ShopMissA.com I had a good experience

I bought quite a few things. The Paw Paw beauty blender is unbelievably good. Very soft and quite efficient. The liquid lip in Fleck was too light and too matte but turned out to be a wonderful lip primer keeping lipstick in place without running up in the little lines above my mouth. The eye shadow was as good as a much more expensive brand. The lip pencils were too light and too pink even though they looked brownish on the website. The lipstick was brighter than expected but creamy and pretty. The sparkle liquid eyeshadow was fun and very sparkly. The. Cream blush wasn't very pigmented, but the color could be built up to what I wanted. I was quite impressed with the quality of the products. The $1 was quite a bargain.

ShopMissA.com They always package my stuff well (even more than expected,) which is a big plus

Their shipping time is okay. Last time (Feb 2021) I ordered they took longer to ship because it was COVID + the big snow storm/power outage in TX so it was understandable. They sent me an email about the delay because their headquarters are in Dallas, TX.
My first order with them was from Sep 2019. I order 2 - 3 times a year when I need to buy more items (and especially when they have $1 shipping promo for order over $5; it's a great deal because I don't like to pay for shipping and I'm not gonna order $35 worth of stuff just to get free shipping - $35 is probably nothing compares to other sites but you will get a lot of stuff here.) I'm not really into make up so what I have ordered from them are pouches, razor (it's amazing trust me,) nail brush, hand mirror, face cleansing brush etc. All have been of good value so far.

ShopMissA.com Fun items at a great price!

I've made several orders to this site, and haven't had a problem with any of them. The jewelry and miscellaneous items are cute, about the same or better as you'd find at a dollar store. I've also purchased a variety of makeup. There isn't a huge variety in foundation/powder/concealer colors unless you've got a pale to medium skin tone, but their lipstick selection is amazing. Highly recommended if you're looking for an unusual shade for fun or cosplay.

Update: They now carry belts, and the one I ordered seems to be quite good quality for a dollar; think along the lines of the belts you'd find at kmart or walmart for 5 or 6 dollars.

And their customer service was excellent in helping me when an item I ordered was out of stock; they gave me a choice between refunding the dollar to my paypal or giving me two dollars in store credit.

I have made several orders since my first review and will continue to order from them.

ShopMissA.com Absolutely amazing!

I ordered 6 items from miss a5 canvas makeup bags (as a little gift for each of my friends) and a printed scarf as a birthday present. I was a little skeptical as everything is $1 i was thinking that maybe the makeup bags would be very cheap or not look like their pictures, but i received my order today and everything is exactly how it looked! The makeup bags hold basic makeup products (foundation, concealer, mascara, a few brushes, setting spray) and are made of a very nice material. The scarf is very soft and the print is colorful and cute! I would not expect any of this to cost only $1 at another store. The shipping was reasonable, $3.95 (i do live within the continental US) and my order arrived 2 days earlier than the estimated date. The packaging was very thorough, with a layer of bubble wrap and tissue paper, which makes me feel better about possibly ordering makeup or other delicate items. All in all, i am extremely happy with my order from miss a and will definitely be ordering again!

ShopMissA.com My experience wasn't bad at all

I was kind of nervous ordering since I saw so many negative reviews, but I decided to do it anyways because I know a few people who have purchased eyelashes from this website. I got my order in a little over a week. I live in Nova Scotia so tracking wasn't available once my package had left the US. My stuff was double wrapped to make sure nothing broke, and well packed (they grouped similar items together and didn't just throw it all in a bag). I got 28 items, and none were missing. I got some charms for my pandora bracelet, some eyelashes, and some makeup. All of it was unopened and exactly what I ordered. Some of the makeup items looked extremely different (shades/colours) than they did online, but that's not their fault, I should have done more research. Overall, I'm super happy, I'll definitely place more orders in the future because even with the USD to CAD conversion, their prices + shipping/handling are really good. I never leave reviews but I felt like it was a good idea to put it out there that not everyone will have a bad experience with this website.

ShopMissA.com Amazing

Ive read so many bad reviews on here and I have absolutely no idea why? Dont listen to them, try it out for yourself first. Ive been using shop miss a for a few months now and Ive ordered 8-10 packages and every single one has come on time with all my items nothing broken, chipped, or Anything missing. They always charge my card the right amount and the shipping rate is so fast! My larger hauls take a little longer than my smaller hauls. Example; I ordered one pair of sunglasses and it got here 3 days later. But with my bigger hauls like $40 ish it takes 5-7 days max. This store has wonderful quality things especially their bags and brushes. For a cheaper price, its much better than wish, what you see is what you get. The only complaint I have is sometimes the lipstick swatches arent quite the same color but through a screen its hard to tell and the reviews on there let you know if its a product to stay away from. Shipping charge is cheap and I love that and you cAn get free shipping over $35. All in all I love Love Love this site and will never stop shopping here. Best beauty site ever.

