1Sale Disappointing Experience with 1Sale: Mixed Up Shipment, Poor Customer Service, and Faulty Product

I recently had an experience with 1Sale and it wasn't the best. My shipment information was all mixed up and it said that my MacBook was delivered in another state. I was pretty confused about that, but I figured it was just a mistake and I would get it eventually. After a few days, I still hadn't received anything, so I decided to reach out to customer service.

I sent several emails explaining the situation and asking for help, but it took a while to get a response. When I finally did hear back, I was told that several attempts had been made to deliver the package, but I had no idea about any of them. It was frustrating to have to go to a FedEx office and pick it up myself, but I was just happy to finally have it.

However, when I got home and tried to use it, I realized that the screen wasn't working. I was pretty disappointed, but I figured it was just a fluke and I could get it replaced. I replied to the email I had received and confirmed that I wanted another one shipped and that I needed a return label for the broken one.

Unfortunately, I still haven't heard back from them about that. It's been a few days now and I'm starting to get worried that I won't be able to get it resolved. Overall, my experience with 1Sale was pretty frustrating and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

1Sale 1Sale Review: Great Deals and Amazon Prime Benefits, but Order Tracking Can Be Frustrating

I gotta say, I've been using 1Sale for a while now and it's always been a good experience. I mean, who doesn't love a good sale, am I right? And let me tell you, they've got some great deals on this site. I recently snagged a 10 pack of KN95 FDA Masks for only $5.97 thanks to a coupon I found on their site. That's a steal if you ask me.

Now, if you're an Amazon Prime member like me, you're gonna love this site even more. They keep you updated on all the super-sales happening on Amazon, which is no easy task. I mean, have you seen how many products are on that site? It's insane. But somehow, they manage to find the best deals and let you know about them.

But, I gotta be real with you guys. There is one thing that bugs me about this site. It's not the easiest to log in and track your orders for items that 1Sale sells themselves. I mean, it's not a huge deal, but it can be a bit frustrating at times.

Overall, I would definitely recommend giving 1Sale a try. They've got some amazing deals and if you're an Amazon Prime member, you're gonna love it even more. Just be prepared to do a little extra work if you want to track your orders. But hey, for those prices, it's totally worth it.

1Sale Disappointed with 1Sale: Received Used Sylvania DVD Player Instead of New One for Christmas Gift

I bought the Sylvania 10" DVD Portable Player from 1Sale on 11/16/13. I was really excited to get it because it was a new product. However, when I received it on 12/6/13, I was really disappointed. The product was not new, it was used. It was also not in the original manufacturer's packaging. I was really upset because this was supposed to be my seven year old daughter's Christmas gift.

I have ordered from 1Sale many times in the past 21 months and I have never had a problem like this before. I am really disappointed that this happened. I contacted customer service and asked for a new product of the exact model or a full refund with no cost to me for shipping return. I hope they can resolve this issue quickly because I really want my daughter to have a new DVD player for Christmas.

Overall, I am not happy with my experience with 1Sale. I hope they can improve their quality control so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. I will think twice before ordering from them again.

1Sale Buyer Beware: My Experience with 1Sale's Customer Service

I've gotta say, I've bought a few things from 1Sale and most of the time it's been smooth sailing. But let me tell you, when there's a problem, it's a real pain in the you-know-what.

I ordered a leather jacket and when it arrived, one of the cuff snaps was broken. I contacted customer service and at first they straight up refused to give me a refund. After going back and forth for about two weeks, they finally agreed to give me a credit. They told me it would be posted in a week, but guess what? It never happened. It's been two months and I'm still trying to get my credit. What a hassle.

And don't even get me started on the Jawbone speaker I ordered. The website said it would ship in 1-3 days, but when I got my confirmation email, it said it would take 9-19 days to ship. What gives?

I did some digging and it turns out that a lot of people have had similar issues with 1Sale. They've got a pretty bad reputation when it comes to customer service.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using them. Buyer beware, folks.

1Sale Avoid 1Sale.com: Terrible Customer Service and Used Items Sold as New

This website, 1Sale (1sale.com), is not a good place to shop. They sell you whatever they want, and you might end up with used items instead of new ones. I bought two "unlock" phones (order number #***), and they had pictures of the previous owners on them. Can you believe that? When I tried to get my money back or exchange the items, they told me it was not possible. This is terrible customer service.

It's frustrating when you buy something and it's not what you expected. Common sense suggests that you should be able to exchange it for something else. But these people don't care about their customers. They only care about making money. It's a shame that there are businesses out there like this.

I would advise anyone to stay away from this site. Don't waste your time or money here. There are plenty of other places to shop online that will treat you better. Don't make the same mistake I did. Find a reputable retailer that values its customers and provides good customer service.

1Sale Terrible Customer Service and Lack of Communication from 1Sale

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with 1Sale. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and they treat their customers with no respect. I have sent them numerous emails and have only received canned, uncaring responses in return. It is clear that they do not care about their customers or their satisfaction.

