Dont make the same mistakes as us!
Wow the biggest scammers of all time. They paid people for these good reviews. I purchased 6 novo4s and some juice after looking at the good reviews. After awhile i noticed something was unusually wrong with all the products. I found out the vape leakes the juice and the vape it self lasted a couple days before not working at all. And this happened to ALL 6.. i noticed from other reviews too that they claim authentic but its a cheap third party replacement that breaks in couple of days. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND HEADACHE AND DONT AFFILIATE URSELF WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

I placed an order two days ago. I tried to cancel it almost immediately. I don't see any way to do it on the website. I've sent several emails, tried to chat online, and called with NO response.

Outstanding customer service. Ordered a dozen items from Central Vapors on June 11. On the site was an indication that due to the unusual volume of sales they were experiencing 5 - 7 days of delay on processing orders, which I understood and placed an order. On June 17 I contacted a customer service in chat and inquired about how long it would take for the package to arrive at my home. She informed me that it shouldn't take more than 4 days as she said it was shipped in "priority mail" via USPS. I told her that I only opted for "standard mail" on my order, to which she replied that for customer service they upgraded my shipping to "priority mail" without additional charge to me. On June 15 my order was shipped out of their warehouse and in transit by USPS. On June 21 my package arrived. All items arrived in good condition except for one. I had ordered a 250ml of 18mg liquid nicotine, but I received only 120ml. On June 22 I contacted Central Vapors customer service and informed them of the error. The customer service representative asked for a photo of the bottle in question, which I followed up on via an email link that he sent me. Immediately he corrected the problem by promising to send me a full bottle of 250ml of 18mg/ml liquid nicotine within 48 hours and that I'll be sent a tracking number as soon as it is shipped out of their warehouse. I was completely surprised by this reply since I had assumed that they'd only send me the balance of 130ml of liquid nicotine since I already received 120ml. The customer service representative was so quick to respond and in such a positive manner that I was quite taken back by how high a priority they put on customer service. Correcting an error a in timely manner is one thing, but correcting it with a bit of bonus benefit to the customer wasn't necessary but they did it anyway without even asking for it. Top notch customer service on 2 separate occasions for one order. I cannot help but go out of my way to write this review on ComplaintsBoard.com. I hope they get to read this comment, and if it's the same customer service representatives reading this comment, I'm sure you know who you are, so here's my thank you. 5 stars for their customer service.

A company with mediocre service, at best. I was charged for an item, that was sent to me in error to begin with, because the USPS lost it. I didn't order it to begin with and charging me for it is a shady business practice. Buyer beware, this company is NOT to be trusted

I want to ask is this site legit and not a scam? Has anyone been scammed from this site and not got there order? Had there credit card been double charged? Or got charged without you authorizing it? Now i do see some people had some issues but that could have been just 2 people out of 5,000 that had issues and the other 4,998 there oders were just fine. So im interested if anyone bought from them and have positive reviews from central vapes thanks everyone and i appreciate you taking your time in replying to my comment/review.

Placed an order June 1st with the total amount of $24.44 and got an email on the 4th saying my order was shipped. Tracking has been stuck on acceptance pending for 5 days now. I've sent several emails in the past 2 days with no response. Also my card was charged twice for $24.44 and still no response to my emails. Seems like this company has no customer service whatsoever. Would like what I ordered and the duplicate charge to be refunded or a full refund. Order# XXXXXX. Giving central vapors a chance to make this right before I contact my bank.

I received an email saying that my Order Status has Changed to Refunded, but NOTHING HAS BEEN POSTED TO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT, NOR IS THERE A PENDING DEPOSIT. So, I Actually Have Not Been Refunded in Full as They Promised. I haven't received any Refund yet !

On 6/18 was confirmed there was no package ever entered in the USPS system with my information or tracking number. Attempted to contact company who stated I was making this and is out to ship. Tried to inform them that the package never shipped out. They hung up and then refused to answer the phone or any form of commutation.
