I have been a customer for about 4 years. The reusable bags I have received were sent in a timely way and lived up to my expectations. I use them in my small craft woodworking business and my customers are pleasantly surprised to receive their items in such a nice tote bag. I look forward to ordering many times in the future.
HORRIBLE company to work with
HORRIBLE company to work with. I only wish I could give less than one star. I ordered pricey DTG digitally printed tote bags and received BLANK bags. I placed 2 orders and they messed them both up. When I finally received my white tote bags they were stained with yellow/*** stains. *** is unhelpful and no one ever said "sorry" or "how can we make this right"? DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

During production, they told me it did have a tag and asked if I wanted to proceed. I asked them to show me the label and they completely ignored me. They sent the bag to production and the next thing I knew it was in transit to me. When I received the bags, they were in terrible condition and it did in fact have their branding logo on the inside. On top of that, the print quality was absolutely terrible and the bags were poorly constructed. Loose strings and misaligned seams everywhere. Splotches of ink from the screen print. I planned to sell these bags and almost all of them were not in sellable condition. I asked for a partial refund for their indiscretion and they said no. They told me to ship it back to them to remove the tags. I didnt have time to do that and wait for it to return to me as I made it clear I needed this by the holidays. I then told them I expected a refund at least for the bags that had ink outside of the printing area as those definitely cannot be salvaged. No response. They have been awful at communicating the entire time I tried working with them. Weeks would go by before they would respond and I would have to reach out multiple times to get a response that was nowhere near helpful. Do not work with them. Save yourself the headache and go someplace else. They are irresponsible, lack accountability, and do not care once the package leaves their hands. You will waste your money on low quality product. You are better off outsourcing from Alibaba.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Provided the wrong product that was not reflected in the proof I approved, and when I requested a reprint by a specific deadline for your event, they provided the reprint order 5 days past the deadline! They have been completely nonresponsive and despite multiple calls (I think more than 10 now) I have gotten no replies from management and customer service "can't" transfer my call. Terrible, terrible company.

I am very happy with my purchase. I bought a twelve pack of the medium size polypropyline drawstring backpacks. The backpacks appear to be made well. The bottom is reinforced. I purchased these to use for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. I did test one by putting some books in it and hanging it on the doorknob overnight. It held up well. My order was shipped very quickly. I am completely happy with my order and the service I received.

I wasn't sure how to rate them since I'm only in the starting phase of using them. I'm looking to have a logo canvas tote made up for my boutique, so I ordered about 8 different totes to see quality, size etc.. They were shipped promptly. I guess my only complaint was there was no invoice in the package nor tags on the totes identifying each one. Not a huge problem just more time spent figuring which is which.I liked the prices and quality of the higher end pieces, I hope their printing services are good too... Fingers crossed.

I had a couple of problems (which was my fault) and they were very prompt in addressing my concerns.Shipping was fast and I got both of my orders within three to four days.The polyester tote bags I bought were very nice. I did sublimation on them and had to play around with the temp and time to see what worked best. The only complaint I have, is the shipping seemed pretty expensive. I paid the full shipping amount on the first order but due to a promotion for free shipping I got the second one without paying shipping.

Package never received. Customer service could not locate the package nor make sense of their own tracking system. They sent an e-mail stating my package was delivered, yet the tracking number, which they checked themselves, showed the package never made the USPS connection. When I explained it was for a rush order their "support" informed me that even if I REPURCHASED the tote bags he wouldn't be able to get them shipped to me on time anyway. After back and forth about it, I was told the most they would do for me is file a claim for a missing package. No update since then. They seem to care very little about their customers.

I had to figure it out all on my own with no guidance and instead a different company helped me. As a company you should know how the shipping for your company works and the shipping vocabulary means. Instead of assuming the customer the customer is stupid and explaining how to find a package when its shipped. I was offered the worst solutions via phone and felt completely unsupported. As someone who orders for business Im not sure I want to continue to support them. As business owners we need a support team that is responsive and supportive and I didnt feel I received that service.