UPDATE
I was reimbursed the cost of my order fairly quick (within 10ish days). They were extremely remorseful for the way my order got to me and were generous when it comes to future purchases that I may make. Because of their quick response, reimbursement and a sense that they actually care for their customers, I am bumping their rating to 5 stars. I am happy that this had a good ending. While I can't give an opinion on the actual makeup etc at this time, I can say that their service etc is very impressive and helpful.

Original post;
I received my order yesterday. It was 94.93 CAD. I paid to have it shipped quicker. That didn't happen, and when I was notified to pick my package up at the post office, I was also hit with a COD charge of 14.10, apparently from DHL, with the excuse they had to pay customs. My package when ordered weighed 3 lbs (they said on the order sheet), but somehow jumped to 4.8 lbs which incurred another charge at customs. I can say with certainty that it sure wasn't the professional packaging that made up the extra weight. Sadly, that's not even the worst part of this whole scam. I provided pictures here of what I received yesterday. Perhaps I got what I ordered but I cannot tell. Obviously they don't know how to package anything, nor do they know what bubble wrap is... I don't think their priorities are the customers or their products, it is only the money they receive. I'm pretty disgusted with this experience. I have demanded a refund of all charges I have paid, and if they want their crap in a bag back, they can send me the funds to ship it back, including the packaging cost. I doubt this will get resolved to my satisfaction, but if it does I will update this and even change my rating to one of satisfaction. Until then, BEWARE OF THIS. Btw, their products, from what I can actually see, are dollar store quality. But for the price I didnt expect much. I did however, expect undamaged products that were intact and useful. I could rub the bag on my face I guess

ShopMissA.com EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING FROM BEGINNING TO END :(

To make a long story long... I ordered product... I waited forever... I received the product... it was broken... I had to send pictures and proof that I actually bought it... I waited 3 days to get a response... they have no phone number listed and their chat is continuously offline... I couldn't reorder the product because it had been sold out...(they are sold out of pretty much everything in natural and bare neutral colors)... I ended up receiving a $5 credit for my $3 worth of broken items however I couldn't reorder unless I paid more money because shipping is $3.99 LOL... so I didn't even get to reorder just to replace my broken products unless I wanted to pay for shipping again... ALSO... customer service is ridiculous! How shall I say it?... there is no phone number the chat is never available as they're always offline but again... there's no phone number to contact any of these people... if I operated my business like this I wouldn't list a phone number either! Lol! Anyway I think what frustrates me most about this company is the customer service is really no customer service at all and they do not have very much availability of their products and God forbid anything needs to be replaced when you finally receive your order because by the time you receive your order the products you ordered and need to have replaced will be sold out too!

I really detest this company I wanted to like it so badly and the truth is that some of the product I received such as the facemasks the eyeshadows they were really great as far as product delivery very pigmented glides on smoothly lasted a long time I mean really great product delivery however getting the actual order was ridiculous... and not being able to order 99% of the colors I wanted in virtually any product was absolutely ridiculous because this is all this company does! To give you an update... it's been 2 months since I originally made my wish list for this company and to this day they are still sold out of all the things I originally wanted which I find absolutely without excuse. Also I remembered there were no safety seals on any of the broken product I received which makes me believe these products were opened and broken prior to being sent everything else was intact and perfect they did a great job of wrapping it with bubble wrap and the three products that were broken were in the very middle of my otherwise very neatly nicely wrapped package nothing else was disturbed so it seems a little odd... and then giving me a $5 credit for $3 worth of broken items is nice but I have to repay for having the broken products sent to me again which I find ridiculous basically if you are desperate and you don't have a lot of money and you want some fairly good products for little money and you don't mind waiting and time isn't a factor for you and you won't get upset if anything is missing or broken when you finally do receive your item then great! Order all day long! Order until your credit card is maxed out! :) but if any of that stuff bothers you and you're not okay with being absolutely frustrated to where you want to pull your hair out then run far and run fast and find another place for your cosmetic happiness... because you're surely not going to get it here!

ShopMissA.com Great. in theory. Crap in practice

I ordered from ShopMissA twice. Both times, I spent about $30, so about 25 items each time, 50 in total.
The majority of what I bought were headbands and necklaces, minus maybe 5 things in both orders.

To start off, 80% of the things you want on there will be sold out. Very frustrating.

First thing I noticed when I opened the package: A good 3 or 4 of my items were not the correct ones. Okay then. Mistakes happen, I guess?
-This happened the second order as well.
What customer service said in response: "We work hard to send you the correct items, any items you did not receive correctly may be by your error, or we replaced out of stock items with different ones."
Basically telling me I either forgot what I ordered, which by the way, is not possible, because they send you a receipt of all the items in the package or they just threw in random BS in place of things I ordered instead of refunding me.

