unprofessional behaviour by crew of jet airways flight 9w 234. baggage delayed.
2 march, 2017 2 am delhi airport
Flight no 9w 234 to amsterdam
We were group of 9 person travelling to amsterdam and our final destination is calgary, canada. We were told that flight is very full so the overhead cabin space is full. They request us to hand over our hand bags to them. We did as they requested. We told them our final destination too. We hand over our 9 hand bags to the crew. They issue us the bag tags when we were on our seats.
At amsterdam when we were about to leave the plane they returned us 3 bags but for other 6 bags they asked us to go to belt to take our handbags. That was really shocking. Normally when crew take handbags in the plane they returns it at the gate after flight. I told them that I don't have visa for netherlands but they never listened.
Then we went to near passport control and met immigration officers. We told our problem to them. In the mean time cabin crew reached at the passport control. Again we told them the whole matter in the presence of immigration officers. At that time one of the seniors in that crew promised us to solve the matter. He asked us to wait by the immigration office. We waited there for more than hour but non of the crew member returned. Immigration officers were also shocked by this unprofessional behaviour of staff. By the one of our member who has canadian passport went to the belt and found only one bag there. We hoped we will get all our baggage's at our final destination but again disappointed at calgary. One of our checked-in baggage is also missing. We filed a complaint at klm desk for delayed baggage. We have camera, video camera, expansive shoes, and expansive sun glasses and other very valuables in our 5 handbags.
I also noticed that one one tag they have written 2 bags. Very hard to understand how they can issue one tag for two bags.
This kind of behaviour never acceptable in industry.

not given a wheel chair, it took me 2 months in hospital to recover
Date of incident - 30th december 2016
Flight number - dl7576 - operated by jet airways
Name drishti dilip trivedi - confirmation number: feacfp
Ticket number: [protected]
I was traveling from mumbai to paris & paris to detroit
1. jet airways was delayed by 3 hours on mumbai airport
2. I had a wheel chair, but I got it after standing for 2 hours in the checkin line
3. after boarding the aircraft, it was delayed by 3 hours, after that the pilot announces that the aircraft cannot fly and you need to board a new aircraft on an all together different terminal and a gate
4. I come out of the aircraft and waiting for a wheel chair for almost 25 minutes standing, I had 3 muscle tear - I explained I need a wheel chair urgently and nobody responded
5. at the end, the crew there.. made me walk till next terminal (causing worst pain I could ever get.. when I had muscle tear, doctor's told me not to give pressure on that leg but still the jet airways screwed everything)
6. due to all the delays at mumbai airport and after all the suffering, I missed the connection at paris, and instead of having connection from paris to detroit they booked me on paris to jfk and jfk to detroit
7. now I need a new boarding pass, since my flight was within 1 hour and I am still waiting at paris for a wheel chair
8. after 40 min of waiting, I got the wheel chair.. I am requesting wheel chair guy to take me to the airport facility where I can get my boarding pass and they are damn rude, I literally cried on the wheel chair to get a boarding pass, after that the flight at paris was delayed and I missed a connection at jfk.. for jfk to dtw
9. please if you have any courtesy for what you guys have done to me please, refund my money
10. I just recovered from my surgery and I am writing it to you guys,..
11. I already got refund from delta airlines for jfk to dtw, I need it from you guys now.
12. not giving wheel chair and giving me the worst journey of my life is what jet airways has done.

We have no relatives in Mumbai and have nowhere to store extra baggage
She wanted us to transfer some baggage from suitcase to hand luggage
Just imagine me opening my suitcase in middle of the airport and transferring the clothes
How embarrassing for me and my wife
In end she asked for 400rupees
Which I paid
I find this experience very embarrassing
I know she is doing her job but I feel she should have been bit considerate concidering the circumstances