I had requested a replacement for a product that was offered as an option and was in stock at the time. However, I was later informed that the replacement was unavailable and that I was out of luck. This is unacceptable customer service and shows a complete lack of concern for the customer.

To make matters worse, I returned the product on March 26th and have yet to receive a replacement or a refund. It has been 24 days since they received the product and I have not heard anything from them. This is extremely frustrating and shows a complete lack of communication on their part.

Overall, my experience with 1Sale has been extremely disappointing. Their customer service is poor, the quality of their products is subpar, and their communication is lacking. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will not be doing business with them again.

1Sale 1Sale Review: Poor Packaging and Frustrating Return System

My experience with 1Sale has been nothing but frustrating. I ordered 5 Logitech mouse pads from their website, but when they arrived, they were all damaged. I'm not sure if it was because of the poor packaging or if they were stored improperly for too long. The packaging was a soft paper envelope that the seller had the nerve to call "environmentally friendly packaging." It was anything but friendly to my mouse pads. The damage was so bad that the mouse pads had wrinkles and kinks that prevented them from sitting properly on a flat surface. This was the whole point of using a mouse pad like these, so needless to say, I was disappointed.

When I tried to use 1Sale's return system, I got an error message saying that the products couldn't be returned at this time. I was asked to contact their customer service instead. I sent a message to their CS, but it took them 24 hours to respond. They asked me to send pictures of the damaged product, which I did. However, it's been another 24 hours, and I haven't heard back from them. I'm not sure if I'll even be able to return these things.

If you're thinking about buying from 1Sale, be warned. Their prices may look too good to be true, and that's because they are. I suggest you stay clear of this website and find a more reliable seller.

1Sale 1Sale Review: Defective Product and Terrible Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from 1Sale, an online retailer that sells refurbished electronics. I was in need of a laptop and found a great deal on a Panasonic Toughbook. I paid for it using PayPal and eagerly awaited its arrival. After 15 days, I finally received my laptop and was excited to set it up. However, when I tried to type in my password, I noticed that the keys on the right side of the keyboard were entering the wrong characters. I was disappointed to find that the product I received was defective.

I knew I needed to contact 1Sale to let them know about the issue and request a Return Authorization so I could send it back and receive a refund. However, I quickly discovered that getting in touch with their customer service was not going to be easy. They did not have a phone number for customers to call and speak to a representative. Instead, they insisted that customers email them. So, I sent them an email explaining the situation and requesting a Return Authorization. I sent them an email every day for 5 days straight, but I never received a response. I was getting more and more frustrated by the minute.

At this point, I decided to contact PayPal and open a dispute. I escalated it to a claim the next day when I still hadn't heard back from 1Sale. However, even after opening a dispute, I still didn't hear anything from 1Sale. Finally, on the 7th day, I received an email from PayPal saying that they would reimburse me for the laptop, but I would need to send it back to 1Sale with tracking provided at my own expense. This was going to cost me at least $20, maybe even more.

After receiving the email from PayPal, I finally heard back from 1Sale. However, their response was not helpful. They said they couldn't do anything about my "issue" because a dispute had been filed. I was outraged. This was a load of manure! I decided to send back the defective Toughbook, get my $259.99 refund, and eat the cost of shipping it back to 1Sale. I also decided to spend my free time warning others about the horrible experience I had with this company. I will continue to do so until my anger subsides.

If 1Sale wants to make things right, they should refund me the entire cost of shipping their defective merchandise back. Until then, I will be leaving reviews on any consumer review website that can be "Googled", the BBB, and Yelp. Others should be aware of the scam being perpetrated on unsuspecting customers.

1Sale Disappointing Quality and Support from 1Sale - Time to Shop Elsewhere?

I've been shopping at 1Sale for a while now and I gotta say, things have gone downhill. I've had three items come in dead on arrival and they were all electronics. What a bummer, right? And get this, two of those items were ordered at the same time. Talk about bad luck!

But the real kicker is the lack of support. It's like pulling teeth trying to get any help from these guys. Luckily, one of the items was able to be repaired by the manufacturer, but the other two are just sitting here collecting dust. Useless!

I'm really disappointed in the quality of products and the lack of customer service. It's a shame because I used to love shopping here. But now, I'm not so sure. Maybe it's time to start looking for a new online retailer.

1Sale 1Sale Review: Hit or Miss Deals and Long Shipping Times, but Worth the Risk for Killer Deals

I've been shopping at 1Sale for a while now and I gotta say, I've gotten some pretty sweet deals. But, like anything in life, it's not always sunshine and rainbows. Sometimes you get a dud deal and it's a bummer. And sometimes, the shipping takes FOREVER. I mean, I've had orders take up to 2 months to arrive. But hey, I guess that's the price you pay for a good deal, right?

One thing that's been kinda annoying lately is that the site seems to be redirecting to other sites for sales instead of letting you buy directly from them. I mean, I get it, they're trying to expand their offerings and all that jazz, but sometimes I just wanna buy from 1Sale directly, ya know?

