Return never happened
I ordered two rings for my wedding (#12541) that is gonna happen next week. It arrived quickly, which I thought was wonderful. However, one of the rings was too small and I decided to return it for a larger size. They replied to my e-mail immediately telling me how to proceed. I did everything right and sent the ring back to the company in Galway. First, they said it would be returned that week (first week of April). Then they said it would arrive by last Friday, April 13th. Now they no longer answer my emails and I can't find a valid phone number to call.
I'm very sad because my dream was to get married with Celtic rings and now I don't have time to buy any more.
I'm very, very, very disappointed!

Had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. Order the Christmas gift that was guaranteed to be delivered by December 19th. Contacted them when it did not arrive and was told I would for sure have it by Christmas. Still had not arrived mid January so I asked for a refund. They refused and said they re-sent the item. Replacement item arrived on February 27th. I'm furious because I can't use the item now that Christmas is over and they refuse to accept a return. They eventually offered a ten percent discount which was never applied to my credit card. Emails from customer service were rude. I repeatedly asked to be escalated to a manager and never was. Will never order from them again because they are unreliable.

I bought a Silver Claddagh ring for a dear friend on May 26, 2023. I was supposed to be sterling silver. My friend loved the gift but then told me that it began to be discoloured a month or so later. She took it to a jeweller to be cleaned and the jeweller told her that the ring was NOT sterling silver 925. I contacted GlemCara and was told there was nothing they would do since the one year warranty was past. I thought since they guaranteed quality sterling silver, they should replace the ring, but they refused to do anything.

I’m complaining about placing the order and not receiving the item
I ordered an item which cost $620 NZD in December, before placing the order the estimate delivery date was 4th January 2024. But after placing the order I received an email saying that I’m going to receive it at 16th January, I tried to cancel the order but I received an email which said they just can cancel it with 5% refund!

We bought a set of wedding rings in October 2023 and only received one in November. It was the wrong size so we sent it back, at a cost of £17, but asked for a full refund but they then sent the second ring. We didn’t sign for it the postman shoved it under our gate. We then got a ring sized and I’ve sent about 9 emails and no one has responded with either telling me that my ring is on its way or it’s not. It’s nearly £500 and these were our wedding rings. We now don’t have the money to order others until we get a full refund from them.
