Necklace Purchased
Purchased an Infinity Heart Necklace on 25 July which the company immediately took payment and showed it shipped. Then received an email stating a shipping label was created on the 4th of August. After waiting a week and seeing nothing on the tracker site other than the date of the label created the product has not yet to be delivered to the USPS facility for delivery. So the created label has no product to be attached to it, Their only portal for customer service is thru e-mail and that is a send and wait for their response. I have asked for a response from the company telling where the order is physically, and they keep sending me the tracking order number which shows once again that a label was created but the product has not been delivered to any postal facility. It seems the shipping label is self-generated and has nothing to do with the location of the actual order. It also seems the company cannot maintain control of order status other than punt to the fact that the jewelry comes from Ireland, Wow, I believe if the company had to wait till the product actually shipped to consumer, like many internet shippers practice, instead of getting their money up front maybe they would develop a better system of tracking.
Desired outcome: I just would like someone from the company to find my actual order and provide me with a sure date of delivery. This gift was purchased for a reason that has long passed so that in itself has greatly diminished the value of my order.
Failure to deliver on agreed dates
Glancara is without doubt the most incompetent company l have ever dealt with. The only thing they were able to do quickly and efficiently was take my payment. The ring l ordered was guaranteed to be delivered within ten days as l stressed l needed it for a special occasion. I was then given three additional “guaranteed “ dates for delivery and finally due to poor customer service, mismanagement and inefficiency l got the ring 28 days later and even then l had to go and collect it myself as l did not trust them to deliver it. I could not under any circumstances recommend ordering anything from this company.

This necklace was shipped on June 13th per your email, it is now July 16th and the only information I have is a tracking number that says label created, I ordered this necklace for my girlfriends birthday which is July 20th, if I don't hear or see something this week I will be filing a claim with PayPal and canceling my order. I wish I read the reviews about your company before I ordered because I wouldn't have ordered from your company, my mistake.

White Gold Diamond Claddagh Celtic Cross Necklace
I placed a $700 order for what I considered to be a beautiful cross necklace— I had been eyeing this product for years. I finally splurged and purchased it.
I was told I would receive the item June 7th, I didn’t receive it and emailed the company questioning why. I was informed they sent an email with an updating shipping date and to check my spam folder, but that my item would be arriving the 15th of June instead. I logged into my account and cannot even find the order in my order history to check for updates anymore, upon discovery I immediately emailed the company asking what the heck is going on and disputed the charge on my credit card.
Desired outcome: To receive the item I ordered.
I would also like to add, I never received an email regarding an update to my shipping date.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

I never received the product.. original date was may 29th 2022.. customer care is now ignoring since i asked for a refund .. tracking says waiting for item to arrive... its been a week.. Necklace
On April 19th, 2022 I ordered a necklace for my daughters 21st birthday. The website allowed me to pay additional to expedite delivery on April 22. After I paid over $800 total, I was told it wouldn’t be mailed until May 6th.
I have had a FedEx tracking # for 2 weeks now. They kept saying the package had cleared customs. However, I spoke to FedEx yesterday, and they said they never received the package from Glencara. There is no way to reach Glencara by phone. This the the worst customer experience I have ever had!
Desired outcome: I want my daughters jewelry ASAP!
Received faulty product

Me and my partner ordered some rings off this company, the sizing was off so we were back and forth returning. Finally my partners one fit and I ordered two of the same size, one fit and one didn’t. This seemed very strange so we sent the one that did not fit back and they made us order a ring sizer because they would not believe my ring size even though the one they had sent fit perfect. They took a month to send the second ring, when it arrived it was the wrong birthstone, wrong size and there was so many manufacturing faults. We were so fed up so emailed them that we wanted a refund at this stage but they’re not trying to blame us asking for pictures of my hand which has nothing to do with anything they got the birthstone wrong! We both live in Ireland and I will not be recommending them to anybody. They maybe cheap but they’re not worth the stress they cause.

Over the last 24 hours Glencara has tried to charge my card multiple times for products I never tried to purchase. Until yesterday I had never heard of Glencara.
Desired outcome: I think $1500 per fraudulent transaction would be acceptable.
Order Not Received
I ordered Silver Amethyst Celtic Trinity Knot Stud Earrings, and even received a free gift, FREE - Lucky Four Leaf Clover Emerald Crystal Necklace. But to this day 3 months later I have yet to receive the order. I tried communicating via email, and all I got was delayed replies with a promise of a resend of order, which i need to pay to have a tracking on. which gives me the assumption of there being no resend if no prove is provided. Therefore in conclusion I demand a full refund of the purchase i never received.

I have found the customer service amazing and very helpful. I ordered some jewelry on 2 April to be sent to New Zealand,when there was no sign of it turning up I contacted Glencara. They got back to within 24 hours were very helpful and offered to resend the jewelry if it didn't arrive by 16 May. The jewelry arrived today. It is more beautiful than I expected. I have nothing but high praise for their customer service.

I order 2 Tree of life pentents with birth strone. Took a long time to recived. When received they were the wrong pentents no birth stones and urly cheaply made Very disapointed and upset. We ordered 3 "Tree of Life" silver emerald celtic pendant necklaces and 3 Sterling Silver chains on February 7, 2022 with the pendants to be engraved.
One pendant & chain arrived February 16 not engraved and we are still waiting for the other two. Have been in email contact with the company so many times and keep getting the run around. Beginning to believe some of the reviews I have read online! (and I don't mean the positive ones!)
Would be great to hear this is a legit company with great customer service.

I ordered a necklace from Glencara for my girlfriend for Christmas. I was unaware that she wasn’t much of a necklace person so she decided she wanted to return it. We paid for express international shipping to ensure that it would make it back there within the 60 day refund time period. It was sent on January 9th and 3 times now in the tracking history it has said that it is being processed through the Dublin Processing Facility. I filed an inquiry with the USPS and they emailed me back saying that there is an unpaid customs charge that must be paid by the addressee and that is why it is not being sent. Upon forwarding that email to Glencara, they responded by saying that I was responsible for that charge. I called USPS back and told them what I was told and they told me that the policy is that the addressee is responsible for it because it must be paid in Ireland and I am in the US. The company takes days on end to reply to emails and I am now not only without the merchandise I paid nearly $300 for, but I am also without the $300 refund which was guaranteed to me by the company. I have left my phone number for them numerous times but they seem to prefer very informally answering my emails a few days later at best. Not sure how I go about getting one or the other back, but I’ve contacted everyone I can about this and don’t know what more I can do.

Made an order, 1 claddagh ring €557, on Dec 7th 2021, with a promise of delivery before Christmas.
As I'm writing this i still haven't received anything Feb 7th. So it's been 2 whole months since I placed my order, and they still can't tell me an arrival date, or when they will be done with the order. Only excuses, it didn't pass quality control, the mold had disappeared.
So I'm at the very least, displeased with the service so far.

I ordered an engagement ring on December 30. Order #[protected], the order said shipped but never actually did and when I emailed to ask why I was told it was delayed and would ship in another week. On Jan 25, I was sent an email that it shipped but when I checked the tracking info all it says is "order complete" and had no tracking info. I have emailed multiple times asking what it was and have not yet received an answer. It has been almost 2 month and I have had to put off my engagement because of this.
It seems like the entire company is a big scam.
