Made purchase in October 2024 where a free gift was included. Order # K25999. Purchased item received but not the promised free gift. Initially excuse was stock shortages. Numerous emails to the customer service email address have gone unanswered by the company.
I believe the free gift offer is a con designed to secure customers.
I have send numerous emails asking for the free gift necklace to be sent and majority remain unanswered.
Although the free gift value is only £19 it is the principle at point here

Purchase made in august 2024, free gift included in purchase which has never been received. Initially they said due to stick shortages and would be despatched. Now they totally ignore emails and telephone enquiries.
Avoid this business.