I ordered some tote bags with colored handles from this company. I had an intention to print something on this bags and sell it on the market. I had to go through a lot of process for my online business and it took me a while to actually open the box to take them to the print shop to print my painting on them. I found out that some of the bags had stains all over the bag possibly coming from the handles. When I requested the company to replace those bags with the stains, they denied by saying that their policy indicates I had to return the products within 30 days for the return so they cannot do anything about it. The policy should only apply to the products that are in good, sellable condition, not the one with the defects. They are very irresponsible and negligent about the products they sell.

Throughout the process, I approved the colors, and then received multiple additional emails talking about coated VS uncoated. And sent more mock *** Assuming the colors maintained from when I already approved, I said ok. They printed the completely wrong colors, and told me it was my fault bc I approved them. I did NOT approve those colors. *** is terrible and I was told no one has phones except the customer service department, which can do NOTHING but tell you to send an email. The supervisor email is a gmail account, and I was told no managers work on site. How convenient. The supervisor has still to this day never responded, and the customs department refuses to do anything to fix my order. So I am out $300 and they refuse to respond. Disgusting company, I wish I read all the negative reviews before I ordered! DO NOT ORDER!

I have been a customer since summer 2020. I had an issue with the postal service as we were in the beginning stages of the pandemic. After multiple attempts to locate my order via emailing the *** directly, there was no communication or resolution. I decided to contact TBF. Not only were they able to reach the correct person/department, they kept me abreast of each step taken via email. Once the package was finally located, they were able to make certain the delivery would be completed within 48 hours. I received in less than 24 hours (so it was close to my home). I was able to complete my order on time. Its been two years and I still have no idea about the post office intentions?. TBF still offered me free shipping on my next order due to the inconvenience (that was due to no fault of their own). They met my needs even when they could have simply stated, The package has been shipped, its out of our hands. I never had to reach out to them more than the initial issue. I was given an estimated time for a reply and that time never expired before the next update was provided. Thank you TBF for the positive experiencessss!

After following up with them several times, including initially to ask them where to upload my logo for the custom logo-printed tote bags I ordered, as there was nowhere to do that when I placed the order (sketchy), their excuses for delay were that they printed on the wrong tote bags, then their printers were not working for a couple of days. Last week on Thursday, I spoke to a customer service rep who assured me my bags would be shipped out the next day and I would receive a confirmation number. Radio silence. I followed up the following Tuesday. He assured me I would receive my order the following day and that a tracking number had already been created. When I asked him to email me the tracking number, he put me on hold, and when I received the tracking number, I saw it had not been created prior, as initially stated, but rather 4 minutes ago, during the time he put me on hold (sketchy). The shipping was also for ground delivery, which is guaranteed 5 day shipping, not next-day. There was no way, the customer service rep informed me, to expedite the shipping, as I had paid for 5-6 day delivery, regardless of the fact that the order had been placed a month ago. I was told there was no manager I could speak to over the phone.

This place is not cool, man
This place is not cool, man. They're super sneaky about returns and charge you twice for it. Plus, they hit you with a restocking fee that they never even mentioned before. And get this, when I ordered a new product, they didn't even bother telling me about it until the end of the order. I feel like they straight up stole my money! They don't even have the decency to put the important stuff in big letters. I paid almost 40 bucks and only got back less than 8 bucks. They totally robbed me!

I ordered a laundry bag from Tote Factory on April 20th. The tote cost me $3 and the shipping was $6.95. I didn't mind paying for the shipping as I couldn't find the size I wanted elsewhere. However, when I received the bag, it wasn't what I expected. I asked for a refund and they agreed to refund me $3 but not the shipping. I think it's unfair as the bag is small and light, and I don't think it cost that much to ship. I'm asking for a refund on the shipping cost of $6.95.

I ordered 2 cases of 60 Large Recycled Totes for $765 on May 7. They took my money and then told me they didn't have the bags. I had to change my order to a smaller, cheaper bag, but they didn't give me back the difference. The bags I got on May 21 were smaller than what they said they would be. They were supposed to be 14" x 14" but they were only 13" x 13". We need to return them, but it's been hard to get in touch with the company. We finally got a response on June 25, but it took them a week to reply each time. They only gave us store credit for the difference, but we want our money back.