I ordered what is called a floral rhinestone headband. This headband has floral accents, with rhinestones lining it and a little bit of sparkle detailing. Very adorable on the website.
These headbands are all supposed to be one color. All the details should be blue, green, purple, etc, whatever the color chosen is.
I ordered 3 of the same headband. All three of them came with flowers falling off. Fine, I can fix it with hot glue.
2 of the 3 had flowers that were different colors than the rest of the headband. I had a mint headband with pink flowers, and a blue headband with mint flowers. It looked not only ridiculous, but clearly shows on the website that ALL the accents are, again, THE SAME COLOR. Strike 2. I did not bring this up to customer service.

So I ordered about 50 items from here. I would say about 25-30 were headbands. Of all different styles. Some "flower crown" ones, some with pearls, some with studs, etc etc. If you look around you'll see what I mean.
I now have 2 that did not completely break on me after either an ATTEMPT to get it on, as in, stretching it like anyone would do to get it over my head, or a few hours wear. Tops. Not a SINGLE one lasted more than one wear without it breaking. For reference, I have a very small head and fit in child size hats. If they didn't snap, pieces fell off, or they got too stretched out to wear and then never went back into an elastic state.

The majority of the other things I bought, like I said, were necklaces. I refused to buy rings or earrings from any cheap website due to personal preference.
Necklaces were the same deal as the headbands. Could not last an entire day without breaking or missing pieces or whatever else. I have one left out of the 20 I bought, and it is one that I did not even order so I don't wear it. Understandable that a dollar is not worth a lot and these are expected to be cheaply made, but I am not hard on these items. I put them around my neck and sit in a classroom all day. They should not be breaking by me doing literally nothing than their intended purpose, especially after an hour of wear.

What customer service said about this: They will not refund or replace anything past 5 days of the arrival date, so there is nothing they can do for me! Because a 5 day replacement/return policy just screams "great quality items" and "awesome customer service/business practices." Oh, and by the way- it took them 4 of these days to respond to my e-mail. Shocking, I know.

I also bought some sunglasses, undies, and socks miscellaneously through these 2 purchases. Though I do not recommend this store AT ALL at this point, these items all held up okay. Undies and socks fade with the first wash, sunglasses are the same kind you'd find in dollar tree. Dollar tree doesn't make you pay $5 shipping though.

I do NOT recommend ShopMissa to anyone. This site is one that is just too good to be true. Save your money, if you're looking for cheap jewelry and headbands, go to the dollar tree or Claire's or some other cheap store, because this one is not even worth the measly dollar for anything.

Tue, July 21, 2020 at 1:58 PM" since last Tuesday.

Please help! I've emailed & gotten no response. I've ordered before, and other than late Christmas presents, I've always gotten my package within 2 weeks. I want either my money back or the package to actually leave the warehouse lol.

ShopMissA.com Order never arrived and dhl tracking stopped working.

I placed my order on May 20th I got an email saying my order had been shipped out with DHL and I was provided a tracking number. Week pass and I've noticed my tracking information hasn't updated since May 29 so I call DHL and they let me know that they haven't actually received any package and it only takes 4 days for items to be processed. DHL told me to contact Miss A, so I did and 2 days later I get a response from customer support and they give me the same tracking number provided on the website explaining because of Covid-19 shipping will take longer. The next day I go to DHL to check on my order status and my tracking number can no longer be found. Like it never existed, I've sent out several emails to Miss A asking for a refund ($77) no one has gotten back to me. On Miss A website it is still showing that invalid tracking number and my order says "fulfilled"

ShopMissA.com No tracking information asked for refund no response

I made a purchase with this company and never received my package months have passed and im appalled by the behavior or customer service I contacted the shipping agency in which they told me my package was never sent out and I then decide to ask for a refund as I never received my shipment customer service blatantly ignored my request and I haven't received any notification of payment at all and haven't received my refund.

I ordered on Apr 14th. It is May 8th and my item hasn't EVEN shipped yet. They lied and sent me an email saying it's been shipped but it hasn't. I emailed them and of course there is a 5 BUSINESS day wait for a reply. This is ridiculous. I will NEVER purchase and I will ensure to let everyone I know and post under every YouTube video how much of a lacking business they are. People spend money to put cash in their pocket and they fail to provide a service that was paid for. Unbelievable.

ShopMissA.com I did not receive my fruit roll on gloss or my tori eyelashes

My order came in today and my order # is 1443664 and I was charged for my Tori eyelashes and An apple roll on gloss and neither came. I put In a strawberry or watermelon Roll On but apple was put on the invoice. I would prefer either/ or of the first two since they all are same price but none came, so just one that I did pay for and also my lashes (Tori)... Thank you.

