I ordered a Peanut Doll on November 18, 2008 as well just like Kyle. I have sent NUMEROUS emails and I have not heard anything. I spoke politely in each email expecting an email back. However, there has been nothing on my specific order. Very bad business with this company as of right now. It's a shame for such a great comedian.

I have purchased $10, 000 dollars worth of items in January 2007. It is now January 2009 and i have not received none of my items. I am prepared to sue the company in compensation for my troubles and stress. This is rip off, and i will never watch jeff dunham again. dirca dirca Muhammad ji ha.
Seriously, friend bought a peanut doll. nov. 18. 08. Not here. Gift for our good friend who loves peanut. It would be tragic Christmas for this person, for she is a wonderful person who only deserves the best. I hope you will send the gift soon before we take legal action and this company gives jeffffff rip Offff a bad reputation.

I too ordered the talking Peanut doll on Nov 18. I send three emails to storehelp@jeffdunham.com and today I got a reply. I was told that they are working double shifts and overtime to make sure all the orders get shipped out and that I would receive my purchase by Christmas. Nice to know there is someone on the other end of that email address. Hopefully I will see them by Christmas. Hope you all get an email soon as well!

I guess I got ripped off just like everyone else, I order two dolls for my kids for Christmas and it has been over a month and I send e-mails and left messages at there phone number and I get nothing in return also the phone number on my credit card statement is worthless it is for someone renting an apartment? I've contacted the BBB of California but have not herd back from them yet. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.. Thanks and good luck

After many email and several phone calls I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this company. I'm sincerely disappointed that my husband who is serving in Afghanistan did not receive his Christmas present and that the company involved WILL NOT reply as to where my order actually is...although, they did promptly take the money out of my account for a purchase he will never receive.
Their voice mail is full so you can't leave a message now, obviously I'm not the only complainant, and if you email them all you will get is an autoresponse with no valuable information.
Caveat Emptor people...let the buyer beware...I will not only NOT purchase another item from the JEFF DUNHAM STORE I will no longer purchase tickets to go see him nor watch him on television.
OH, and don't bother trying to email his publicist etc. they will not respond either...call this a 33.00 lesson about fraud!

Update...amazingly enough, 15 minutes after filing my suit with the Judge Judy show I received and email with Mr Dunham's management staff's phone number and I left a message outlining my disappointment. Today I received a full refund through my credit card company...so the system does work!

I placed an ordered through the Jeff Dunham store for two peanut dolls and I received them with no trouble. At first when I would go to view my account after ordered the dolls it said the order was still pending. Not understanding what this mint I went to the contact us section at the top of the page and clicked on it. There at the upper right hand corner was a number so I called it. They explained to me what had happened and told me they were sorry. They said I would receive my items in 4 to 5 business days and in 5 days I did. So I hate that everyone else writing in had a problem but I did not.

There has to be some kind of mistake with your order's. I have'nt ordered peanut yet because I don't have the money right now, but I do have in my posession Walter, Achmed and Bubba J. Sure there was a slight delay in the delivery of my item's due to a UPS mistake, but I recieved my items within a month's time. May I suggest in the future if you want to order on the internet, through the mail, over the phone, or on television for Christmas, please do so earlier in advance as these items may be very popular and in high demand at this time of year causing demand to far outweigh supply thus causing a very long delay in the delivery of said items. You can always put the item away for Christmas.

I order a t shirt for brother I tought it never was going to be in on time for christmas, they never sent me tha email like the site promise with the tyracking # then it finally arrive but full of Coffee stains, the shipped it in a paper bag, some one spill coffee on the pakage and since it was paper bag it whent thru. the tshirt is white. I have been calling to order another one ship priority but they dont ever answer left 4 messages and 2 email. this is the last option, and that 10 group of friends and fam that I was putting togheter for his show in Florida is not going to happend ever again see one of his show

After reading all of these complaints, I am a bit worried that I too may never receive my items. I placed an order on the 2nd Dec 2011 and they took the payment from my credit card on the 3rd. I never received any email informing me of my tracking number. I have sent 3 emails and had no response. I then phoned the company last night (I live in South Africa) and was told they would get back to me within a few hours. This never happened. It was 9:15pm here in SA so I couldn't exactly wait up all night for a return call. I think their service is totally disgusting and the same as the other complainants above, I will never place another order with this company.