wrong information which cost me 10k unnecessary
To whomsoever it may concern
PNR-FJFDRJ, booked my ticket for 16th feb2017 well in advance, was travelling with a pet so called up customer care on 15 feb 2017 and informed abt the same, where i got to knw dat i was 20 mins late to informed them n they cant process the information n i cant travel wit pet.i tried conviencing the executive who was stubborn, i tried speaking to the floor manager (dint know his name)but he was more stubborn, he argued for about 20 mins.but was of no help, he was very clear that i cant travel with a pet on d given date. So tired of all this i booked another ticket spending 10k more, on the next day i.e 17feb2017, now i thought ill manifest my pet along with my travelling date. So i called customer care again but they put me through cargo hold which directed me to duty manager, the duty manager told me that their was no need to manifest i jus have to bring the pet 3 hours prior to my time of depature. So in this case i was fooled by the customer service floor manager, if he would have guided me through proper channel i would have travelled on 16feb2017 with my pet and would hav saved 10k which i feel that i was cheated for. I called up customer care again n spoke to another floor supervisor name dharmendar kumar, as i just wanted to know the name of the floor manager i spoke to earlier, but he was not ready to give his name, which was very annoying after all this hassle n spending more thn i needed too.
I would like to complain and would like you guys to follow up
The number i called was [protected], i would like you to look into this matter, listen to the call recording and get back to me asap
boarding denial
I booked a ticket online (Booking reference IEPOWT) in Jet Airways Flight 9W 571 scheduled to depart Kuwait at 9-55 PM on 19 Jan, 2017. The short travel duration of only 2 days via Mumbai to Kolkata was intended to attend a wedding ceremony in the evening of 20 Jan at my native place about 270KM from Kolkata Airport requiring train/road journey. Accordingly, I made all arrangements such as onward train booking from Kolkata and other plans with my relatives to attend the marriage before returning back on 22 Jan to Kuwait.
However, just before 2 days of scheduled departure, I casually visited Jet airways website to find the online check-in process and schedule and was shocked to notice the change in flight to 9W 573 on 20 Jan. I called Jet Airways local office in Kuwait and the response was very arrogant and was told that the local office is not responsible for personnel who have made online booking. I was also told that the change has been made as early as in first week of December. However, Jet airways did not inform me over phone, sms or email on this change.
Since it was too late to find another airline to suit my schedule, I asked for an alternative arrangement and was given a revised schedule for 9W 573 connecting flight to Kolkata (9W 629) at Mumbai. The impact on me was to cancel the train booking and find another train. The transit time at Mumbai for flight changeover was only an hour and forty minutes but was assured by the Jet a/w official on the flight changeover.
The flight 9W 573 landed in Mumbai near to the schedule time. However, I did not get any assistance for a faster immigration clearance for the flight change to Kolkata.
In such a situation, we expect airline assistance for a faster clearance through immigration and customs. As a foreign national I was not given any immigration form within the air craft as is normally followed by other airlines. The walking distance from the flight up to the immigration was too long and then picking up a form, filling in the form, standing in the long immigration queue took considerable time. After bag collection, I responded to a Jet A/W official asking for Kolkata Passenger, but then when I identified myself for the same, he asked me to follow the normal queue instead of giving me any special assistance that was so essential at that point of time. However, I could pass the Customs and was at the Counter 45-50 minutes before the schedule departure of Kolkata flight 9W 629. Behind me there were at least 7 other Passengers begging the airline staff to complete the process asap. However, we were all denied boarding. The girls at the counter had no clue, searching for the contact nos, contact persons which we were able to clearly make out as drama since it was already pre-decided to delay us for the evening 6 PM flight.
I was begging the airlines personnel including the Manager please do not do this as I have come only for 2 days to attend a marriage and I will be missing the wedding if I have to wait until 6 in the evening. There was no takers, the personnel were so arrogant, they were not ready to listen. My baggage was straightway pushed with a new tag for the evening flight, my boarding pass that was issued in Kuwait was torn away and was given a new boarding pass. I was left with no choice, a 58 year old man was standing and crying helplessly as I realised, the journey was in vein.
The flight from Mumbai to Kolkata 9W 629 though was scheduled to depart at 6 PM got delayed and the arrival at Kolkata was 9 - 30 PM instead of scheduled 8-35 PM. I was too late for the train I booked. All my efforts to hire a taxi paying huge sum of money to be in the wedding did not materialise as I could arrive at my place only in the early hours of 21 Jan by which time the marriage ceremony was over and the bride/groom had left for the faraway place to the place of origin of the bridegroom.
All the above happened only because of the carelessness of Jet airways, cancellation of the flight I originally booked in, no assistance at Mumbai airport for the transit, and boarding denial although there was sufficient time. I therefore ask Jet Airways to arrange to refund me the ticket price they charged.
double charging/request a funding
Hello,
This is the third time I write to you because I had no reply since the 8th of February in my mail box.
On the 24th of january, I bought a flight ticket from Paris to Chennai (return trip) through Jet airways website for Mrs Annapourany ep. Sentamijeselvane:
12/07/2017: from PARIS to CHENNAI
17/08/2017: from CHENNAI TO PARIS
Total amount: EUR 724.38
Jet Airways charged two times EUR 724.38 on two different bank accounts.
In fact, at first, I tried to buy the ticket for three times with the card of MRS Sentamijeselvane which did not work (I tried 3 times because each time I tried, it was written “failure” in the website)
Therefore, I tried the same purchase again but with the card of MS C.Sentamijeselvane which worked.
Looking to bank statements, MRS Sentamijeselvane and MS C. Sentamijeselvane bank accounts’ were charged of EUR 724.38 each for a total amount of EUR 1 448.76. Also, it is written in the part "payment details" in the booking confirmations.
I received two booking confirmation while your website stated “failure”. This is not the first time I buy through Jet Airways website and I never encountered such a problem.
Could you please repay EUR 724.38 back?
PS: In the booking ticket, it is written “AnnapouranyepSentamijeselvane” with no spaces. Could it be possible to put spaces please?
First Name: X
Last Name: Annapourany ep. Sentamijeselvane
Ep stands for spouse in french.
Thanks by advance,

