On November 27 at 1 pm I delivered a Red Valentino branded dress which had previously been checked by the store and me and only had problems in smell. Then by your fronter named Ratna Setiawati also check the front dress and inside with a long time and detail (I saw it by myself and you can check it again via cctv) and the problem are several oil spots on the inner shirt.
Then 24 hours later, the next day, November 28, I was contacted by your admin via WhatsApp and said that there was a hole. And they asked for my approval whether he washed or not. I couldn, t clearly see the location of the hole via picture he sent me. And the next day I went to Jeeves' shop to check directly.
And the hole is so big, a hole in tin the first layer of the dress (the back of the dress). No way a person could pass the eye when checking it FIRST time. Even, 5asec or other cheaper laundry also may not be able to pass a hole that big on the first day and missed to record.
Your admin only shows articles 1a-c. But just logic, the article was to protect Jeeves in conditions of damage that were DIFFICULTLY DETECTED at the first examination.
But this is big hole. It is not difficult to detect. It must be detected from the start by Jeeves Party.
So it is my guess that this hole occurred after the first examination.
I also showed them to the Red Valentino shop and they also said that there had never been such a large hole in the outer fabric as well.
