an aggressive driver from your company. The JB Hunt driver was screaming out of his window, raising his hands and laying on his horn because of a traffic jam. Cars were not moving, so his behavior was extremely uncalled for. I was afraid he was going to hurt me and cause an accident. I had to pull off to the side of the road to let him go past me, mind you there was a traffic jam so his reaction had no justification.
As he passed by, he yelled, "f*ck you [censored]" and gave me the finger. Then proceeded to cut off another vehicle so that vehicle had to pull off to the side of the road so that the truck wouldn't hit them. This driver SHOULD NOT be on the road. He will destroy the reputation of your company and put other drivers' lives at risk.
I attempted to get a photo of the truck, but couldn't get a good one. I did attach the photo of the numbers on the back of the truck. Hope that helps find the maniac on the road.

How I was treated after receiving a load

I received a load from Chase Hanby who was great at handling the load and discussing the terms and conditions who was (very professional)
I received the tender went over the tender
Everything was great and approved I'm ready to go.
It's Friday evening I believe soon after Chase Hanby had left for the weekend.
Then I get a Email saying the load had been canceled. So I called JH Hunt to see what happened and one of the associates said it was taken off of you and handed over to another driver I don't understand why that happened but it didn't sound fair whatsoever.
I never had a problem like this before considering everyone is so considered and very nice.

Non delivery
To make a LONG story short, I bought a lawn mower. The first time they came out but didn't have my mower. Three more times I was scheduled for delivery. Three times no one showed up or called. I had to call to find out it hadn't even been picked up. I work evenings and scheduled a 6 to 10 delivery. I don't get to bed until 1am. Four times I woke up at 6am to be ready for them. Four times. I received nothing. I ended up having to go pick it up myself. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.
Delivery
JB Hunt delivered appliances to my neighbor's house at 8am on a Saturday and made lot of noise. Loading and unloading exceeding 55 decibels is prohibited in residential areas in Montgomery County, Maryland before 9am on weekends and holidays. It has been the case for at least 30 years. When I brought this to the attention of the workers, they were very rude. The company should be aware of the local laws and not be making deliveries while quite hours are in effect.

I am having issue with lady name Laura Kluesner she treat me that she will start deducting from my load for a no reason we entwr time in and out on 360 when drivers was loaded then she send that email and respond with the info with driver location then she enter in a system that he delivered the load which he didn't he don't have appt until next day and i told her that, then i send email asking why she close the load she said it was a mistake, i ask her to fixed no response i will call the broker and corporate in a morning about this why even give us option to enter times on 360 when someone mess with our loads with incorrect info olso when it comes to a payment we will get charge discount we should get free just because they enter time and incorrect info they are messing with our money plus incorrect info they enter not happy at all and not a first time this is happening .
Reckless Truck Driver
On Thursday July 22nd at 7:42 a.m I was passing an on ramp to the I-90 W in Chicago.
Cars who had merged on to the traffic had already merged into the flow. Except for a J.B. Hunt Semi who waited to the last very second of the ending lane to merge into on coming traffic. The driver proceeded to run me clear into the lane next to me without a care or concede whether I was able to move with space or not. He then proceeded to lane change for another 5-8 min at high speed cutting off small vehicles.
I absolutely believe that, had I not had one small second to move that this fool would have hit me and kept me going. This type of driving is reckless and completely inexcusable.
I am complaining about not receiving payment for delivered cargo.
Recently I delivered shingles for JB Hunt on March 19 at Midatlantic in Raleigh NC. Its has been over 60 days and I haven't received payment for my work successfully delivering their cargo. I have submitted my paper work three times and still I haven't heard from them.
My company's name is C&M trucking.
I am hoping that my message will be answered and I may get payment for the cargo I delivered on this date.
Delivery
I bought two couches for Joybird and they use JB Hunt final mile. After scheduling the first couch they decided to not deliver it and made me reschedule for two weeks later. I got that couch within the 12 hour window they quoted, but it had defective parts and now we will see if I ever get the replacement parts, no contact so far. Second couch gets set for delivery and that one also does not get delivered. Now they want to try again in three weeks. Really tired of taking vacation to wait for a couch that does not show up. Calling them is always a mixed bag as no one really seems to know what is going on. I really would just like my couch and my vacation time back but I would settle for the couch.

Truck drivers
On Tuesday April 6th at 2:48 on 81 going towards Carlisle just passing progress avenue exit in Harrisburg a driver who I was behind in the left hand lane cut me off to the point I had to swerve and almost wrecked into somebody else and I was riding behind him in that spot for at least 4 MI so I don't understand how he didn't see me when he pulled over. I would like to know why it's okay for your drivers JB Hunt drivers to cut people off and nobody else's the license plate was a3998 is all I could catch because he was also excessively speeding through afternoon traffic somebody could have been killed this is ridiculous!

Driver
I was on 35W south near Blaine, Mn today about 3:30 pm cst when I came upon one of your trucks operating below the posted speed limit in the left lane. After several miles unable to pass your truck I was finally able to get by. I had to pass in the right lane after the driver refused to move over. As I passed by I was given the "finger" with great fervency. The "finger" continued in my rear view until your truck and driver were out of sight behind me. As a former driver I can say the worst thing a driver can do is offer an obscene gesture when the company logo is on every corner of the vehicle. Apparently you have extremely unprofessional people driving for you.
Desired outcome: Reprimand the driver.