jet airways domestic flight in india
I would to submit a grievance matter for a cancelled flight on the 8th december from new delhi to amritsar
Complaint Rating: 0 % with 0 votes
Contact information:
Sydney, India
Date of Incident - 08/12/2016
My Family resides in Australia and travelled from Sydney, Australia via Singapore to New Delhi on the 8/12/2016. There were 7 members of the family that travelled together, this included my parents aged in their in late 70's and 3 children aged 7, 14 and 15 years.
Our International flight arrived from Singapore half n hour ahead of schedule at 5am. The domestic flight Flight 762 from New Delhi to Amritsar was suppose to depart at 8:55am and arrive at Amritsar at 10:05am on the same day.
After checking in our luggage at the domestic terminal we made our way to the Gate around 6:30am. After sitting their for couple of hours we were advised the flight was delayed due to fog conditions, then continuous delayed messages till 1pm. We were then informed that the flight has been cancelled, a bus coach was arranged by jet airways staff but we had to wait another 2 hours outside before the coach arrived.
My mum nearly collapsed couple of times standing outside waiting for the bus coach. Once the bus arrived we started our journey to Amritsar and it took the bus 10+ hours before we reached our destination at 1am the next morning. The whole episode took 16 hours for us to reach our destination instead of 1 hour as planned. My parents, kids and the whole family had to suffer and experience an horrendous experience with Jet Airways.
I had also booked the return airfares with Jetairways from Amritsar to Delhi which I had requested my agent to cancel as from my previous experience I did not want to risk the fog conditions and risk missing the connecting international flights to Sydney, Australia.
I have been advised by my agent that jet airways will not refund any fares as we are told the tickets are very restrictive.
I would like to request Jet airways to review their decision and take into consideration the circumstances and the seriousness of the situation with my parents and children.
I look forward to hearing from you.

