JDs Cabinet Refinishing review: Cabinet painting 1

I hired “JD” to paint my kitchen cabinets. His men did a horrible job. Not only did the paint bubble and peel within a day of painting, paint was splattered on my walls, kitchen table and chairs. Additionally, he installed soft close hinges and now my doors don’t close completely. Everything about this job was bad. He would not fix the shoddy work and told me “We didn’t damage [censored].” when I told him about the chairs and table.

He made promises to come to my house three separate times and didn’t show. When I did talk to him to try to get him to come fix the work he called me a “complete [censored]ing idiot” and hung up on me. He sometimes says his name is Jason “JD” Radford, sometimes Bradford. Neither of these are name. Upon trying to serve him papers to take him to court I learned from the local sherif that his name is neither of these and he is virtually untraceable. Unfortunately the sherif could not share his name. He can speak disparagingly and do horrible work because his clients have literally no recourse since he stays in hiding.

Don’t take my word for it. Just google him. Try to learn more about him and his business. Don’t make the same mistake as me and blindly hire him. I would love to hold him accountable and I’ve reached an impasse in my search for his identity.