Overall, I'd say 1Sale is a pretty decent site to shop at. Just be prepared for some hit or miss deals and potentially long shipping times. But hey, if you're willing to take the risk, you might just score a killer deal.

1Sale Terrible Customer Service and Product Quality from 1Sale - Avoid!

So, I bought a projector from 1Sale and it came all messed up. I tried to get in touch with them but they didn't answer me back. I was so mad, I was about to take them to court! Finally, they got back to me and said they would give me my money back if I sent the broken projector back to them. I did that, but now it's been weeks and I haven't heard anything from them. I'm so frustrated! Don't even bother with these guys, they're not worth it.

1Sale Top-Notch Customer Service and Efficient Returns: My Experience with 1Sale

I gotta say, I had a pretty good experience with 1Sale. Their customer service was top-notch and my order arrived right on time. Plus, it was a relief to hear a real live American voice when I called in with a question.

I did have a little hiccup when I ordered the wrong size, but their return and reorder process was super fast and efficient. Kudos to them for making it so easy.

1Sale Disappointing Results with the Callista Hair Tool from 1Sale: A Review

I gotta say, I was really excited to try out the Callista from 1Sale. My hair is super fine and I'm always looking for ways to add some volume. Unfortunately, I haven't had much luck with it so far. Maybe it's just the heat and humidity, but my hair hasn't been looking any fuller since I started using it. I'm pretty disappointed, to be honest. But I'm not ready to give up just yet! I'm thinking maybe I need to try using some hair product to help hold the curl better. I'm still experimenting with it, so we'll see how it goes. 1Sale Fast Shipping, Lacking Quality: My Experience with 1Sale

I recently made a purchase from 1Sale and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how quickly my order arrived. I ordered two packages of chandelier light bulbs and they were delivered in no time. The packages were sealed up tight, which was a relief.

However, when I opened up the packages, I noticed that three of the bulbs didn't have clear plastic on the bulb part. Instead, they looked like they were covered in some sort of film on the inside where the plastic should have been. I tried to clean it off, but it was no use - the film was inside the bulb and couldn't be removed.

Despite this issue, the bulbs do work just fine. They light up and everything, but they definitely look dirty when they're turned on. It's a bit disappointing, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Overall, I'd say that my experience with 1Sale was pretty average. The fast shipping was a plus, but the quality of the bulbs was a bit lacking. If you're looking for a bargain, this site might be worth checking out, but just be aware that you might not be getting the highest quality products.

1Sale is a pretty cool website. They have some really good deals that you can't find anywhere else. But, let me tell you, the wait time is something else. I've ordered a lot of stuff from them and it always takes forever to get to me. I'm talking like 4-6 weeks, even for holiday gifts. By the time it arrives, I've already forgotten what I ordered! But hey, if you're patient and don't mind waiting, then it's worth it for the deals.

The customer service is pretty bad too. I've had to contact them a few times and it's always a hassle. They take forever to respond and when they do, it's not very helpful. It's like they don't even care about their customers. But, I guess that's just the price you pay for a good deal.

1Sale Disappointed with 1Sale's Availability and Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from 1Sale and I have to say, I'm a bit disappointed. I had my heart set on a pair of blue lens Costa Del Mar sunglasses, but unfortunately, they were out of stock. The customer service representative offered me a $5 discount to choose another pair of glasses, but I was really only interested in the blue lens option.

In the end, I decided to take the discount and try out a different pair of glasses from the brand. The glasses arrived in a timely manner and they are of decent quality, but I can't help feeling like I was baited and switched by 1Sale. 1Sale 1Sale Mystery Box Review: A Disappointing Gamble for Guys

So, I decided to give 1Sale a try and ordered their mystery box. I was excited to see what kind of goodies I would receive. However, when I opened the box, I was a bit disappointed. As a guy, I wasn't too thrilled to find out that half of the products were feminine style items. I received earrings, nail polish, perfume, wrinkle formula, and other similar products. I mean, I don't mind a few random products, but when it's half of the box, it's a bit much.

I guess it's just a gamble when it comes to mystery boxes. You never know what you're going to get. But, I learned my lesson and won't be ordering the mystery box again. It's important to remember the phrase "caveat emptor" which means "let the buyer beware".

Overall, I think 1Sale has some good deals and products, but the mystery box wasn't for me. I would recommend checking out their other products and deals though. Just be aware that sometimes you might get a surprise that you weren't expecting.

1sale.com is a website that has been relaunched from 1saleaday.com. It seems like they wanted to start fresh and forget about all the bad reviews they had before. However, it looks like they are still being run by the same group of people who don't know what they're doing.

When you order something from 1sale.com, they charge you right away. This is not how most legitimate stores operate. They usually charge you when the item ships. This means that you have to wait a long time for your item to arrive. Sometimes it takes up to a month!

If you have any problems with your order, don't expect much help from customer service. They just send you generic emails that don't really address your concerns. It's frustrating to deal with them.

Overall, I would not recommend shopping at 1sale.com. There are plenty of other online stores that are more reliable and have better customer service. Don't waste your time and money on this website.