sajiv from jet airways delhi - mental rape
To whom so ever it may concern
I am a citizen of India and have been residing in the Caribbean island of Stkitts.
I urge you to read my email with patience and please respond back. Let us have faith that there are some people who actually do their jobs
Two of my new employees, single girls from Manipur were scheduled to fly out from Mumbai to Stkitts (Skb)
They reached from Mumbai to Delhi, where in spite of having boarding pass they were stopped and harassed intentionally by Jet airways employees and specifically by Sajiv.
I don't have their last names cause obviously when these girls pulled their phone to record them they all fled from the counter.
Here is what transpired so far
Upon reaching Delhi after being told - you will never fly again. I will make sure you miss your flt these girls were not allowed to board. Both the girls carried a valid work permit of this country where they were heading to, additional landing permit given by the government of Stkitts to extend courtesies and appointment letter of the company .
I have had tens of employees travel that route but they target women - single young women who have never seen the inside of a plane before.
I was on the phone constantly. The airline or any body from the airport refused to speak to us - we were trying to reason out to know what exactly did they NOT have in terms of paper ?
I asked the girls to make a huge noise about it, but not one person came forward. The louder my girls got the more sadistic jet airways employees behaved. They all left and were gone. We found mr Singh from Delhi immigration over the phone after calling customer service - he told us to go to tell the girls to row N and talk to the person there. By now the flight gone, but we needed to know what next ?
After the employees of jet airways were called in by Mr Singh - the immigration officer - the main in charge of this mess Sajiv. He did not go into the office. Ms upasna was sent in and earlier when I spoke to her she refused to give her name. Not one person wanted to give their name as all the immigration and the airlines - all are hand in glove.
After repeated calls from here from our end, and threats to go to the higher authorities they wanted to get rid of these two girls.
From 3.15 am in the morning until next morning 7.30 am IST I have been talking to upasna the shift in charge . The blame game went on.
Upasna agreed that someone on their end has screwed up.
The girls were to fly mum- ams-sxm-Skb...on jet from Mumbai to sxm and then on list
liaT airline from sxm to Skb.
Since Sajiv in his rage of sadistic streak didn't see the girls tickets he apparently decide to not let them onboard because sxm needs a visa to enter. These girls were in transit, this is the ONLY route for a Indian pp holder to get to Skb without having to enter any US airports .
So tickets worth over two lakes had gone waste, these girls were left high and Dry on the airport, even asked by Sajiv how much money they carried !
They had only usd 150 in their pockets, no place to stay if sent back to Mumbai as they used to rent a room ! No place in Delhi the rape capital of india .
After over seven hrs later the shift in charge who had NO Choice but to get rid of them was trying to book them on a flt via Paris - from where they would have been sent back again to Mumbai as you require a us visa for transit thru Paris or a Paris visa.
I had to explain this to ms upasna the shift in charges out these rules.
Both the girls have been sent back from Delhi to Mumbai given a new ticket and treated like ###. They are told now to fly from Mumbai on tenth.
No accommodation or food expense was provided. When I demanded and spoke to upasna her shift was to end so I was told to speak to ms Rina in. Mumbai the shift in charge there ...no Rina showed up ...my girls got there bags broken for no fault of theirs.
As of now they are living in a room were five girls are sharing one room with them makes it seven girls.
Upasna was kind enough to say sorry yes it's our fault but then there is only this she could do after I have been hammering them on the phone.
I threatened to go legal, inform media about this harassment to single innocent girls who don't have too much money to hand them under the table ...this is what they get. Like hooligans with every valid document they are told they will not go on this flight in fact they will NEVER fly again.
Now while these two girls from Manipur are left stranded in Bombay with no where to stay, under a 100 usd to get thru till the tenth, this humiliation and aggravation, women who want to grow and move ahead in life, dreams ruined wit a nightmarish experience - what action gets taken ?
Probably none. Because this is just me screaming for help for justice, and action on Sajiv and his boisterous jet airways team - why no action will probably be taken because
These are two women
Single girls
Can't speak fluent Hindi or English
Have almost no money to even get thru for the next six days
Because they didn't bribe them
Or flirt there way to the final gate ?
What are the reasons or all of the above.
This is NOT the first case. Please ask the Indian citizens residing in the Caribbean islands repeatedly this happens when someone flies from Delhi airport.
Being a girl is indeed a crime in Delhi.
Men like these rape them mentally if they can't physically and no one speaks of this
Rest assured the pen is mighty than sword and hopefully there will be some body who respects women and chooses to take action.
Please do respond back to me on [protected]@gmail.com. If the people in charge from jet or iata or ms swarJs office doesn't respond hopefully this will be sent to a few thousands and people will be made aware.
Please forward my email to everybody that you know so men like Sajiv never have the courage to harass a single girl again.

