I payed for my item and did not receive it my name is Irene nicolaou my product order number is 151358
There was nothing in the box it was a empty box I am very upset and would like a refund back please my email

Firebox.com order not received, no replies from firebox

I want a refund for my order, 5357147. It never arrived.

I contacted Firebox via email on the 19th December enquiring after the whereabouts of my parcel and received no response. I also left a Whatsapp message about my order, again no response.

When I rang their telephone number it was nothing but an obnoxious automated message telling me to contact them online! I tried their online chat and there's no one there, a message pops up saying "We're not around but we still want to hear from you! Leave us a note". This is during weekday office hours!

My order, placed on 11th December never arrived. I have no tracking information because it was never sent to me. When I tried to retrieve it by signing in to my 'account', the order didn't even show in my history.

I can see that Firebox have taken my money, £47.95, unfortunately I have no parcel - there is no sign of it. I want my money refunded.

These items were Christmas presents, absolutely useless now. I want my money back.

Never have I received such appalling customer service. All one-sided. All the contact I have made, and absolutely nothing in return.

Firebox.com customer service and delivery

I bought two items that were expected to arrive in December the 16th but they didnt. I contacted the customer service by email twice but I didnt get any answer so I decided to contact by whatsapp but the reply was silence. I dont know what happened to my order or where my items are. I cant believe nobody says nothing... I hope to have a solution from Firebox soon, these items were part of Santa's gifts.

Firebox.com slow delivery

I bought several batteries and was surprised when they didn't provide a tracking number. As far as I know, it is a common practice for most websites related to sales.
Oh well, maybe they were too lazy, but I regret I didn't demand to provide it, because the delivery took 4 weeks, it's too much counting that the UK is not the biggest country in the world and delivering from the point A to the point B that takes 4 weeks looks suspicious at least...

Firebox.com Unhappy customer

I'm still waiting for my refund. I bought two items from Firebox and one item was nothing like I expected. I was not satisfied with the product so I contacted Firebox and asked for a refund. They seemed nice and promised to help. They explained everything, how to return and etc and I shipped the item back. Later they contacted me and informed that item was received and said that I'll get my money back soon. Well, that never happened and now it seems like they completely forgot about me. That is not a good way to do business. I will not buy from them again, because they are very unprofessional and their service is very slow.

Firebox.com Impossible to return money back

I ordered present for my niece from the website www.firebox.com. It was the worst experience in my life. The seller promised money back guarantee within 30 days, but it was also lie. They simply ignored me within these days and after they informed me that it was too late to return money. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

My product has arrived slightly damaged on the edge of one side and the image has been cut off on the other side (pictures attached). Utterly disappointed with this product and the biggest waste of money.
