what a disappointment
I ordered a freshwater pearl drop pendant in sterling silver (9 mm) for my daughter as a birthday present.
It never arrived and I had to run around the town and look for another gift that would be as beautiful as I ordered. I am very disappointed because whenever it arrives it won't be on time and I will probably send it back as a sign of my disappointment with this company that lets people down.

I'm very disappointed with Zoara and especially with their super slow delivery. Ordered an engagement ring from this website and on the estimated date it did not show up. When I contacted Zoara customer service about my order they were not able to tell me why was it taking so long, where my order was, and when will it arrived. Zoara has the worst customer service ever, they are highly unprofessional and unhelpful. Glad that my order did arrive, but it took way longer than I expected.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Very frustrated customer
I was searching for a nice but simple ring as a present and found one on www.zoara.com. I contact the company and they claimed that the ring I wanted was in stock so I made an order. Weeks passed and nothing was delivered, so I contacted them again and was told that my ring was no more in stock. Then I asked for a refund and they said sure no problem. That was back in December and it is now April and still no money. Maybe they forgot about me or something, but I hope they'll see this message and contact me as soon as possible.

Do not buy from zoara! I had a horrible experience with zoara. I'd read several reviews and went into the experience with high hopes and was deeply disappointed. After finding a diamond for an engagement ring and ordering it, they pulled the classic bait and switch! First, they claimed they couldn't accept my credit card after i had checked with my credit card, e-mailed zoara identification and a copy of the credit card. They asked me to send a wire transfer from my bank. Then, when they finally accepted the credit card 2 days later, the diamond was "no longer available." very frustrating experience. They said they would provide a diamond of higher quality for the same price, but, when i researched the diamond i found it on their web-site for less than i paid and it was of poorer polish, clarity and dimensions! Everything i had read about companies you should not do business with, they did! Stay away from zoara!
I actually had a great experience with Zoara. I had to go through some extra security steps as I was ordering to Europe, but other than that, for a $4, 500 purchase I was handled professionally and honestly. I have no doubts recommending Zoara to anybody.