ticket purchase
I purchased 4 tickets from Jet airways online. My PNR number is KAPGMN. I have been put through jet Airways payment system three times and my credit card has been changed twice with $ 5690.72 CAD ( total $ 11381.44 CAD). I can’t purchase any ticket as my credit card limit is full.
I still haven’t got my ticket confirmed. I talked to the supervisor Mr. Billal Khan. He is very unprofessional, rude and doesn’t understand the problem.
He didn’t gave my any ticket or reversed the transactions so I can purchase another ticket.
no action on missing baggage
I traveled on Jan 21st from Toronto to London (Air Canada Flight 856) and had a connecting Jet Airways flight from London to Mumbai(Jet Airways Flight 119).
On arrival at Mumbai, I got to know that one of my baggage with Tag Number AC487348 is missing and it wasn't loaded at London and I was being told that I'll receive it in couple of days.
Its almost 5 days now and I've been calling your call centre atleast twice a day and getting misleading information from "Yes, your baggage has been arrived in Mumbai" to "We still dont know where it is..". Its such a worst customer experience and it ruined all my vacation plans but dint see any professional behavior from Jet airways in handling the case
I'm bearing this brunt for no mistake of mine.
service and product
Was traveling on 2nd feb 2017 9w 623 bom - ccu, had ordered veg food from the crew but they came up with non veg food stating that they do not have veg food to offer. Also, after offering 1 veg meal, they asked us to share the meal since they didn't had any veg food which is really unprofessional from their end. We were pure vegetarians but due to shortage of food we were forced to have non veg food and which was pathetic in taste. Would never opt for jet airways as it was a terrible experience.
mismanagement for boarding the connecting flight - 9w 629 from kuwait by 9w 573 at mumbai
booked a ticket online (Booking reference IEPOWT) in Jet Airways Flight 9W 571 scheduled to depart Kuwait at 9-55 PM on 19 Jan, 2017.

I write to you because I reguest compensation because of delayed baggage.
My baggage didn't arrive with my flight to Colombo on 13.1.2017. I made a complaint at the airport and here is the information of the property irregularity report:
File reference cmb9w15829/13jan17/0032gmt

My baggage was found and delivered to be on the evening of 14.1.2017. However, I had been two days without my luggage and had to make many purchases because of this. I request to have compensation of the things i needed to buy because of jetairways lost my luggage. The purchases I had to make because of this included the following:
- chargers for camera and phone
- hygiene items including toothbrush and paste, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, deodorant
- towel
- swimming wear
- underwear for two days
- socks
- two t-shirts
- shorts
- sunscreen
- sunglasses
- sandals
Etc.
These purchases were essential and I wouldn't have needed to make these if Jetairways didn't loose my luggage. The amount of money lost with this inconvenience was in total 200 euros. I require the airline to make this compensation for me.

connecting flight mismanagement
This is a very interesting case... I have a flight from guwahati to pune... Pnr qnfwvy... Flight at guwahati was on time and we boarded on time... But then flight didn't took off... When waiting for almost 45 min I asked crew they told me they are waiting for people from some connecting flight... Then captain made announcement that since people have to go home we are waiting for them and kindly support us... I told crew I have connecting flight they said they will wait in delhi for you... When I landed in delhi at 9:10 pm they said. Very proudly jet airways flight from del to pune was on time sir... Now I am stuck here and have been given a option of 3am flight to go home... My queries
Are those 18 people have to go home and I don't ?
Why one airline has different rule for customers... ?
Ground staff in delhi is unaware of reason and still when I am writing this is not aware of the reason and saying yes it's jet fault we understand but can't do much ?
Why do I need to spend whole night at airport... ?
Now next part is attitude... While de boarding the flight same crew who was telling us the flight will wait says go straight and u will find domestic transfer ?
People here ground staff says one crew was sick that's why delay... After 15 mins pass3nger was sick that's why... After 10 mins captain needs to be changed that's why... Then finally one official came up and said sir what ever happened has happened... Take next flight and do write to us we will investigate... As if I didn't know that I live in india
I am a silver card holder but after today's incidence I will make sure either I take train or any other flight but not jet and will post the pic of destroyed card once I am home... Because that is what it deserves... Sheer carelessness and I don't care attitude... I feel sad for you guys... I know I can't do much but will make sure not even a single penny comes to jet feom me after this experience