So I ordered from Shop MissA a month ago and the package just arrived. Instead of receiving blotting paper and blush that I had ordered, I got a hand mirror and some eyeshadow stick instead? On their website they clearly state that for wrong items in the order, I can only get store credit back and not a refund. They also say that the store credit cannot be applied to shipping costs (which is like $10 for me), so it's not worth it. Honestly so upset and angry. Do not trust this site lol

I heard lots of mixed reviews about ShopMissA. Seemed 50/50 on whether or not a person would actually receive what they paid for. I ordered from ShopMissA despite all of this on April 18th, paid for expedited shipping even. It is now May 3rd 2018 and my order is still labeled as unfulfilled in tracking! It is ridiculous! I sent emails and no one has responded. I hope I get my things immediately because it has been WELL over 5 business days. Starting to believe it is a scam.

ShopMissA.com they don't deliver orders and there is no customer service

I made my order over two months ago and bought some jewelry from Shop Miss A as a present. I received a payment confirmation but unfortunately my order did not arrive. I was very disappointed and had to waste more money to buy another present.
I asked Shop Miss A to give me a refund because I no longer need my order but they did not reply. I think they are scammers, ad will not buy from them again. I can't find any other reasons why are they ignoring me.
Please don't buy from this store, they don't deliver orders and there is no customer service.

ShopMissA.com I would not recommend shop miss a to anyone!

I ordered only once from Shop Miss A and will never order from them again! This company is very hard to deal with, their support is absolutely useless and unhelpful.
I bought two items from them and after I paid I received all the confirmations and a tracking number. When I tried to use the tracking number they gave me it did not work. I contacted Shop Miss A and asked for a valid tracking number but they did not reply.
My order finally arrived after a month and one item was missing. I contacted them again and did not receive a reply. Sent them tons of messages and nothing. I would not recommend Shop Miss A to anyone!

ShopMissA.com I still don't have my product and my money

I have received the incorrect product and wanted to return. Shop Miss A customer service offered me an exchange and I agreed. So I sent the wrong item back and was waiting for the correct one but it did not show up. Shop Miss A support claimed that they sent the correct one but weeks passed and there was nothing.
I'm very disappointed with Shop Miss A service. Ordered from them in the passed and used to love this site, but I'm not happy about my recent experience. I still don't have my product and my money.

ShopMissA.com no payment confirmation and no tracking number

Recently I made and order with Shop Miss A and received no payment confirmation email and no tracking number! After all the terrible reviews that I found online I feel really frustrated and have no idea what to expect! I have no information about the status of my order and they never told be whether it was shipped or not! I emailed Shop Miss A and asked them to provide some order information and my tracking number but there was nothing but silence. I placed my order about two weeks ago.

ShopMissA.com don't waste your time

I was reading the reviews about ShopMissa, and decided to give it a try. There are many positive reviews and many negative ones. I thought that nothing bad could happen since all of their stuff is $1. I made and order and received the tracking number. It's been over 2 weeks now and still nothing. The tracking information isn't updating, it says that my order is still in Texas. First they told that I'll receive my order by February 23, now they say February 26. I'll never order anything from them again! Horrible customer service they haven't even responded to any of my messages.

ShopMissA.com I received broken item

I was disappointed that I have ordered from the website www.shopmissa.com. I placed the order and the sum for the necklace was small. But when I received the parcel, I found out that the necklace have been broken already. I was so sad and wanted to send it back on the same day, but the seller didn’t react to my emails. I need help and I really want to return this awful item back to the seller.

ShopMissA.com problems with information and delivery

Avoid the website www.shopmissa.com at all costs. I ordered two hats and got the email, where the seller informed me about the delivery time. It was mentioned that the delivery usually took about 5 days, but my order arrived after 2 weeks. When I tried to contact the seller, it turned out that the email address didn’t work at all. As well as they didn’t warn about changes which have happened on the website.

ShopMissA.com the seller hasn't sent my order on time

I ordered from the company www.shopmissa.com. It was written on the website that the delivery to Dallas would take 3-7 days. I received the confirmation email and the seller told that I could track the order from Tuesday. I checked the tracking number on Tuesday, but the order hasn’t been shipped. I contacted the seller, but he told that the order would be sent today. He assured me that I would get it on the next week, but I of course got nothing.

ShopMissA.com they took different sum for the shipping and the delivery took a lot of time

I bought necklace and ring from the website www.shopmissa.com. I placed the order 2 months ago, but these guys were really slow and unprofessional. They told me that the delivery would take 20 working days, but I waited longer. As well as they told me the international shipping would cost $20, but they charged me for $30. I thought and decided to share information about my experience. It wasn’t so good.
