I got a diamond cross from JFL Diamonds & Timepieces. I had some trouble with UPS bringing it to me, but JFL helped me out and sent it with FED EX for overnight delivery. When I got the pendant (cross), I was really happy with it. It's good quality and a good price. I've bought more stuff from them and will tell my family and friends about it.

This company is terrible, don't buy from them. They scammed me out of $2600 for a chain and wouldn't give me a refund even though the carrier said it was lost or stolen and reimbursed them. They hardly ever communicate and it's impossible to get them on the phone. Be careful and don't deal with this company.

This company is terrible. I've been trying to get in touch with them and I can't reach anyone. I got a diamond promise ring for my girlfriend and I haven't heard anything back about my order no matter how many times I call or email. I ordered it on December 30th and I still haven't gotten a tracking number and it's now January 8th! This company is a scam and something needs to be done about it!

I checked with USPS and everything was correct, but when I asked the company, they said they didn't receive it. I sent some emails, and they said their postal officer is trying to find it. The post office said the person who delivers to that company knows them well. I didn't buy insurance, so I feel like I lost my money. I wanted to spend more money, but now I'm not sure.

This company is not good
This company is not good. They hung up on me and blocked my number when I needed help. I ordered 2 things from them last year. I had a problem with one and my mom was helping me. They hung up on her and blocked her number. That's not how you treat a customer who has spent a lot of money with you. They have bad practices and I won't tell anyone in my community to use them. I thought a company in Atlanta would be better.

I tried calling them a bunch of times but nobody ever answered, and when I finally got through on their website chat thing they said I couldn't get a refund because it had been more than 10 days. I wouldn't have bought any of it if I knew it wasn't real gold like they said.

I bought a ring from JFL Diamonds and Timepieces on Feb 15, 2022. But I didn't like it, so I returned it on Feb 21, 2022. They said it was okay to return it, so I sent it back with a tracker number of *** Ground, tracking number 1Z04V1F40300032571. The jeweler got the ring on Feb 28, 2022. But they keep billing me twice a month for a ring I already returned. I have all the emails saved and my bank statement too. I told Uown financing about it, but they said they'll keep taking money until JFL cancels the order. I might have to get a lawyer to help me. I want my money back for the last three withdrawals from my closed account.