CALIFORNIA FLIGHTS TO AND FROM -- READ about your rights! I have been VERY patient over the last three months in attempting to resolve an overcharge on luggage in Colombo to Kathmandu. I am simply going to file a lawsuit against Jet Airways if they are not able to resolve my small request in the next 5 days. Please consider this path as Jet Airways will need to represent themselves in court, in person, and speak in front of the judge. A few important things: (1) here is the link to file the process - http://www.courts.ca.gov/1008.htm; (2) you will need to find their business name at this URL - https://businesssearch.sos.ca.gov/; and (3) show up to court prepared to have your lawsuit against Jet Airways heard in front of a judge and NOT through Jet Airways "Customer Service" Department. Hopefully having to appear in court and talk about their mistreatment of passengers will allow Jet Airways to understand the needs to customers and to not abuse them in the future. Patience does have a limit -- and I have reached mine with Jet Airways. The process of a lawsuit is easy and one will have their voice heard, valued, and a responsible and equitable decision be made.
delayed flight/no accommodation 26.5 hrs wait loss of pay cattle types treatment
Dear jet airways/eihad airlines,
With deep regret I would like to update you about the most horrendous experience of my life and paying the prices for booking with jet airways leading not only to huge monetary loss but also physical and mental torture that cannot be compensated by any means. Even a cattle is treated with more dignity than the manner in which I was treated by your airlines. My return tickets were booked from new delhi to london for 2nd jan 2017 through jet airways via abudhabi.
My flight was schedule to reach abu dhabi on 2nd jan 2017 at 06.50 a. M. It landed on abudhabi airport on 8 a. M. Because of which I missed the connecting flight jet airways 6383 to london which was scheduled to depart at 8 a. M.
Inspite of repeated follow ups between multiple transfer desks the earliest flight that I was offered to london was via paris. (From abu dhabi to paris on 3rd january 2017: departure time : next day 2:25 a. M. ) and then from paris to london at 2.25 p. M. On 3rd january 2017.
This means I could not reach london on 2nd jan 2017 leading to loss of 1 day consultancy charges. I get paid on the basis of number of days I work. I work as an independent consultant through my company registered in london at a daily rate of 460£/day + 20% vat : 552£/day (Attached copy of contract for your reference and copy of email).
I was not even offered any hotel accommodation and I had to wait in the lounge for almost more than 18.5 hours. Then I had to wait for another 7.5 hours for my next flight to london from paris.
To add insult to my injury both of my checkin baggages also got lost in this transition.
I have attached the following documents for your reference:
A) copy of boarding pass from delhi to abudhabi
B) copy of boarding pass from abu dhabi to london (Which I missed)
C) copy of boarding pass from abudhabi to paris
D) copy of boarding pass from paris to london
E) copy of my contract which proves my loss of daily rate (460£/day + 20% vat=552£) because I had to take 1 day off because of delay in flight. (Please refer the last page of the contract which indicates the daily rate charges.
F) copy of itinerary.
G) copy of lost baggage complaint lodged with british airways.
This has been the most disgusting experience of my life. Your airlines cannot compensate for the mental trauma I faced but can certainly compensate for the monetary losses that I had to suffer.
Let me know if you need any more information from my side and have anything to offer other than apologies.
Regards,
Kundan sharma

lost baggage
My nephew, Raghav Tandon was travelling Auckland (NZ) to New Delhi via Honk Kong & Mumbai. The Flight nos were HX 0022 / 9W0075 / 9W 0339. The originating date of the flight was 2nd January & arrival in Delhi was 3rd. January
He had checked in three pieces of baggage. Ideally the baggage should have been transferred directly but in Mumbai they were asked to get the baggage & re load on Mumbai - Delhi flight. As the baggage was checked in directly thru to Delhi, fresh tags were not issued. However to surprise on arrival at Delhi, only two pieces were received and one piece was found missing. The baggage was checked in thru PNR no. NTBMBX.
The complaint was lodged in Delhi on 3rd Jan 2017 under details as HX 041661.
It has been over a day and despite several phone calls & visits to Airport an airlines of the status of Jet has not been able to provide any information or trace the baggage.
The baggage contains goods worth several thousand of rupees.
Need immediate redressal of the issue.
Thanks,

flight 2374 crashed
Was on the crashed flight with my family from Doha to Mumbai on the 27 th December. The crash left my family completely distressed about flying and my daughter has been made ill with the stress and a bruised body. In Bangkok at the moment and have three flights to get home to Brisbane, wouldn't have been a problem if we were not scared to death of flying, have asked for assistance from jet airways to get us a direct flight home, no luck not interested in helping out. Our holiday has been completely ruined now just want to get home but with three flights ahead of us we are completely stressed out.
Never fly with jet airways, not interested in helping my poor family.
