Jet.com Poor service

On September 2019 I brought clothes and cell phone Vodacom kicka 5 plus for a first time with my new jet account at jet Galleria mall then I lost my phone on January 2020. On March 2020 I went to eSphingo jet to take another phone and they told me that I've got cellphone insurance but I didn't know about that and I said ok if it that so I claimed for a new one then I took HISENSE Infinity E8 after that I went to Jet Galleria mall then I took another phone HISENSE Infinity E6 I can't remember the day but I'm pretty sure that it was the same month but different days. Recently I just find out that I was paying for four cellphones vodacom kicka 5 plus that I'd lost, HISENSE Infinity E6×2 and Samsung J4 that I don't know nothing about it. I'm paying for four cellphones and they all insured but I went to the store jet Galleria to briefly them about this at first I didn't get help that I was needed, secondly they phoned wrong cellphone insurance forchine instead of jet, thirdly I asked for a manager then he told me to come on working days and I understand because I came on Saturday and then I came back on Tuesday because on it was a holiday then another staff member try to assist me with my situation and iua cancelled the Vodacom kicka 5 plus and I'm going to be refunded but I'm still waiting and they told me that they would change the other HISENSE infinity E6 into E8 but what about Samsung J4?. And another thing on their statement they written that Vodacom kicka 5 plus, HISENSE infinity E6×2 brought on the same day on September 2019 and the Samsung J4 brought on March 2020. I didn't know all this until july my account was R2002... then on August they've told me to pay R150 fine I did that but my account was R2300+ the on their statement is R2400+ now I've paid R250 go down to R2200+ after that I got a massage that my lay bye has been paid where else I didn't lay bye anything. They've been trying to contact IUA but it seems like can't resolve my query.

Jet.com packaging of liquid fabric softener (snuggle)

I have ordered snuggle fabric softener twice. The first order was not delivered because the item was damaged (leaking). I reordered the snuggle and received it today, the package was damp and when I opened it the snuggle was in a plastic bag and the lid was wrapped with paper, the paper was soaked and the bag had a lot of softener in it.
I checked the lid and it was not very tight, I attempted to save as much of the softner as possible, the bottle is about 1/2 full now. I am very disappointed and very angry because of the mess. The lid was not tight and the bottle leaked! I learned a lesson today, to never buy any liquid items from jet.com.

Jet.com sketchers shape up sneakers

I purchased 2 pair of white sketches shape up sneakers. Everything was fine until it rained and the bottom got wet. The bottom sole instantly fell off. I thought it was a freak incident on the first pair, but when it happened again with the other pair within 1 week of wearing them, I figured they were rejects from sketchers. I tried gluing them. Besides the fact that they now look terrible, the glue didn't hold and they are useless to me. That was $70 something plus tax that I threw away.

Jet.com not receiving my package

Bronx, New York city, 10473, i want to file complaint an package from Jet.com-Headquarter, 221 River Street, Hoboken, New Jersey 07030, telephone is [protected]. i order an paper mate ballpoint pen, pack of 12. order #[protected]. i order on December 01, 2017, $7.53. i suppose to receive it on December 5, 2017, from Laser ship. they are the worst carrier that i deal with. i have to miss doctor appointment to wait for my package.
the agent of Jet.com ( Superior, Heather and Whitey is an agent. ). They tell me the package come today. they lied to me.

Jet.com this upsets me very much

They canceled my order I made for my son. They didn't believe me that he lives with me at the same place. That was quite strange and I was really frustrated being called a liar. They disabled my account for an unknown reason and their support didn't help me at all.
I think you should stop doing what you do because you show your real attitude to your customers. What a shame.

wake up.
i try to order from you and things can be better. listen to your customers. the original jet was fabulous... did you fire them all? the search box still bounces from upper right corner to a new screen to the left...

why?
i already wrote you about this 2 months ago. fix it. it is a horrible search feature. it is stupid.
get your programmerS on this today.

also... i search in that same box, a product name like "natrol..." they come up in all ways to search but alphabetical.
how dumb... i cannot find anything. get the programmer on that today too. or hire another one.
this is walmart you have the money.

i don;t know why i bother with you guys... maybe because i don;t want to use amazon all the time.,
and maybe i don;t care to make bezos any richer.

get the old employees back.. you had a good think when you bought it.
if it ain;t broken don;t fix it.

Jet.com shoes I bought

Hi
Im very very disappointed with the shoes that I bought from Jet in Springs avenues on monday. I only wore it once and the front part is already loose from the shoes. This is not the first time that I send money on shoes that I only wear once.
I know its was only R80 but R80 is R80
Its very nice and comfortable shoes and I like it but if this keeps on happening with the shoes I buy then I wont support Jet again

Jet.com the gift card did not work

I decided to order some stuff from Jet and as a first time customer I received a gift card for $15! I was so excited and picked some items. When I wanted to use the card it did not work and the screed said that the expire date was over! What? I just got it and it was already useless! Contacted customer service and they told that it was only my fault and I should have used it faster. Needless to say, I the rep was extremely impolite and unprofessional!

Jet.com they don't know anything about the order!

I have ordered two items from Jet website and several days later received a message stating my order was on its way. Three weeks passed and I received nothing, so I contacted customer service and asked what was going on. They told me to contact the shipping company. Then I called ups and they said that they never received anything from Jet! So I called Jet and demanded my money back, but they refused and said that they don't do refunds. Their customer support is absolutely unhelpful, they don't know anything about the order! Lesson learned ad I'll never order anything from this site again!

Jet.com took my money. never received my item.

I ordered a item from Jet and back in December. I paid for it and received a confirmation email. The next day I got another message stating my order was shipped. Few weeks passed and I received nothing, so I contacted Jet customer service and was told that my item was delivered. Then I contacted UPS and they said that my item hasn't been received and it is still in a warehouse. I called Jet again and other rep said that they don't know anything about when I will receive my item or when it will be shipped. I asked them to cancel my order and return the money, but they told that I can forget about that. Well, lesson learned and I'll never buy anything from them again! Never got my money back.

I have been asking for a paid up letter since January, I emailed jet with no luck.

I even contacted the call center with no luck... All I need is a paid up letter.

We bought clothes at Jet Mahlakung mall in Ga Sekororo Tzaneen Limpopo and they where offline and gave me the offline receipt and I wanted to refund them at Jet phumlani mall because sizes where big but they refused to help me

Jet.com their customer service is the worst!

This website is runned by real scammers. Well, I usually bought things from Ebay and Amazon, and was pretty happy with their service. I always received my items and quality was great. But this time I decided to order something from Jet. But that was a big mistake. Their customer service is ridiculous! I made an order, but the next day I received an email saying my order was cancelled with no reason. This company needs to disappear, because it's ran by some shameless and dishonest people. Also don't use your credit card buying things from this site! Even if you'll delete your profile, they'll keep your credit card information. Their customer service is the worst! Be careful dealing with these scammers.
